Peningkatan emisi karbon dioksida (CO₂) ke atmosfer merupakan salah satu isu utama pemanasan global yang kerap dikaitkan dengan aktivitas perkebunan kelapa sawit. Namun, selain menghasilkan emisi, ekosistem kelapa sawit juga berperan sebagai penyerap karbon melalui tanaman utama maupun tanaman penutup tanah yang disebut beneficial plant. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kadar karbon pada Mucuna bracteata sebagai tanaman penutup tanah leguminosa di lahan kelapa sawit. Pengukuran dilakukan dengan metode Organic Carbon Walkley-Black: Colorimetric Method menggunakan spektrofotometer UV-VIS. sedangkan pengukuran tidak langsung dilakukan melalui pemodelan Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak OpenLCA dan database Ecoinvent v.3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kadar karbon daun M. bracteata relatif stabil dengan koefisien variasi <0,2%, di mana nilai tertinggi tercatat pada sampel S2 sebesar 3,098 mg/mL per 0,1 g daun. Analisis LCA mendukung temuan tersebut dengan menunjukkan potensi kontribusi M. bracteata dalam menekan emisi bersih CO₂ pada subsistem perkebunan kelapa sawit. Konsistensi kadar karbon tersebut mengindikasikan kemampuan M. bracteata dalam menyerap karbon, sejalan dengan literatur yang menegaskan biomassa tinggi dan kontribusinya terhadap perbaikan sifat tanah, fiksasi nitrogen, dan pengendalian gulma. Dengan demikian, M. bracteata berpotensi menjadi agen penyimpanan karbon yang signifikan di ekosistem perkebunan kelapa sawit sekaligus mendukung penerapan perkebunan berkelanjutan dan baseline data untuk perdagangan karbon.

This study aims to analyze the Marketing Communication Strategy for Business to Business (B2B) in 3D technology -based medical innovation developed by PT. Tri Dimension Indonesia in collaboration with RS. Mata Cicendo Bandung. Background Research is based on an increase in the needs of eye prosthesis in Indonesia and the low quality of conventional prosthesis which often causes patient discomfort. 3D printing innovation offers precision, fast and personal solutions, but the adoption is still limited due to communication and collaboration factors between institutions. The research method uses a qualitative approach with case study design, through in -depth interviews, participatory observations, and document analysis. Data analysis was carried out by pattern matching techniques using the Aidas (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action, Satisfaction) models to evaluate the effectiveness of B2B marketing communication strategies. The results showed that the communication strategy of PT. Tri Dimension Indonesia emphasizes personal interaction with Key Opinion Leader, clinical evidence -based presentations, and adaptive relational communication. At the action stage, contractual negotiations and technical support are key factors in strengthening adoption decisions. Whereas at the satisfaction stage, the sustainability of cooperation is maintained through clinical monitoring, after -sales service, and joint product development. Theoretically, this study expanded the application of the Aidas model into the context of the B2B health sector that is complex and based on high involvement decision making. Practically, research results can be a reference for the local health technology industry in designing effective marketing communication strategies to accelerate the adoption of medical innovation.

This study aims to analyze the current state of HR competencies in the multimodal transport sector at PT. Masaji Kargosentra Tama (PT. MKT ) and to formulate relevant and applicable HR development strategies. Additionally, it examines the implementation of multimodal HR competency development in Indonesia. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with data collected through in-depth interviews with key informants from managerial and operational levels. The analysis uses the SWOT approach to formulate strategies based on the company’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. The findings reveal that although PT. MKT has a complete multimodal organizational structure and holds legal status as a Multimodal Transport Business Entity (BUAM), its HR competencies are not yet fully aligned with the Indonesian National Work Competency Standards (SKKNI). HR training and development have remained general and are not specifically targeted toward multimodal transport competencies, including those available through internal platforms such as SICU and Udemy. The resulting strategy from the SWOT analysis prioritizes the Strengths–Opportunities (SO) strategy, focusing on organizational structure optimization, internal training enhancement, and HR development based on legal compliance and professional certification systems. The implementation of HR competency development in multimodal transport across Indonesia remains suboptimal due to the limited scope of SKKNI, the absence of certification schemes and standardized training programs, and the lack of specialized Professional Certification Institutions (LSPs), resulting in a significant gap between industry needs and HR readiness in Multimodal Transport Development, SWOT Analysis.

Pycnarrhena cauliflora Diels. known as Sengkubak, is a natural-based potential antioxidant and antibacterial from the Menispermaceae family. Streptococcus sanguinis is a primary colonizer bacteria that is consistent in biofilm formation. This study attempted to identify S. sanguinis inhibition from antibacterial and antioxidant bioactivity of sengkubak leaf extract. Sengkubak leaves samples were extracted with 70% ethanol through 72 hours (3x24) maceration. Phytochemicals were identified qualitatively and quantitatively through analysis of total quercetin and phenolic content. Antioxidants were tested using the DPPH method. S. sanguinis sensitivity was tested through liquid microdilution method. The extract of sengkubak leaves has a yield of 16.30% (w/w). Qualitative screening showed positive results for flavonoids, phenols, alkaloids, saponins, terpenoids, tannins, and steroids. TFC (quercetin) in extract was 5.22±0.969 QE/g and TPC was 4.08±1.005 mg GAE/g. The IC50 antioxidant value of extract was 40.136 µg/mL. The minimum inhibitory concentration value is shown at 5×10⁴ µg/mL. This research study proves that ethanol extract of sengkubak leaves holds various phytochemical compounds which are likely utilized as potent antioxidants and have inhibitory effect against S.sanguinis.

PT. M is a manufacturing company in the automotive sector that produces motor vehicle components. PT. Arkana Solusi Digital is a company that implements Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software at PT. M with its product is Odoo software. One of the main problems in running the manufacturing sector is industrial control and management such as receiving, data collection, shipping and storage of goods or raw materials for the production process. Problems at PT. M is still using the manual method with Microsoft Excel software. Implementation of Odoo version 16 at PT. M aims for company development steps in increasing the effectiveness of production management. The implementation of Odoo version 16 uses the inventory, manufacturing and purchase modules. The implementation process uses the waterfall methodology which consists of project preparation, development, completion and implementation support assistance. Testing was carried out with System Integration Testing (SIT) by PT. Arkana Digital Solutions and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) involving a team from PT. M as a client. The results of the tests which include a description of the process of planning, purchasing, receiving, production to delivery with Odoo version 16 have been running well in accordance with the wishes and needs of the production process at PT. M.

Fasilitas Pemeliharaan dan Perbaikan (Fasharkan) merupakan unsur pelaksana teknis Kodaeral XIV Sorong yang bertugas melaksanakan pemeliharaan tingkat menengah dan perbaikan darurat kapal-kapal Koarmada III, serta membantu Komandan Kodaeral XIV dalam bidang pemeliharaan dan perbaikan kapal TNI Angkatan Laut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pelaksanaan pembinaan personel Fasharkan Manokwari, faktor-faktor penghambat, serta upaya yang dilakukan dalam membentuk prajurit dan PNS TNI AL yang profesional guna mendukung kesiapan KRI di jajaran Koarmada III. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan lima informan dari Fasharkan Manokwari. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dan telaah dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembinaan personel dilakukan melalui pemberian kesempatan mengikuti kursus atau pelatihan sesuai bidang masing-masing, penegakan disiplin bagi pelanggar, serta pendekatan komunikatif antara atasan dan bawahan. Faktor penghambat yang ditemukan meliputi kurangnya keahlian personel karena minimnya pelatihan, menurunnya nilai dan etika kerja, kinerja yang belum optimal, serta kurangnya penerapan nilai-nilai kepemimpinan sebagai teladan. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, Fasharkan Manokwari perlu melengkapi sarana dan prasarana kerja, memperluas kesempatan pelatihan sesuai bidang, serta menerapkan sistem penghargaan dan sanksi secara objektif. Upaya-upaya ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan profesionalisme dan kinerja personel dalam mendukung kesiapan operasional kapal perang Republik Indonesia di wilayah Koarmada III.

The use of e-cigarettes has surged as an alternative to conventional smoking, with e-liquids containing various flavoring chemicals that enhance user experience. However, these flavoring compounds may pose significant health risks when inhaled. This study systematically reviews the chemical composition of e-liquid flavorings identified using Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS). A comprehensive literature review was conducted, sourcing articles from PubMed, Google Scholar, and ScienceDirect published within the last decade. The review focuses on identifying chemical compounds in various e-liquid flavors such as vanilla, bubble gum, coffee, tobacco, strawberry, lemon, and cannabis. Key compounds identified include vanillin, ethyl maltol, cinnamaldehyde, benzaldehyde, and limonene, which contribute to flavor profiles but may also have adverse respiratory effects. Thermal degradation of these compounds can result in the formation of harmful carbonyl compounds like formaldehyde and acetaldehyde, both classified as carcinogens. Furthermore, nicotine, a major component in e-liquids, increases the risk of addiction and psychological disorders. This review underscores the need for strict regulations on e-liquid flavoring agents and further research on the long-term effects of inhaling these substances. It also highlights the importance of public awareness regarding the potential respiratory toxicity associated with e-liquids and vaping.

Fraud or fraudulent behavior at Sukabumi Regional General Hospital is reflected in claims for two or more diagnoses that should be included in a single service package in the same episode to obtain a larger claim value in a single patient care episode. The purpose of this study is to provide solutions to efforts to improve fraud prevention by improving factors such as the effectiveness of internal control, clinical pathway compliance, and building good clinical governance. The study used a quantitative design that analyzes the causal influence along with descriptive analysis using the three-box method. Respondents consisted of 180 hospital staff consisting of nurses and doctors. The sampling method used was purposive sampling. The data analysis method used was the PLS-SEM. The results of the study indicate that the effectiveness of internal control, clinical pathway compliance, and clinical governance simultaneously influence fraud prevention. The effectiveness of internal control, clinical pathway compliance, and clinical governance each have a positive effect on fraud prevention. A comprehensive evaluation of budget management is needed, especially in areas that have the potential for waste. Efficiency efforts need to be supported by thorough budget planning, the use of financial information systems, and increased accountability of each work unit in the use of operational funds.

Pengelolaan distribusi air yang efisien di kawasan perumahan menjadi salah satu tantangan utama dalam memastikan ketersediaan air bersih yang cukup bagi masyarakat. Kekurangan air bersih sering kali menjadi masalah kritis, terutama pada jam-jam sibuk. Ketergantungan pada pengisian tandon air secara manual juga sering menyebabkan permasalahan lain, seperti pemborosan akibat pengisian berlebih atau kekurangan air akibat keterlambatan pengisian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mengembangkan kendali cerdas berbasis IoT untuk mengoptimalkan pengisian dan distribusi air dalam tandon perumahan agar keseimbangan volume air tetap terjaga; (2) Mengimplementasikan sistem kendali otomatis yang mampu menyesuaikan pengisian dan pelepasan air dalam tandon secara real-time berdasarkan pola konsumsi pengguna; (3) Mengintegrasikan sensor ketinggian air dan sensor kekeruhan air untuk meningkatkan efektivitas kendali cerdas dalam menjaga kualitas dan volume air dalam tandon. Penelitian ini menggunakan model ADDIE dengan lima tahapan analisis kebutuhan, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem berhasil mengatur pengisian tandon secara otomatis dengan akurasi tinggi (deviasi sensor ultrasonik 0 cm), serta mendistribusikan air secara efisien dengan rata-rata debit aliran air sebesar ±16 liter/menit dari lima jalur distribusi. Sistem juga mampu menghentikan distribusi air secara otomatis ketika sensor turbidity mendeteksi kekeruhan melebihi ambang batas, dan melanjutkan distribusi setelah air kembali jernih. Notifikasi real-time melalui platform ThingSpeak dan Telegram terbukti membantu pengguna dalam pengawasan sistem. Dengan demikian, seluruh tujuan penelitian dapat dikatakan telah tercapai dengan baik.

Meskipun laut Alor merupakan area strategis yang menjadi perbatasan antara Indonesia dan Australia, ada banyak ancaman keamanan seperti penyelundupan, terorisme maritim, dan tindakan ilegal lainnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi bagaimana menggunakan latihan bersama Cassowary (CASSOEX) sebagai alat diplomasi pertahanan untuk meningkatkan kerja sama bilateral Indonesia-Australia di kawasan Laut Alor. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara kualitatif, menggunakan analisis deskriptif literatur, wawancara dengan stakeholder terkait, dan observasi dari pelaksanaan CASSOEX. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa CASSOEX telah meningkatkan interoperabilitas angkatan laut, meningkatkan standar prosedur operasional, dan berbagi informasi intelijen. Namun, implementasi menghadapi beberapa hambatan, termasuk perbedaan doktrin militer, keterbatasan teknologi komunikasi, dan kendala geografis di Laut Alor. Peningkatan frekuensi latihan, diversifikasi skenario ancaman, penggunaan simulasi canggih, dan partisipasi stakeholder sipil semua dapat membantu optimalisasi. Studi ini menyarankan pengembangan protokol respons cepat bersama, standarisasi peralatan komunikasi, dan peningkatan mekanisme koordinasi antar instansi. CASSOEX membangun kepercayaan dengan membangun kepercayaan antara Indonesia dan Australia untuk menjaga stabilitas keamanan maritim Laut Alor.
