PT Bukit Asam Tbk (PTBA), sebuah perusahaan tambang batubara di Tanjung Enim, Sumatera Selatan, menggunakan metode tambang terbuka dengan sistem alat angkut dumptruck. Kondisi jalan tambang sangat mempengaruhi produktivitas alat angkut, terutama pada saat hujan, yang dapat menyebabkan jalan licin dan memperlambat operasional. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif untuk menghitung kondisi geometri aktual jalan angkut dari, segmen C ke segmen K dan produktivitas alat angkut. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menentukan mutu dan volume beton dan menghitung rasio manfaat dan biaya (B/C) dari rencana pembetonan tersebut. Untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, PTBA merencanakan pembetonan jalan sepanjang 1,7 km dari Simpang Bangjo Banko ke Dump Hopper 5, yang digunakan oleh Pit 3 Timur, Pit E, dan Pit SJS. Pembetonan ini bertujuan mengurangi waktu slippery setelah hujan dan meningkatkan produktivitas alat angkut. Proyek ini juga mempertimbangkan analisis ekonomis menggunakan cost and benefit, dengan total manfaat selama 5 tahun mencapai Rp 1,78 triliun, meliputi peningkatan produksi batubara, penghematan biaya operasional, dan perpanjangan masa pakai peralatan. Total biaya proyek pembetonan ini adalah Rp 20,41 miliar, dengan rasio manfaat terhadap biaya sebesar 88, yang menunjukkan proyek ini layak dilaksanakan.

Digitalisasi merupakan metode penting dalam pelestarian dan penyelamatan informasi, khususnya Naskah kuno. Penelitian ini menganalisis penerapan digitalisasi di Museum Sejarah Al-Qur'an Sumatra Utara sebagai upaya untuk melindungi naskah kuno melalui konservasi sederhana dan digitalisasi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memperluas akses informasi kepada masyarakat dan mengurangi risiko kerusakan fisik. metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sebelum melakukan kegiatan digitalisasi, museum melakukan konservasi sederhana pada naskah. Digitalisasi dilakukan dengan dua cara: pertama, menggunakan alat komputer dan scan. namun menghadapi kendala dengan ukuran file yang terlalu besar sehingga penurunan kualitas setelah kompresi menjadi buruk. Kedua, menggunakan handphone dan laptop dengan aplikasi CamScanner, yang menghasilkan file berkualitas baik dan lebih mudah diproses. Digitalisasi tidak hanya melindungi naskah tetapi juga meningkatkan aksesibilitas dan keterlibatan pengunjung melalui barcode QR, memungkinkan akses digital tanpa risiko kerusakan fisik.

This study analyzes the perceptual differences between employees and management in organizational communication practices at The Bucketlist Indonesia, a family business operating in the tourism sector. Using a mini-ethnography approach and an interpretive paradigm, this study explores verbal and non-verbal communication applied within the context of organizational culture, utilizing Schein's (2004) level of culture theory. The findings reveal perceptual alignment in several aspects such as the logo and office layout, but also identify significant differences related to uniforms, appearance, and language style. These perceptual differences reflect variations in understanding and internalization of organizational values, which can impact service consistency and customer perceptions. This study highlights the importance of effective internal communication in creating a unified vision and improving service quality. The findings are expected to provide insights for The Bucketlist Indonesia and similar businesses in managing organizational communication to support growth and business success.

Rumah Sakit Mitra Sejati Medan salah satu rumah sakit terbesar di Kota Medan memiliki banyak karyawan yang bekerja sebagai dokter, perawat dan penyedia layanan informasi. Rumah sakit diharapkan mampu memberikan pelayanan kesehatan yang bermutu, agar masyarakat dapat hidup sehat dan mencapai tujuan pembangunan kesehatan yang merata. Ada tiga pihak yang terlibat dalam pelayanan kesehatan di Rumah sakit, yaitu pihak penyedia dan pemberi pelayanan dan pihak pengguna layanan. Sehingga menentukan sebuah keputusan yang tepat merupkan suatu hal yang memerlukan banyak pertimbangan. Sistem pendukung keputusan yang tepat untuk dapat mengambil sebuah keputusan secara lebih cepat dan tepat, sesuai dengan kriteria yang akan ditentukan untuk melakukan penentuan pemilihan perawat terbaik berdasarkan kinerja yang telah ditentukan oleh pihak rumah sakit. Untuk dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan ini mengunakan metode MOOSRA (Multi-Objective Optimasation On The Basis Of Simple Ration Analysis) yang berfungsi untuk membantu pengambilan keputusan dalam memilih alternatif terbaik berdasarkan beberapa kriteria atau atribut yang relevan. Hasil dari penelitian ini yang nantinya menghasilkan sebuah data yang yang digunakan untuk membuat keputusan pemilihan perawat terbaik pada RSU Mitra Sejati Medan dengan metode MOOSRA, dan akan menampilkan seleksi sistem pendukung keputusan yang telah dijalankan oleh sistem aplikasi yang kemudian memutuskan pemilihan perawat terbaik yang dipilih dengan menggunakan metode MOOSRA.

Stres, cemas, dan depresi merupakan kondisi gangguan mental yang berbeda tetapi dapat terjadi secara bersamaan dan saling terikat. Kondisi gangguan mental ini dapat menghambat suatu proses pembelajaran dan rentan terjadi pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir terutama mahasiswa kedokteran yang di akibat beban belajar yang tambah berat. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui bagaimana gambaran stres, cemas dan depresi pada mahasiswa fakultas kedokteran universitas muslim indonesia angkatan 2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis metode survei deskriptif. Pada desain penelitian ini merupakan metode pendektatan yang mengobservasi data berikatan dengan variabel bebas dan terikat yang diambil dalam satu waktu secara bersamaan. Populasi penelitian adalah mahasiswa fakultas kedokteran universitas muslim indonesia angkatan 2021 dengan jumlah sampel 238 orang. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan diperoleh hasil bahwa gambaran stres, cemas, dan depresi pada setiap mahasiswa memiliki derajat yang berbeda-beda. Pada stres dominan pada derajat ringan yaitu 35 orang (14,7%), cemas dominan derajat sedang yaitu 54 orang (22,7%) dan depresi dominan derajat ringan yaitu 22 orang (9,2%). Berdasarkan hasil yang diperolah dapat disimpulkan bahwa perbedaan hasil derajat stres, cemas dan depresi pada setiap mahasiswa dapat berbeda disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor yang berpengaruh baik internal maupun eksternal.

The aim of the research is to determine the implementation of guard services to prevent the danger of collisions in MT. Star Valiant complies with procedures. The research was carried out at MT. Star Valiant, from 30 October 2019 to 20 November 2020. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative. The data collection methods used are observation, interviews and documentation studies. The results of the research show that the cause of the implementation of (P2TL) and sea watch service which has not been carried out well on board the ship is because a watch officer has not carried out his watch duties according to the set watch hours. and lack of inspection of navigation tools, especially radar, which must be adjusted to weather conditions and sea conditions.

Kaki Bukit Coffee is a coffee shop located in West Bandung Regency, precisely on Jl. Maribaya No.16, Kayuambon, Lembang District, which was founded on December 16 2018. This coffee shop offers various types of drinks, both hot and cold, such as Basic Coffee, Flavored Coffee, Freshener, and Tea. However, Kaki Bukit Coffee faces several challenges, including not achieving its revenue target. This challenge is caused by several factors such as lack of employee capability, limited space capacity, lack of product innovation, many competitors, the influence of rainy weather, less than optimal promotional strategies, and limited use of promotional media only via Instagram. This research aims to identify and overcome the problems faced by Kaki Bukit Coffee through evaluating and designing a new business model using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) method. The improvement process begins with collecting data regarding the current condition of the business model, including customer profiles obtained through questionnaires and analysis of the business environment through literature studies. Next, a SWOT analysis is carried out to understand the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats from internal and external aspects, as well as identifying the value proposition canvas to formulate the right strategy. Several proposals were put forward to solve problems such as in the Value Proposition block, proposals included increasing product variations, offering variations in glass sizes and toppings, as well as providing bundling packages. In the Customer Segments block, the focus is on increasing the number of Lembang customers. For Channels, proposals include increasing the use of online food delivery applications such as GoFood, increasing promotions via social media such as Instagram, adding the ShopeeFood and TikTok platforms, as well as displaying menu lists and linktr.ee on Instagram profiles. In the Customer Relationship block, proposals include offering discounts and promos, providing special promotions for local residents, as well as providing WiFi connections. In the Key Activities block, increasing sales and marketing activities, adding training and HR development programs, as well as improving indoor and outdoor facilities are priorities. In the Key Partners block, namely increasing cooperation with raw material suppliers. Meanwhile, in the Cost Structure block, the proposal includes additional costs for improving indoor and outdoor facilities, training and human resource development costs, as well as costs for WiFi connections. Lastly, in the Revenue Streams block, the focus is on increasing product sales offline and online.

PT ABC is a company that distributes fresh cut chicken with premium quality broiler chickens which supplies chicken meat for hotels, restaurants, cafes, factories, processed chicken meat, government and private agencies, as well as household needs. There are 5 warehouse locations, namely Jatiasih, Pondok Aren, Batuceper, North Bekasi, and Pasar Minggu. However, this research focuses on discussing the problems that exist at PT ABC Gudang Pondok Aren. In running its business, PT ABC Gudang Pondok Aren has a main problem, namely a decline in sales caused by a decrease in total customers. Through this main problem, a fishbone is obtained which contains the roots of the problem from the man, method, facility, information and product factors. Based on the main problem and the roots of the problem, to overcome the existing problems at PT ABC it is necessary to evaluate and design a proposed new business model that can contribute to future business development. Based on these problems, the solution used in this research uses the Business Model Canvas (BMC) method. There is a supporting theoretical basis such as business model theory, Business Model Canvas (BMC), business environment strategy, SWOT analysis, SWOT matrix and value proposition canvas. The results obtained are in the form of a proposed Business Model Canvas (BMC) which provides solutions in the form of additional services, additional products new products, changes in packaging methods, and suggestions in terms of product marketing.

A small and medium-sized company in the t-shirt manufacturing industry, PT Fluxdev Global Industry, is having trouble achieving its production goals. The primary issue is that the components of the socks that are made don't match in size. The fact that the chopped materials are not sorted by size is one of the contributing reasons, since it makes it challenging for the operator to determine the size of the materials to be processed. According to the Lean Six Sigma methodology, the company's process capability index (Cp) only reached 1.30 as a result of the inability to satisfy production targets. Even if the production method is very competent, more advancements are still required to increase this index in order to meet the company's goals. In order to minimize product defects, the proposed improvement in this Final Project is to design a tool that can address these issues. The focus of this improvement is to avoid the accumulation of materials after cutting by separating the materials based on size. The design of the assistive device is carried out using the NIDA method. (Needs, Ideas, Decision, Action). The designed aid is a trolley with dividers to separate the sizes of garment components such as S, M, L, and XXXL. This trolley comes in two sizes, 100 x 71 cm and 110 x 71 cm, and is designed to facilitate operators in sorting and identifying the sizes of body and sleeve components according to the cutting patterns.

This study aims to determine the feasibility of student worksheets based on discovery learning on the structure and function of tissue in class XI plants. The method used in this research is Research and Development (R&D) or research and development. Data analysis using Content Validation Rate (CVR) and Content Validation Index (CVI) refers to the Lawshe method. The validator involved two lecturers of biology education, and three biology teachers. There are 3 aspects of the assessment, namely learning three criteria, learning content of five criteria and displaying five evaluation criteria. Based on the results of data analysis, all the CVR criteria are 0.99 in the valid category and the CVI is 0.99. It can be concluded that the student worksheets based on discovery learning on the structure and function of tissue is suitable for use as teaching materials in high school.Because this research only reached the validation and design revision stage, the researcher suggests to future researchers to carry out the research stage to the end, namely mass production, with the aim that the resulting product can help teachers and students in the teaching and learning process.
