Abstract

In order to realize levies that reach targets, of course there must be good management and supervision from the regional government, whether it is the Transportation Agency as the manager and collector of levies, the DPRD as the legislative function that prepares and establishes regional regulations. The problems that the author raises are; First; How is the supervision carried out by the Sungai Banyak Government in achieving the revenue target from collecting parking fees on the side of public roads? Second; What is the parking levy collection system on the side of the third public road; How to enforce the law against collecting parking fees that do not have an official permit. This research was also carried out using an empirical juridical approach, namely research based on field research as primary data and to complement and support field data, library data was needed as secondary data. Primary data was obtained through interviews with informants from the Transportation Department, Satpol PP, DPRD, Bakeuda, Parking Attendants and the Parking User Community and secondary data was obtained through literature study. All data obtained from field research and literature will be analyzed qualitatively and described descriptively. Based on the research results, it was concluded that the supervision carried out by several related parties was not effective, as can be seen from the failure to achieve the levy target for the parking sector. The levy collection system is not carried out in accordance with the provisions, seen from withdrawals that do not use tickets and deposits of levy proceeds are not carried out every day. Law enforcement against violators is not effective, as can be seen from the large number of illegal parking lots and illegal fees at official and unofficial parking points.

Abstract

The research location is within the IUP area of PT. IFISHDECO Tbk (122.168°–122.204° E and 4.371°–4.404° S), Tinanggea, South Konawe Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province. This study aims to analyze the Safety Factor (SF) values of the slopes and the probability of landslide potential at the green pit mining slopes, as well as the landslide hazard mitigation map. The data used include engineering geological characteristics, topographic measurements obtained via total station, aerial photographs (drone), and rock mechanics sample test results. The SF analysis applied is the Simplified Bishop method with Mohr-Coulomb analysis, processed using Slide ver.6 software, along with landslide hazard potential maps and landslide hazard mitigation maps based on the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources of the Republic of Indonesia Decree (KEPMEN ESDM RI) No. 1827 K/30/MEM/2018.The research results are derived from slope stability analysis at the green pit mining site based on the static Safety Factor (SF) according to the rules of KEPMEN ESDM RI No. 1827 K/30/MEM/2018, which are as follows: - Single Slope Type: SF 0.91 - 1.26 (Unstable – Balanced) - Inter-ramp Slope Type: SF 1.15 - 1.25 (Balanced) - Overall Slope Type: SF 1.31 – 1.37 (Stable). The probability of soil movement (landslide) potential is 10 – 25%, with a medium severity landslide category. The medium severity landslide category applies when there are consequences such as serious human injuries, damage to facilities and infrastructure from 25% to 50%, production stoppages of more than 12 hours but less than 24 hours, buried reserves that can still be recovered, and environmental damage within the scope of the IUP area. The landslide hazard potential map is divided into three severity categories: low landslide severity, medium landslide severity, and high landslide severity. The landslide hazard mitigation map for the green pit open-pit mining site provides information on potential hazard zones covering an area of 0.33 hectares at the pit slope, safe zones covering 2 hectares outside mining activities, evacuation routes with distances ranging from 68 m to 267 m to the safe zone, and worker assembly points (muster points) equipped with emergency response facilities such as first-aid supplies, transportation means, mobilization facilities, and communication equipment, all of which are part of the mining safety management system.

Abstract

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the components of love in the song Qadduka Al Mayyas by Sabah Fakhri based on Robert J. Sternberg's love triangle theory. The love triangle theory explains the three feelings that produce love which include the elements of intimacy, passion and commitment. From these three combinations, what then results is love. This research also aims to identify the type of love depicted in the song's lyrics and clarify the misinterpretation that Qadduka Al Mayyas is a qashidah song. With a descriptive qualitative approach, this research uses text analysis to explore the meaning of lyrics as an expression of romantic love. The research results show that the element of intimacy is reflected through expressions of admiration and praise for charming physical beauty. Passion is seen from a deep emotional description of someone's attractiveness. The element of commitment is indicated through the intensity of deep respect and appreciation for the object of love. Based on these three components, the song Qadduka Al Mayyas is categorized as a form of romantic love aspect. This finding confirms that the song is not a prayer, but a work of art that reflects the culture of love in the Arab tradition.

Abstract

The healthcare system in Indonesia plays a vital role in public well-being and is continuously evaluated for improvement. Customer satisfaction is crucial in healthcare, as it directly influences patient retention and revisit intention. This study examines the interplay between service quality, perceived value, patient satisfaction, and revisit intention at Klinik Pratama XYZ, a primary healthcare clinic in Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta. Despite a 5.7% growth in patient visits from 2022 to 2023, this increase fell short of expectations, highlighting the need for service enhancement. The research adopts a quantitative approach to analyze how service quality and perceived value affect patient satisfaction and their subsequent revisit intention. Factors such as tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy are evaluated using the SERVQUAL model. Findings aim to provide actionable insights for Klinik Pratama's management to optimize service delivery, ensuring patient satisfaction and fostering loyalty. This study contributes to academic discourse on healthcare management while offering practical recommendations for enhancing primary healthcare services in a competitive landscape. Patient satisfaction, as emphasized in national health service regulations, serves as a benchmark for service quality and sustainability. The research underscores the importance of a strategic and holistic approach to maintaining and improving healthcare delivery standards.

Abstract

Opportunities for government infrastructure development require procurement of goods and services, the regulation of procurement of goods and services is regulated in Presidential Regulation (Perpres) Number 12 of 2021 concerning Government Procurement of Goods and Services. In this opportunity for procurement of goods and services, the government has an opportunity for a tender process, in tender procurement sometimes a tender conspiracy arises. This tender conspiracy is regulated in Article 22 of Law Number 5 of 1999 concerning the Prohibition of Monopolistic Practices and Unfair Business Competition. In Case Number 08/KPPU-L/2023 and Case Number 17/KPPU-L/2022, there has been a tender conspiracy that has harmed job owners, business actors and the community. Problem Formulation (1) What is the legal protection for parties who are harmed due to tender conspiracy in the procurement of goods and services? (2) What are the indications of tender conspiracy in the hearing of the Business Competition Supervisory Commission? The research method used is Normative Jurisprudential, the type of data used is secondary data, to obtain secondary data, primary legal material data sources and secondary legal materials are used, data collection techniques are literature studies and interviews, qualitative analysis data analysis techniques. The results of the study (1) the form of protection provided to the injured parties in Case Number 08/KPPU-L/2023 and Case Number 17/KPPU-L/2022, namely providing protection by imposing large fines and hoping to provide a deterrent effect on business actors (Reported). (2) The indications contained in Case Number 08/KPPU-L/2023 and Case Number 17/KPPU-L/2022 are that there are indications that several participants are involved in one control, which can be seen from the similarity of the technical documents they submit. In addition, there is suspicion of collusion during the implementation and evaluation process, including, the tender winner who subcontracts the work to another company or the losing tender participant. At the evaluation and determination stage of the tender winner, there were also indications that the committee tended to give privileges to certain participants. Furthermore, when submitting objections, the committee did not seem to respond to complaints from tender participants, which further strengthened the suspicion of collusion.

Abstract

The analysis of communication patterns and social networks in digital propaganda aims to understand the mechanisms of the spread and reception of these messages in various parts of the world. Research on digital propaganda on social media has identified a number of important patterns in the spread of messages. This research provides significant insights into the role of social media in shaping the dynamics of international conflict, as well as how digital propaganda can influence public perceptions of complex issues. Using the Social Network Analysis (SNA) method, this research enriches the theoretical understanding of how interactions between actors on platforms such as Twitter or X affect the spread of information and the formation of public opinion. This research also expands knowledge about SNA metrics such as degree centrality, which can be used to identify key actors in the spread of digital propaganda.
