<![CDATA[This study aim to analyze the patterns of communication and social networks accompanying digital journalism in relation to the conflict of Palestine-Israel. Using SNA and the analysis of narrative patterns, this research tries to find how social media has become the big site for public opinion production of the considered conflict. The findings highlight a polarized social media communication between the pro-Palestinian and pro-Israeli groups, while neutral actors serve as a kind of bridge trying to maintain the balance of information. In addition, in the narrative pattern analysis, five main topics dominate the conversation: physical conflict and its impact; religious responses and global solidarity; international context and human rights; media coverage and location focus; politics and regional dimensions. It also shows that while social media is a great avenue to get information out quickly, there are considerable drawbacks in terms of the biases and misinformation that may be taken as factual input in influencing international policies in strengthening social movements. This paper highlights the need to be aware of the power of narrative patterns in digital communication and the need for more critical and ethical use of social media as a tool for communication.]]>

<![CDATA[PT OTM is a company engaged in the field of independent bulk terminal and storage services for petroleum products in Indonesia, and functions as a distribution terminal. Currently, the products stored and distributed by PT OTM are Pertamax, Pertalite and Premium. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of employee skills and equipment readiness on oil spill management at Special Terminal PT Orbit Terminal Merak in 2020. The study was conducted in the territorial waters of the Malacca Strait using quantitative methods, with the number of research samples taken based on the Slovin formula of 47 people. Data were collected through instruments in the form of statement sheets with a Likert scale model that had been tested. The study used path analysis techniques. The results showed that the influence of employee skills on equipment readiness at Special Terminal PT Orbit Terminal Merak was 80.7%. Based on the hypothesis test Significance t = 0.000 <0.05 so that the influence is significant; The influence of employee skills on oil spill management at Special Terminal PT Orbit Terminal Merak is 43.1%. Based on the hypothesis test Significance t = 0.005 <0.05 so that the influence is significant; The magnitude of the influence of equipment readiness on oil spill management at Special Terminal PT. Orbit Terminal Merak is 43.6%. Based on the hypothesis test Significance t = 0.004 <0.05 so that the influence is significant; There is an influence of employee skills on oil spill management with equipment readiness as a mediating variable at Special Terminal PT. Orbit Terminal Merak. The p-value of 0.000 is smaller than the real level or 0.000 <0.05 so that equipment readiness can be a mediator of employee skills on oil spill management.]]>

<![CDATA[The Straits of Malacca and Singapore are the second busiest routes in the world that are used as international navigation routes that have the potential to be contaminated by cross-border oil spills. Various international legal instruments such as MARPOL 73/78 Annex I to VI regulate the prevention, reduction and control of pollution at sea. This study attempts to further evaluate the policies taken by Indonesia in order to control pollution in the Straits of Malacca and Singapore due to ship accidents. To overcome this problem, Indonesia as a country of law needs to immediately consider accommodation and integration of policy elements in determining laws and regulations, especially those related to maritime environmental protection law.]]>

<![CDATA[The Creative and Performing Arts Center building that will be designed with a Semiotic Architecture approach aims to make the building better known by the presence of signs and symbols in the form of Malay ornaments on the exterior and interior of the building as a sign of the Creative and Performing Arts Center building located in Medan City. With the design method starting from the search for ideas or ideas, then looking for related problems along with solutions and objectives of the design. by using analysis techniques used include site analysis, function analysis, activity analysis, space analysis, form analysis, structural analysis, and utility analysis. The research results of the Semiotic Architecture Concept used in the building can function as a marker that there is a Creative and Performing Arts Center building in Medan with supporting facilities provided, namely in the form of galleries, cafes, restaurants, and shops supporting building functions which can keep a commercial building running when there is no performing arts activity.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the performance of elementary school supervisors in improving the quality of education in West Aceh district. This study uses a qualitative research approach. The type of research is descriptive. The sample of this study amounted to 20 respondents, with a snowball sampling technique. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, observations. Qualitative data analysis techniques are divided into four parts, namely data collection, data reduction, display and data verification. The results of the study prove that the performance of elementary school supervisors in improving the quality of education in West Aceh Regency is carried out with several actions, namely monitoring, supervision, evaluation, coaching and reporting performance, through these actions there is an increase in the quality of education in West Aceh Regency.]]>

<![CDATA[Corruption is a crime that is no longer foreign in Indonesia, corruption is usually carried out by officials who have high incomes. Corruption is also often referred to as White Collar Crime. During the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020, the government allocated additional APBN funds totaling 405.1 trillion Rupiah as a step to handle the crisis. The budget allocated for handling Covid-19 is quite large and requires careful supervision in its implementation so that it can be used to handle Covid-19, but the budget issued by the government was used by Juliari P. Batubara for personal gain and intended to enrich himself, therefore Juliari P. Batubara received a sentence of twelve years in prison along with a monetary penalty of five hundred million rupiah. It is stipulated that failure to pay this fine will result in an additional six months of imprisonment. An additional penalty has been imposed on Juliar P. Batubara, requiring the payment of compensation amounting to Rp14,597,450,000.00 (fourteen billion five hundred ninety-seven million four hundred and fifty thousand rupiah).]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of the research was to find out the variations of tamarillo products, develop variations of processed tamarillo other than juice and develop pastry products. The research method starts from research steps consisting of potential and problems, collecting data, product design, product design validation, design revision, preliminary product testing, design revision and dissemination. Then proceed with phase I research methods consisting of population and sample data sources, data collection techniques, research instruments, data analysis techniques, and design validation. Then the last is the phase II research method which consists of an experimental design model to test, population and sample, data collection techniques, research instruments and data analysis techniques. The results of the research produced in the form of entremet cake products processed from tamarillo fruit. The novelty of the research is the entremet cake pastry product processed from tamarillo in the mousse and jelly section.]]>

<![CDATA[Berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 21 Tahun 2008 Pasal 35 Ayat 1 tentang Perbankan Syariah, Bank Syariah dan Unit-Unit Syariah dalam kegiatan usaha nya di wajibkan menerapkan prinsip kehati-hatian. Dalam memenuhi prinsip kehati-hatian, Bank Syariah memerlukan jaminan atau agunan. Namun, fatwa murabahah No.04/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 memberikan jaminan bahwa pelanggan akan memperhatikan pesanan mereka. Penulis mengangkat dua masalah:permasalahan yang pertama, bagaimanakah Jaminan Dalam Pembiayaan Murabahah Pada BSI Bukittinggi KCP Pasar Aur ? dan Pertanyaan kedua kedua, bagaimanakah kedudukan Jaminan Dalam Pembiayaan Murabahah Pada BSI KCP Pasar Aur jika terjadi wanprestasi oleh nasabah?. Data primer penelitian ini berasal dari wawancara bersama informan BSI KCP Pasar Aur sedangkan data sekunder berasal dari studi pustaka. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif dan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada BSI Bukittinggi KCP Pasar Aur jaminan merupakan salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kesepakatan terhadap pembiayaan dan pada hakikatnya prinsip Islam tidak dilanggar. Dengan jaminan, konsumen dipaksa untuk melunasi angsurannya dua kali lipat. Bank menggunakan jaminan sebagai perlindungan ganda ketika klien tidak melakukan apa yang mereka janjikan dan memudahkan tindakan hukum. Jika ada kegagalan, jaminan dalam pembiayan murabahah BSI Bukittinggi KCP Pasar Aur berfungsi untuk memenuhi akad, melindungi hukum untuk bank syariah dalam memperoleh dana yang sudah diberikan. Selain itu fungsi jaminan adalah pegangan untuk pihak bank syariah.]]>

<![CDATA[The Arabic language plays a significant role in religious education, diplomacy, and economics; however, its learning process faces complex challenges, such as difficulties in understanding grammar (nahwu) and morphology (sharaf). This research aims to analyze how Artificial Intelligence (AI) can address these challenges and enhance interactive Arabic language learning, particularly in terms of personalization and effectiveness. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method by reviewing literature, scientific journals, and previous research reports, as well as conducting in-depth interviews with teachers and students utilizing AI technology. Data were also collected through observations of AI-based applications, such as chatbots and learning platforms, to understand their implementation and effectiveness. Analysis was performed using content analysis methods, supplemented by data triangulation, to produce valid and comprehensive findings. The study reveals that the transformation brought by artificial intelligence (AI) technology has revolutionized Arabic language learning by accelerating, simplifying, and personalizing the learning process. Key challenges, such as morphological complexity and dialectal diversity, have driven the development of technologies like Natural Language Processing (NLP) and AI-based voice recognition. Through an interdisciplinary approach that is culturally sensitive, AI is expected to create a more adaptive and inclusive Arabic learning experience.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to interpret English advertisements containing a pragmatics context. This study uses a qualitative method, and the object of this study is several English fast food restaurant advertisements. The data in this study were collected by searching fast food restaurant advertisements, then grouping them pragmatically, and classifying them based on their pragmatic context. Researchers got eight pieces of data to be examined, and they are: the first is 'call your own time-out', which means 'Take time to enjoy the food offered in the advertisement'. The second is 'it'll blow your mind away', means 'You will be surprised by the size of the food in the advertisement'. The third is 'get fully charged', means 'The food offered in the advertisement will satisfy the reader. The fourth is 'think outside the bucket', which means ordered food outside the menu package. The fifth is 'Happy hour' means 'there is a 20% discount, in a certain period or time of the advertisement'. The sixth is 'Sure is good to have around', which means a delicious meal to enjoy with close friends. The seventh is 'talking can wait', means Do not let the distractions while enjoying the food. The last advertisement is `Look its waving at you' means 'The food is tempting to buy.]]>
