Abstract

Kalimantan heritage is one of the many cultural assets owned by the Indonesian nation from hundreds of other cultures. One culture that is highly admired is the typical Kalimantan batik which is liked not only by native people of Kalimantan. However, it seems that these batik motifs have not been attached to the brands of each entrepreneur who produces them, the brands are only pinned by boutiques or small business entities that market them (Kapferer, J.-N., 2004). This needs to get support in the ease of processing and obtaining it for batik cloth production actors from the authorized agency. All of this needs to be done so that the works of local sons and daughters are protected from irresponsible parties. The wealth of Kalimantan batik motifs in general comes from the original motifs of the rich indigenous culture of Kalimantan. Based on several facts, it can be concluded that almost all original batik makers do not have personal brands for the batik works they have made and marketed. For this reason, it is necessary to provide an understanding of the importance of brands on patents for the creative ideas of batik motifs that they make by people who are experts in their fields (Keller, K.L. and Lehmann, DR, 2006).

Abstract

In the design of this library application, the programming language used is the web-based programming language, PHP, utilizing the Code Igniter Framework. The database employed in the design of this library application is MySQL. The aim of this research is to develop and design a Library Application and determine the system's feasibility by users at SMP Attaufiqiyyah. The method utilized in this research is the PIECES method (Performance, Information, Economic, Control, Efficiency, and Service). The results of this research illustrate that with a computerized library application, the staff no longer need to manually write book and member data, as well as borrowing transactions. They no longer have to search for book data on shelves and book stacks, simplifying the book search process for students. The conclusion is that with an online library system, the staff no longer need to manually record borrowing and returning data. With this library system, the staff no longer need to doublecheck book data. This system facilitates staff in conducting transactions from borrowing to returning books and handling fines

Abstract

The application of information and communication technology in the learning process must be modified to answer global demands as a response to the needs of the industrial revolution in the 21st century, where humans and technology are aligned to create new opportunities creatively and innovatively. One form of learning modification is by designing learning media that attracts students' interest in learning so that their learning outcomes are maximized. E-module is one of the teaching media which is a multimedia development solution to facilitate students' understanding in today's learning. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of implementing e-modules based on project based learning on student learning outcomes. This type of research is quantitative research using pre-experimental design with one group pretest-posttest design. The sample in this study was a 3rd semester biology class consisting of 20 students. The types of research instruments used were questionnaires and essay tests. The data found were then analyzed using the normalized N Gain test to determine the effectiveness of the application of e-modules on student learning outcomes with the help of the SPSS version 23 application. The results of the study showed that the N-Gain value was 66.78, which means that the application of e-modules based on project based learning is quite effective on student learning outcomes

Abstract

The capital market plays a very important role in long-term investments. However, the capital market often also involves high risks because it depends on market price movements that cannot be predicted with certainty. The most popular financial instruments in the capital market are stocks. This stock is used by investors to gain profit. In the world of investing, there are two ways to analyze stocks: technical analysis and fundamental analysis. Technical analysis examines past stock price patterns to predict future price directions, without considering the company's conditions. Meanwhile, fundamental analysis looks at factors such as company management and financial performance to estimate the future value of the stock. Out of 81 companies in the energy sector that were evaluated, 22 companies are experiencing an uptrend. Using chart patterns, there are five companies, namely Adaro Energy Indonesia (ADRO), Trans Power Marine Tbk (TPMA), Delta Dunia Makmur (DOID), Elnusa Tbk. (ELSA), and Resource Alam Indonesia Tbk (KKGI), among those predicted to continue experiencing positive growth in the future. The use of candlestick charts and the Exponential Moving Average (EMA) indicator has helped in identifying upward trends in stock prices. In addition, chart pattern methods, particularly the Cup and Handle and Inverted Head and Shoulders patterns, provide additional insights into the potential continuation of bullish trends in several energy sector companies. The analysis of this graphic pattern allows investors to project stock price movements more accurately, aiding in making more informed investment decisions

Abstract

This study aims to test the influence of earning management, dividend policy, and growth opportunity on firm value through institutional ownership in consumer goods sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2015 to 2019. The selection of samples in this study employed the purposive sampling method, resulting in 22 companies that met the research criteria. Data were sourced from the IDX, and the analysis conducted included descriptive tests, Chow tests, Hausman tests, Lagrange Multiplier tests, classical assumption tests, t-tests, F-tests, and Sobel tests. The study's findings show that earning management and growth opportunity significantly influence firm value. Dividend policy, however, does not directly affect firm value. Based on the Sobel test results, institutional ownership does not mediate the relationship between earning management and growth opportunity to firm value but successfully mediates the relationship between dividend policy and firm value
