Abstract

Bone scaffolding implants are used in orthopedic applications to aid bone growth and regeneration. However, these implants degrade over time and will also be exposed to the burden of physiological activity during use, which can affect their mechanical properties and fatigue life. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of degradation time and physiological activity load on changes in bone scaffolding implant morphology on fatigue life and determine significant parameters using the ANOVA method. The study was conducted using numerical simulation using finite element method in software Comsol Multiphysics. Bone scaffolding implants are exposed to cyclic fatigue loads and degradation over time as well as loads of different physiological activities. The results showed that degradation time and physiological activity load had a significant effect on changes in bone scaffolding implant morphology and fatigue life. Increased degradation time and physiological activity load lead to decreased implant fatigue life. The results of the analysis using the ANOVA method showed that the degradation time of factors affecting fatigue with a percentage value of 64.56% was significant on morphological changes and the load of physiological activity had an influence of 35.44% on the fatigue life of bone scaffolding implants. This study emphasizes the importance of considering degradation time and physiological activity load in the design and evaluation of bone scaffold implants. Analysis using the ANOVA method can help to determine significant parameters that affect implant performance and improve implant design to extend fatigue life.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the effect of the effectiveness of the principal's leadership role and organizational work culture on teacher performance. This study also examines the effect of the relationship between the principal's leadership role and work culture on teacher performance. The type of research used is correlational with data collection tools using questionnaires and the analysis technique used is simple linear regression. The results showed that the F test (35, 772) with a significant level (0.000) <0.05 for the variable leadership role on teacher performance. And the F test (33.043) with a significant level (0.000) <0.05 for the work culture variable on teacher performance. And for the results together the effectiveness of the role of leadership and work culture on teacher performance is the F test (17.757) with a significant level (0.000) <0.05. The results of this study are the role of principals' leadership and organizational work culture in the sufficient category in influencing teacher performance with an R square value of 65%.

Abstract

Gabungan High School is one of the oldest schools in Papua. A private school founded by the Protestant and Catholic Education Foundation under the auspices of two (2) churches, namely Protestant and Catholic. In its work in the world of education, the Jayapura Gabungan High School has also helped shape the nation's civilization. Around 75 years ago, at the start of the school's establishment, the Jayapura Combined Gabungan High School was an excellent school, had many enthusiasts, and had produced quality graduates such as ministers, governors and regents. However, the existence of the Gabungan High School did not last, when the government started building public schools, not only that, many private schools were built, this became a separate threat to the Gabungan High School. Through this research, do a strategy analysis that will be made by the school using the SWOT matrix, position and action evaluation (SPACE) strategy matrix, Grand Strategy Matrix and Quatitive Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) which begins with an analysis of the factors that have an impact on the school both from within and from outside school. The results obtained are 3 (three) strategic programs which are categorized as priority programs, namely 1) Schools build in collaboration with parents who have knowledge of administration to provide material for education staff; 2) Building cooperation with traditional parties to secure the school environment; and 3) Building alumni support.

Abstract

Pendidikan Agama Islam became a milestone in the establishment of IAIN Kudus. With the transformation of IAIN Kudus into UIN Kudus, the Program Study of Pendidikan Agama Islam will be in demand by students who do not come from Islamic boarding schools or Madrasah Aliyah (MA). To accelerate learning understanding, a differentiated learning method is needed. The approach used in this study uses a qualitative descriptive research method. The results of this study indicate that the lecturer remembers the name of one student at a time. In addition, lecturers understand student characteristics, learning abilities, learning styles, reading levels, and levels of understanding in absorbing material. The existence of differentiated learning methods makes the learning received between students different from one another. Likewise with different teaching methods. Learning that is created according to the needs and understanding of students.

Abstract

Bima City, situated in the NTB province, is the location of 15 junior high schools. The objective of this study is to examine how physical education and health teachers handle the learning process in all junior high schools in Bima. The collection of data was accomplished by means of observation, interviews, and documentation, with supervisors, teachers, and students serving as sources of information. The credibility of the data was ensured through triangulation. The analysis encompassed three main stages: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The discoveries demonstrated that the learning management practices of physical education and health teachers in Bima's junior high schools consisted of planning, executing lessons, and evaluating learning outcomes. Although most teachers prepared teaching materials in advance, primarily relying on the subject teacher deliberations for resources, there are still areas that could be enhanced in terms of classroom management, learning resources, and instructional media. The assessment methods employed by teachers in this domain included outcome evaluation and process evaluation.
