Abstract

This study aims to 1) Describe the errors made by students in solving addition and subtraction problems based on HOTS integers, 2) Describe the causes of errors made by students in working on addition and subtraction problems based on HOTS integers.This research is a descriptivequantitative research. Data collection techniques in this study were written test techniques, observation, interviews, and dosumentation. The research instrument consisted of a test sheet, an observation guide, and an interview guide. Test the validity ofthe data used in this study using triangulation. The data analysis technique used Milles and Huberman model analysis ehich consisted of data presentation, and drawing conclusions.The results of this study indicate that the errors made by students are (1)errors in the final answer (31,22%); (2) errors in undestanding the core (32,18%); (3) errors in the completion step (20,45%); (4) errors in reading the questions (0%). This is because students do not understand the concept, so students are not able to findsolutions in solving problems in the problem. So thet students do not find the results correctly and cause students to make mistakes in working on the questions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of environmental literacy oriented problem-based learning on the critical thinking skills of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah students. The method used is quasi-experimental and the research design used is a non-equivalent control group design. The object of this research is the fifth-grade students of MI Darul Ulum, totaling 39 people consisting of 20 experimental class students and 19 control class students. The data collection instrument in this study was an observation and test instrument consisting of 5 questions about critical thinking. The data obtained were then analyzed using the t-test with the help of the SPSS application. Based on the data analysis,the results showed that there was a significant difference between the class that used the environmental literacy-oriented problem-based learning model and the class that continued to use the conventional learning model with an at-count value of 2.154 > 1.687 and also based on a significant value (2 tailed) 0.038 < 0.05 so that Ho is rejected. It can be concluded that there is an effect of the environmental literacy oriented problem-based learning model on the critical thinking skills of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah students.

Abstract

A teacher who delivers teaching with good and innovative strategies, will create an interesting learning atmosphere and also improve the skills of students.This studyaims to provide information on the application of modified basketball games as an innovative learning strategy that can improve basic movement variations and combination skills in simple big ball games at MIN 2 Pemalang. This research was conducted in August 2022 with the best practice method in the learning process that was carried out in August 2022 at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 2 Pemalang. Best Practice is the "Best Practice" of the success of a teacher or group of teachers in carrying out their duties, including in overcoming various problems in their school (Kemendikbud, 2016). While the data collection is done through literature study and direct observation where the author is directly involved in the program.results of this study can be understood that the number of students' scores using learning modifications is 2485 withan average value of 82.83 and not using Learning Modifications in basketball games, the total score is 2295 and the average value is 76.50 . The percentage of students' scores using incomplete learning modifications is 3.33%, according to the KKM of 10% and above the KKM of 86,66% while the percentage of students' scores by not using incomplete learning modifications is 33.33%, according to the KKM of 13.33% and above the KKM by 53.33%.Taken together, these results will provide information that the application of innovative learning strategies in modified basketball games can improve students' learning skills.

Abstract

Full-day school is a school process throughout the day or a teaching and learning process that is enforced from morning to evening. Learning quality at school enhances the success of schools in achieving learning goals. This study aims to determine the implementation of the full-day school system to improve the quality of learning at SDIT Gondang. The type of research used is a type of field research using a qualitative descriptive. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observation, and documentation. Interviews were used to dig for in-depth data about the process of learning activities at SDIT Gondang. Observations are used as data reinforcement. Documentation is used as supporting data related to school profiles. The subjects of this study were school principals, vice principals for curriculum, and class teachers. The method of data analysis was carried out using data reduction analysis and concluding. The results showed that the implementation of full-day school to improve the quality of learning at SDIT Gondang was carried out with good educational planning, curriculum innovation, superior programs, habituation of good things, and extracurricular activities. Educational planning is embodied in the form of the school's vision, mission, and goals. The curriculum innovation used is the integration between the curriculum developed by the Ministry of Education and Culture, the Ministry of Religion, and the Foundation. The superior programs carried out are in the form of giving quizzes before class hours; TPQ/BTQ, tahsin, and tahfidz activities; and additional study hours. Furthermore, various extracurricular activities can be used to develop students' talents and interests.

Abstract

An inclusive school environment can be used as an effective place to cultivate student character. Character values such as caring, cooperation, respect for differences, and tolerance are important to be instilled in everyday life, including at school. This research aims to explore and find out related to the implementation of character education in SD N Bendan 01 Pekalongan. The type of research used is field research. The approach used in this study is qualitative.The subjects in this research arethe principal, homeroom teachers, and students. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, interviews, and documentation. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method used is the qualitative data analysis of the Miles and Hubermen analysis model which consists of data reduction, data presentation, verification, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the implementation of character education in inclusive education settings at SD Negeri Bendan 01 Pekalongan was carried out through regular class inclusive education model or full inclusion, character-based school environment arrangement, character integration in active and contextual learning, teacher exemplary, strengthening, and habituation.

Abstract

This study is todetermine the application of the PAIKEM learning model to PAI learning as a learning model that can increase student interest in learning, the type used in this study is a qualitatve research type with a descriptve approach, data collection using an interview model, observation and documentation. With research analysis begins with data collection, data reduction, data display and conclusion. The resultsof the teaching and learning ocess in PAI subjects in elementary schools using the PAIKEM model show maximum and good results. This is marked by changes in students' attitudes, behavior and emotions, for example, before entering class they are good at bringing greetings. according to interacting with fellow students and with teachers, this is a very significant result after applying the PAIKEM model to each learning process which is seen as an increase in attitudes and changes from the previous one.

Abstract

Covid-19 cases began to decrease, schools were encouraged to carry out face-to-face learning. Therefore the government has issued several procedures related to schools that will implement Face-to-Face Learning (PTM). This study aims to 1) find out the procedures that have been prepared for the implementation of PTM and 2) find out the procedures for implementing PTM at SD Muhammadiyah Geger. This research is a qualitative research, the type of research is descriptive qualitative. The subjects of this study consisted of school principals, teachers of lower grades (grade 1 SD), lower grades, and lower grades' guardians. Taking the subject of low grade students and guardians of low grade students were grouped into three levels (high, medium and low). Data collection techniques from students about procedure readiness using a questionnaire. For low school principals and homeroom teachers using interview, observation, and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the procedures that have been prepared by SD Muhammadiyah Geger in face-to-face learning as a whole have been running in accordance with the SKB 4 Ministers rules such as spraying disinfectants, checking temperature, washing hands, maintaining distance, and making sure that each teacher and student has injected with the vaccine and when going to school must be in good health. The implementation of face-to-face learning (PTM) procedures at Muhammadiyah Geger Elementary School has been going well. This can be seen from the results of the research which stated that teachers, students and guardians of SD Muhammadiyah Geger students were very ready to carry out face-to-face learning by complying withthe procedures that had been made. However, there are several aspects that need improvement, especially teachers who are not used to wearing masks in the school environment, students who have not been vaccinated at least twice, and students who are reluctant to bring their own food to school.

Abstract

Scouting is a familiar extracurricular activity in the world of education because it can be found at every level of education. Through scouting activities, students can get guidance on piety, national and state life, train personality, train organizational skills, train physical health, increase creativity, tolerance, responsibility, and cooperation. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of scout activities on students' creativity. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques used to obtain information include: 1) observation to obtain information in the field; 2) interviews with resource persons regarding the implementation and impact of scout activities; and 3) documentation, by documenting the profile of MI PUI Cikijing, teacher and student data, infrastructure and scout extracurricular activities themselves. After the data is obtained, the data is analyzed using three stages, namely, 1) reducing the data so that the data obtained gives a clear picture; 2) present the data that has been obtained in the form of a narrative; and 3) draw conclusions on the problems studied. The results obtained from this study are that scout extracurricular activities are considered effective in increasing the creativity of students at MI PUI Cikijing.

Abstract

The introduction of behavior according to the values of Pancasila must be pursued from an early age, namely at the elementary education level. So that the attitude of caring, cooperation, and respect between fellow human beings can be strongly integrated in students. In addition, the introduction of local culture is also an urgent matter, so that children can love their own culture more. This research is a Research and Development type of research, using the ADDIE development model which has 5 main stages. This research and development involve various experts, namely media experts and learning experts. The data collection used in this study included interviews, observations, questionnaires, and tests, which were specially prepared according to the theories of learning media development and CitizenshipEducation materials for class 1MI. The results of this development indicate that the material validation test is 90%, the design validation is 95%, and the Field Trial is 94.4%. The average pretest and posttest also increased with the pre-test result of 60.4 and the post-test average of 85.6. This shows that the developed media can be said to be valid and can be used in Civic Education learning.

Abstract

This research aims to develop onlinelearning media based on students’ worksheets which can be accessed onlineand directly integrated with the work system and assessment system. Research-based research and Development(R&D) with the 4D model Developmentmethod. The subjects of this study were experts at SDN 03 Gejlig consisting of learning media experts, material experts and 6th grade students. The research was started by collecting data based on the results of interviews and direct observation, surveys onmedia from learning media experts, surveys on material from learning material experts, and surveys on students' learning motivation using Google Forms to get results that are easy to analyze. For data analysis techniques using quantitative descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing using simple linear regression. And the results of the analysis show that the elementary school-Level OnlineStudent Worksheet-based learning media is very feasible to develop and apply because of its effectiveness in influencing student motivation and facilitating the assessment system and work on students’ worksheets.
