Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the influence of market orientation and product innovation on competitive advantage and the performance of marketing seaweed processing in Wakatobi. The variables of this study are market orientation, product innovation, competitive advantage and marketing performance. The population of this study was seaweed farmer groups with the number of respondents 48. The analysis used was descriptive and inferential analysis with the help of path analysis tools. The results of this study indicate that the direct influence of market orientation, product innovation and competitive advantage has a positive and significant effect on the performance of seaweed processing marketing in Wakatobi. While the indirect influence of market orientation and product innovation on marketing performance through competitive advantage plays a role in pseudo mediating.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh orientasi pasar dan inovasi produk terhadap keunggulan bersaing dan kinerja pemasaran pengolahan rumput laut di Wakatobi. Variabel penelitian ini adalah orientasi pasar, inovasi produk, keunggulan bersaing dan kinerja pemasaran. Populasi penelitian ini adalah kelompok petani rumput laut dengan jumlah  responden 48. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan inferensial dengan bantuan alat analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh langsung  orientasi pasar, inovasi produk dan keunggulan bersaing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran pengolahan rumput laut di Wakatobi. Sedangkan pengaruh tidak langsung orientasi pasar dan inovasi produk terhadap kinerja pemasaran melalui keunggulan bersaing berperan dalam memediasi semu.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the influence of product attributes towards purchase decision of fashion products at online shop through social media Facebook, (2) the influence of service quality towards purchase decision of fashion products at online shop through social media Facebook, and (3) the influence of product attributes and service quality simultaneously towards purchase decision of fashion products at online shop through social media Facebook. This research takes 90 samples from the customer of the ofmanagement student, economics and bussiness faculty halu oleo university. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression and uses the help of the IBM SPSS version 16 application using a standard significance of 5%. Based on the results of the analysis in this study, it can be concluded that product attributes and service qualitytogether have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decision, product attributes has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decision and Service Quality has a significant positive effect on Purchasing Decision.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand trust and consumer satisfaction on brand loyalty Mitsubishi Xpander at PT. Makassar Mandiri Putra Utama. The population in this study were all consumers at PT. Makassar Mandiri Putra Utama meanwhile, the sample is 30 samples. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that brand trust and consumer goals had a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty on Mitsubishi Xpander at PT. Makassar Mandiri Putra Utama

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) examine the influence of service quality on hospital image, 2) examine the effect of service quality on patient satisfaction, 3) examine the influence of hospital image on patient satisfaction, 4) examine the effect of service quality on patient satisfaction mediated by hospital image. The type of this  research is explanatory research, then seen from the approach of research strategy or data collection process, this research uses survey method.  The population in this study was all patients treated at Tiara Sentosa Kendari Hospital. For sampling techniques researchers use non random or non probability selection in the form of purposive sampling. A total of 135 samples were obtained using the formula Hair et al (2010). Data is collected by interview methods and questionnaires. The analysis tool used is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that both directly and indirectly, the quality of services has a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction at Tiara Sentosa Kendari Hospital.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze: (1). To determine and analyze the effect of market orientation on the marketing performance of the Kahianga Coffee maker business in Wakatobi, (2). To find out and analyze the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on the marketing performance of the Kahianga Coffee maker business in Wakatobi and (3). To find out and analyze the effect of competitive advantage on the marketing performance of the Kahianga Coffee maker business in Wakatobi. This study used 50 respondents who made kahianga coffee in Wakatobi. While the data analysis used descriptive analysis and inferential analysis of Multiple Linear Regression using the program packagesoftware SPSS Version 24.0.The results of this study are (1).Market orientation has a positive and significant effect on the marketing performance of kahianga coffee makers in Wakatobi, (2). Entrepreneurial orientation has a positive and significant effect on the marketing performance of kahianga coffee makers in Wakatobi, and (3)Competitive advantage has a positive and significant impact on the marketing performance of kahianga coffee makers in Wakatobi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk menguji dan membuktikan secara empiris pengaruh kompensasi,lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT IMIP Di Sulawesi Tengah.Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian explanatory yang bertujuan menjelaskan Hubungan kausal antar variabel dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Indonesia Morowali Industrial Park (IMIP) Desa Fatufia, Kecamatan Bahodopi, Kabupaten Morowali Sulawesi Tengah. yang berjumlah 125 Orang yang terfokus di Divisi Hoist Crane yang akan di jadikan sebagai responden Metode analisis untuk menjawab hipotesis dalam Penelitian ini adalah Metode PLS (Partial Least Square) yang mengukur intensitas 3 variabel, yaitu variabel independen, variabel mediasi dan variabel dependen.Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di PT. Indonesia Morowali Industrial Park (IMIP) Desa Fatufia, Kecamatan Bahodopi, Kabupaten Morowali Sulawesi Tengah.Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan,Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai yang di mediasi dengan kepuasan kerja dengan hasil mediasi parsial. Hal ini berarti bahwa kepuasan kerja cukup baik dalam memediasi kompensasi dalam  meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan yang di mediasi dengan kepuasan kerja dengan hasil mediasi full. Hal ini berarti bahwa kepuasan kerja sangat berperan dalam memediasi lingkungan kerja untuk dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di PT. Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of information quality, system quality and service quality on student satisfaction at the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, Muhammadiyah University, Kendari.The population in this study were FEBI UMK students totaling 510 people consisting of 2016 batch totaling 237 people and 2017 batch totaling 273 students. With 120 respondents. Hypothesis testing is done using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) or Structural Equation Model with AMOS 4 program. The results showed that: Information quality has a significant effect on student satisfaction. The quality of the system has a negative and significant effect on student satisfaction. And Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on student satisfaction

Abstract

Keberhasilan pembangunan sektor pertanian sangat dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor termasuk di dalamnya keberadaan penyuluh pertanian yang merupakan ujung tombak pemerintah pada sektor pertanian dalam mendampingi dan membimbing petani. Dengan demikian kualitas layanan/jasa dalam mendampingi petani merupakan persyaratan utama. Sehingga para penyuluh pertanian harus mampun meningkatkan kualitas layanannya untuk mewujudkan kepuasan petani yang pada akhirnya tercipta kepercayaan pada penyuluh pertanian. Kabupaten Wakatobi hanya memiliki 3% wilayah daratan yang didominasi daerah bebatuan karang barang tentu membutuhkan kemampuan lebih dalam mengelolah tanah pertaniannya sehingga diperlukan penyuluh pertanian yang handal untuk membimbing petani untuk meningkatkan produksi dan produktivitasnya agar terwujud kesejahteraan petani.Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitas layanan sebagai variabel bebas dan kepercayaan sebagai variabel terikat serta kepuasan sebagai variabel mediasi. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan inferensial dengan bantuan alat analisis SEM. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah petani budidaya di pulau Wangi-Wangi dengan sampel 117 responden dengan kriteria responden adalah petani budidaya baik budidaya tanaman pangan, hortikultura, perkebunan dan peternakan.Hasil studi dalam penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas layanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan petani budidaya, kualitas layanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepercayaan petani budidaya, kepuasan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepercayaan petani budidaya, dan kualitas layanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepercayaan yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan petani budidaya sebagai mediasi parsial.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and explain the role of competitive advantage in mediating market orientation, entrepreneurial orientation on marketing performance (a study on the fishery product processing and marketer in Wakatobi Regency). The population of this research is a group of fishery product processors and marketers in Wakatobi Regency, totaling 540 people, the number of samples being 55 people. The data from the sample/respondent were analyzed using SmartPLS in order to obtain the results of the causal relationship between the variables developed in the model. The results of testing the role of competitive advantage in mediating market orientation, entrepreneurial orientation on marketing performance (a study on the processing and marketing of fishery products  in  Wakatobi Regency), are as follows; the effect of market orientation on competitive advantage has a path coefficient of 0.518 with a probability level of 0.000 (p<0.05), the effect of market orientation on marketing performance has a path coefficient of 0.276 with a probability level of 0.020 (p<0.05), the influence of entrepreneurship to competitive advantage has a path coefficient of 0.384 with a probability level of 0.002 (p < 0.05), the influence of entrepreneurial orientation on marketing performance has a path coefficient of 0.218 with a probability level of 0.076 (p < 0.05), the effect of competitive advantage on marketing performance has a path coefficient of 0.487 with a probability level of 0.000 (p < 0.05), the effect of market orientation on marketing performance through competitive advantage  has  a path coefficient of 0252 with a probability  level of  0.001 (p<0.05), the influence of entrepreneurial orientation on marketing performance through competitive advantage ng has a path coefficient of 0.187 with a probability level of 0.0014 (p <0.05). The benefit that can be learned from this research is the development of knowledge, especially in the paradigm of  structural relationships of the role of competitive advantage in mediating market orientation, entrepreneurial orientation on marketing performance (a study on the processing and marketing of fishery products  in  Wakatobi Regency).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and explain the effect of quality of work life, organizational culture, transformational leadership and motivation on performance. The population in this study is all employees at 3 Secretariat offices in the Bawaslu of Southeast Sulawesi Province as many as 72 people. The sample in this study took all the population as a sample, which amounted to 72 people. The analysis used in inferential statistics is Multivariate Linear Regression performed with the help of SPSS 21.The results of this study indicate that Quality of work life has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, transformational leadership has a positive effect on employee performance, motivation has an effect on employee performance. Finally, Employee growth and development, team orientation, Intellectual Stimulation and the need to achieve employee performance are very able to increase the potential ability of employees to complete work and give confidence to their subordinates and the encouragement to excel and achieve has a good influence in improving employee performance
