This research was conducted with the following objectives: (1) To analyze the effect of compensation on employee productivity, (2) to analyze the effect of work discipline on employee productivity, (3) to analyze the effect of compensation and work discipline on employee productivity of PT. PLN (Persero) Sulselrabar Regional Main Unit. This study uses an explanatory research approach. The population of this study were all employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Sulselrabar Regional Main Unit as many as 135 permanent employees with a sampling technique using total sampling technique or saturated sample which is meant by total sampling here is that the researcher uses all the population as the sample. Data collection used questionnaires and interviews, while data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study at the 5% significance level indicate that: 1) compensation for both financial and non-financial compensation has a significant positive effect on employee productivity, 2) The application of work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity, 3) compensation and discipline variables have a simultaneous effect on employee productivity. Productivity of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Sulselrabar Regional Main Unit.

The objectives of the study are : (1) The effect of knowledge management, organizational culture and work involvement simultaneously have effect on Employees performance at the Secretariat Office of the DPRD of Southeast Sulawesi Province; (2) the effect of partial knowledge management on Employees Performance at the Secretariat Office of the DPRD of Southeast Sulawesi Province; (3) The effect of partial organizational culture on Employees Performance at the Secretariat Office of the DPRD of Southeast Sulawesi Province; (4) The effect of partial Work involvement on Employees Performance at the Secretariat Office of the DPRD of Southeast Sulawesi Province. The research design used was quantitative research. The population of the study were all employees who worked at the Secretariat Office of the DPRD Southeast Sulawesi Province. The analysis used is quantitative analysis using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of this study found that: (1) knowledge management, organizational culture and work involvement simultaneously have positif and signifikant effect on employee performance at the Secretariat Office of the DPRD Southeast Sulawesi Province; (2) Knowledge management has positip and significant effects on Employees Performance at the Secretariat Office of the DPRD of Southeast Sulawesi Province; (3) Organizational culture has has poositip and significant on Employees Performance at the Secretariat Office of the DPRD of Southeast Sulawesi Province; (4) Work involvement has positif and significant on Employees Performance at the Secretariat Office of the DPRD of Southeast Sulawesi Province

This study intends to analyze the simultaneous and partial effect of competence, work discipline and work environment on employees performance in the Southeast Sulawesi Provincial Forestry Service.The population of this research was the Civil Servants (PNS) of the Provincial Forestry Service of Southeast Sulawesi. The size of the sample in this research was determined by using the Slovin formula which amounted to 96 respondents. The determination of this research sample used probability sampling techniques, which is proportional stratified random sampling. Strata was carried out based on the placement of employees of the Provincial Forestry Service of the Southeast Sulawesi. The method of collecting data was using questionnaires and literature review. The analytical tool used is the Multivariate Regression Analysis (MRA) using SPSS for Windows 24.0.The result of the research shows: 1) competence, work discipline and work environment simultaneously have positive and significant effects on employee performance; 2) competence has positive and significant effects on employees performance; 3) work discipline has positive and significant effects on employees performance; and 4) work environment has positive and insignificant effects on employees performance.Keywords: competence, work discipline, work environment and employees performance

Entrepreneurial activity is considered as one of the solutions in reducing the unemployment rate because it can absorb labor and encourage national economic development. Several Asian countries have experienced economic changes over the last three decades which were marked by an increase in the number of business activities and business output with the direction of achievement in line with the pace of economic growth. Meanwhile, novice business actors at the national level are still relatively low. Based on this, it is interesting to explore the segmentation of potential entrepreneurs and startups and the aspects that influence it by utilizing GEM data. The results showed that with the Chi-Squared Automatic Interaction Detection (CHAID) method, people living on the island of Java with an age range of 35-44 years with the status of working at home, or working full time or part time, are likely to become potential entrepreneurs around 59.7%. The results of the logistic regression show that internal factors (career choice, business skills and knowledge, and fear of failure in entrepreneurship), and external factors (people around who are also entrepreneurs, the first opportunity to start a business, media showing business success stories, and respectable social status of business people) affects the increase in potential entrepreneurs.

This research was conducted to obtain an overview of students' knowledge in 2 learning cycles. Where the first cycle does not use multimedia as an educational tool. Whereas in the second cycle using multi media as a learning method. Good learning methods can improve student quality and have an impact on school quality. Quality schools can increase the interest and decision of parents to choose a school.The percentage of completeness of science learning outcomes for students of class VIII SMP Satap 3 Tikep on vibration, wave and sound material can be increased by applying the Discovery Learning Model with a Scientific Approach. This is indicated by the value obtained tends to increase from cycle I to cycle II. This is indicated by the acquisition of the average value of learning outcomes in the first cycle of 2.68 with a percentage of 60.61% that have been completed. Whereas in the second cycle the average student learning outcomes increased to 3.01 with a percentage that was completed at 77.78%. This study aims to test and analyze: (1). To determine and analyze the effect of market orientation on the marketing performance of the Kahianga Coffee maker business in Wakatobi, (2). To find out and analyze the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on the marketing performance of the Kahianga Coffee maker business in Wakatobi and (3). To find out and analyze the effect of competitive advantage on the marketing performance of the Kahianga Coffee maker business in Wakatobi. This study used 50 respondents who made kahianga coffee in Wakatobi. While the data analysis used descriptive analysis and inferential analysis of Multiple Linear Regression using the program packagesoftware SPSS Version 24.0.The results of this study are (1).Market orientation has a positive and significant effect on the marketing performance of kahianga coffee makers in Wakatobi, (2). Entrepreneurial orientation has a positive and significant effect on the marketing performance of kahianga coffee makers in Wakatobi, and (3)Competitive advantage has a positive and significant impact on the marketing performance of kahianga coffee makers in Wakatobi.

This study aims to examine the influence of workload and audit experience on auditor to detect fraud. The variables in this study consisted of workload and audit experience as independent variables, and the auditor's ability to detect fraud as the dependent variable. The sample in this study was 39 auditors at the Southeast Sulawesi Province Inspectorate. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. Data analysis using descriptive analysis methods and multiple linear analysis The results of this study indicate that: (1) workload partially has a significant influence on auditor to detect fraud, (2) audit experience partially has a significant influence on auditor to detect fraud, and (3) workload and audit experience simultaneously have a significant influence on auditor to detect fraud. In the coefficient of determination R Square value test of 0.518, this shows that the ability of the independent variable is able to explain the dependent variable with a coefficient of determination of 51,8%, while the remaining 48.2% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.

This study aims to test and analyze: (1). Effect of individual characteristics on the performance of employees of the Kolaka District Financial and Asset Management Agency, (2). The effect of work motivation on the performance of employees of the Kolaka District Financial and Asset Management Agency, and (3). Effect of work commitment on the performance of employees of the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of the Regency of Kolaka. This study uses employee respondents as many as 53. While the data analysis uses descriptive analysis and inferential analysis Multiple Linear Regression using SPSS software.The results of this study are (1). Individual characteristics have a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Kolaka District Financial and Asset Management Agency, (2). Work motivation has a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Kolaka District Financial and Asset Management Agency, and (3). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : 1. Mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kepuasan kerja anggota Kepolisian Resort Kendari; 2. Mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap iklim organisasi Kepolisian Resort Kendari; 3. Mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja anggota Kepolisian Resort Kendari; 4. Mengetahui pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja anggota Kepolisian Resort Kendari; 5. Mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja anggota Kepolisian Resort Kendari; 6. Mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja anggota Kepolisian Resort Kendari yang dimediasi kepuasan kerja; 7. Mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja anggota Kepolisian Resort Kendari yang dimediasi iklim organisasi. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 448 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seju,lah 100 orang Anggota. Alat parametrik yang digunakan untuk menjawab hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa : 1. Kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja anggota kepolisian resort kendari; 2. Kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap iklim organisasi kepolisian resort kendari; 3. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja anggota kepolisian resort kendari; 4. Iklim organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja anggota kepolisian resort kendari; 5. Kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja anggota kepolisian resort kendari; 6. Kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja anggota kepolisian resort kendari yang dimediasi kepuasan kerja; 7. The purposes of this study are to examine and to explain the effect of work environment on employee’s OCB that mediated by job satisfaction in the Civil Registration Service of Muna Regency. The approach of this research is explanatory research and data is collected cross-sectionally through the instrument of questionnaire. The population of this study is all civil servants in the Population and Civil Registration Service of Muna Regency with 28 employees as respondents. Analytical equipment used to test the hypothesis of this research is Partial Least Square (PLS).The results showed a partially significant effect of the work environment on job satisfaction, but the employee’s OCB has no significant effect. Then job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee’s OCB. Finally the results of this study indicate that job satisfaction acts as a perfect mediation (complete mediation) influence between the work environment and OCB employees. It means that a good work environment has a significant effect on the increasing of job satisfaction and job satisfaction has a significant effect on OCB, but the work environment has no directly significant effect to the increasing of employee’s OCB.Keywords: work environment, job satisfaction, organizational citizenship behavior
