Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh pendidikan dan pelatihan kepemimpinan (Diklat-Pim) terhadap kompotensi dan pengembangan karir aparatur sipil negara pada Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah data wawancara dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis PLS dengan menggunakan responden sebanyak 73 orang.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; (1) pendidikan dan pelatihan kepemimpinan (diklat-pim) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kompetensi aparatur. (2) pendidikan dan pelatihan kepemimpinan (diklat-pim) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengembangan karir aparatur. (3) kompetensi  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengembangan kerier aparatur. (4) pendidikan dan pelatihan kepemimpinan (diklatpim)  berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap pengembangan karir melalui kompetensi karir aparatur dikembangkan secara langsung (direct) melalui pendidikan dan pelatihan kepemimpinan (diklat-pim) akan meningkat namun jika dimediasi tetap meningkat tetap tidak signifikan peningkatannya.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of investor psychology on investment decisions. The sample of respondents in this study was 100 sampel and actively invested in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) Representative of Southeast Sulawesi and joined the RHB, IPOT, Phintraco and MNC securities groups. The sampling technique used was the cluster sampling method. The analysis used is quantitative analysis using multiple linear regression analysis and quantitative data processing using SPSS 26.0.                     The results show that herding, overconfidence, availability bias, regret bias aversion have a positive and significant effect on investment decisions, meaning that the higher the four variables above, the decision to invest will increase. On the other hand, conservatism has a negative and insignificant effect on investment decisions, meaning that when conservatism increases, the decision to invest decreases and vice versa.

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) examine the influence of service quality on hospital image, 2) examine the effect of service quality on patient satisfaction, 3) examine the influence of hospital image on patient satisfaction, 4) examine the effect of service quality on patient satisfaction mediated by hospital image. The type of this  research is explanatory research, then seen from the approach of research strategy or data collection process, this research uses survey method.  The population in this study was all patients treated at Tiara Sentosa Kendari Hospital. For sampling techniques researchers use non random or non probability selection in the form of purposive sampling. A total of 135 samples were obtained using the formula Hair et al (2010). Data is collected by interview methods and questionnaires. The analysis tool used is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that both directly and indirectly, the quality of services has a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction at Tiara Sentosa Kendari Hospital.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out: (1) satisfaction partially affects loyalty. (2) trust partially influences loyalty. (3) commitment partially affects loyalty. (4) satisfaction, trust and commitment simultaneously influence customer loyalty Simpeda Bank Sultra Savings Kolaka Branch. This research is a survey research. The population in this study were customers using the Simpeda Bank Sultra Cabang Kolaka, based on 9108 respondents. The total sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling. Methods of data collection using questionnaires and data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS Version 16.0. The results of this study indicate: (1) satisfaction partially has a significant effect on loyalty. (2) trust partially has a significant effect on loyalty. (3) commitment partially has a significant effect on loyalty. Abstract

This study aims to: 1) determine the influence of leadership behavior, work discipline, and internal control simultaneously on the performance of the Sabhara unit of the Muna Police, 2) to determine the effect of leadership behavior on the performance of the personnel of the Sabhara Police of Muna, 3) to determine the effect of work discipline on the performance of the personnel. the Sabhara unit of the Muna Police, and 4) knowing the effect of internal control on the performance of the personnel of the Sabhara unit of the Muna Police.The object of this research is the personnel of the Sabhara unit of the Muna Police. The population of the study was the police officers who served in the Sabhara unit of the Muna Police with a total of 65 personnel. Collecting research data using questionnaires, research data were analyzed using SPSS ver 22 to determine the results of regression analysis of the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable.The results of the study: 1) Leadership behavior has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the members of the Sabhara Polres Muna Police Unit, 2) Work discipline partially has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the members of the National Police Unit Unit Sabhara Polres Muna, 3) Partial internal supervision has a positive effect and significant on the performance of the members of the Sabhara Police Unit of the Muna Police, and 4) The simultaneous and positive influence of leadership behavior, work discipline, and internal control on the performance of the members of the Sabhara Police of the Muna Police.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze work motivation, competence and teamwork on employee performance both directly and through mediating job satisfaction at the General Election Commission of Southeast Sulawesi Province. The research analysis unit is an employee at the General Election Commission office of Southeast Sulawesi Province. Respondents who were sampled were 132 employees. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The analytical method used in testing the hypothesis is Partial Least Square (PLS). Qualitative information is used to explore additional information related to the results of hypothesis testing.The results of this study indicate that: there is a significant influence between work motivation, competence and teamwork on job satisfaction, but work motivation on performance does not have a significant effect, this is because there is a lack of communication between departments or divisions and work conflicts, so employees tend to be stressed in the face of piling up work, because the employees of the General Election Commission of Southeast Sulawesi Province have less employees, then competence on employee performance does not have a significant effect, this is because there are several concurrent jobs in completing work, causing the work to be not optimal even though the employee high competence. Meanwhile, teamwork and job satisfaction on employee performance have a significant effect. Furthermore, the mediation variable of job satisfaction can prove to be a perfect mediation variable between work motivation and competence on employee performance, while the variable teamwork on employee performance is partial mediation.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to empirically investigate the role of knowledge management as mediating on the influence of organizational culture and employee performance. The approach of this research is survey with explanatory research design. Data collection is done cross-section by using instrument in the form of questionnaire. The population of this research were 31 Civil Servants in the National Unity Board and Political of Wakatobi District except the leader (head of service). The analytical equipment used to test the hypothesis of this study is Partial least square (PLS). The results reveal that organizational culture have a significant positive influence on knowledge management. Knowledge management have a significant positive influence on employee performance. The results also indicate that organizational culture influence employee performance directly and indirectly through knowledge management is as a partial mediation. It means that,  knowledge management is significantly influenced by organizational culture and knowledge management that significantly influences employee performance, then organizational culture significantly influences employee performance.Keywords: organizational culture, knowledge management, employee performance

Abstract

To determine and analyze the effect of providing performance allowances, organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior simultaneously and partially on the performance of Brimob Polri personnel at the Brimob Unit Polda Polda Sultra. The design in this study refers to the positivist paradigm with the approach used is quantitative. This type of research is explanatory research. The population in this study were Brimob Police personnel at the Southeast Sulawesi Police Mobile Brigade Unit, namely the ranks of BRIPKA and BRIGADIR, BRIPTU and BRIPDA and BHARATU, namely 594 Brimob Police personnel. In this study, the Slovin formula was used with a precision level of 10%, so the sample size was 86 respondents. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive analysis and multivariate analysis using SPSS 22.0 statistical software. The provision of performance allowances, organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior simultaneously and partially has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Brimob personnel at the Southeast Sulawesi Police Mobile Brigade Unit. This means that any increase that occurs in the provision of performance allowances, organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior will have an impact on improving the performance of Brimob personnel at the Southeast Sulawesi Police Mobile Brigade Unit.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of promotion and service quality on customer satisfaction at PT. Surya Karya Prima in Jakarta. The method used was explanatory research with a sample of 100 respondents. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study have a significant effect on customer satisfaction by 38.7%, hypothesis testing obtained significance 0,000 <0.05. Service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction by 48.5%, the hypothesis test obtained significance 0,000 <0.05. Promotion and quality of service simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction by 56.0%, hypothesis testing obtained significance 0,000 <0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and examine: 1) the effect of emotional exhaustion, competence and quality of work life simultaneously on the performance of the Family Planning Extension Officer at the Representative Office of the National Population and Family Planning Agency of Southeast Sulawesi Province. 2) the effect of emotional exhaustion partially affects the performance of the Family Planning Counselor at the Representative Office of the National Population and Family Planning Agency of Southeast Sulawesi Province. 3) the influence of competence partially affects the performance of the Family Planning Extension Officer at the Representative Office of the National Population and Family Planning Agency of Southeast Sulawesi Province. 4) the influence of the quality of work life partially affects the performance of the Family Planning Extension Officer at the Representative Office of the National Population and Family Planning Agency of Southeast Sulawesi Province.This research design uses a quantitative approach, with the type of explanatory research. The sampling technique in this study is proportional random sampling, which is a method of taking samples from members of the population using a random method without regard to the strata in the population as many as 166 respondents. The data used are primary and secondary data. The data analysis method of this research is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: 1) Emotional exhaustion, competence, and quality of work life simultaneously had a significant effect on improving the performance of the extension worker at the Representative Office of the National Population and Family Planning Agency of Southeast Sulawesi Province. 2) Emotional exhaustion has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the extension worker at the Representative Office of the National Population and Family Planning Agency of Southeast Sulawesi Province. 3) competence has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the extension worker at the Representative Office of the National Population and Family Planning Agency of Southeast Sulawesi Province. 4) The quality of work life has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the extension worker at the Representative Office of the National Population and Family Planning Agency of Southeast Sulawesi Province.
