This study aims to determine the effect of mutations and promotions on employee performance at the Kendari City BKPSDM Office. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 21. And the measurement tool used is in the form of questionnaires, namely as many as 32 questionnaires.The results of this study indicate that simultaneously mutation and promotion have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a correlation coefficient value of 0.492 or 49.2% which has a moderate influence category. Partially, mutations have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a correlation coefficient of 0.537 or 53.7% which has a moderate influence category. Partially promotion has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a correlation coefficient value of 0.472 or 47.2% which has a moderate influence category

The purpose of this research is to examine and explain the increase in public satisfaction and trust: based on the perspective of service quality and commitment. The design of this study is a positivist paradigm with a quantitative approach. Data collection was carried out in a cross-sectional manner using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The population of this study was village/kelurahan government officials in the Wangi-Wangi Selatan sub-district as many as 291 people. The sample size of this study can be determined using the Slovin formula, the number of samples obtained is 74 people. The sampling technique of this study was carried out randomly based on proportional random sampling of each village. The analytical tool used for hypothesis testing is Partial least square (PLS). The results show that the quality of public services has a positive and significant effect on public commitment and trust, but on public satisfaction it has no significant effect. User commitment has a positive and significant effect on public trust, but on the contrary, public trust has no significant effect on organizational commitment. The results of this study can prove that user commitment does not have a reciprocal effect on public satisfaction. Furthermore, user commitment to public satisfaction has a positive and significant effect, on the contrary, public satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on user commitment. Public trust has a reciprocal effect on public satisfaction. These results prove that public trust has a positive and significant effect on public satisfaction. On the other hand, public satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on public trust. The results of this study are also evidenced by the description of the respondents' statements on the variables of service quality, user commitment, trust and public satisfaction that have been carried out well in village/kelurahan governments in Wangi-Wangi Selatan District, Wakatobi Regency.

This study discusses direct sales promotion and service quality to customer satisfaction and customer loyalty and indirect sales promotion to customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as an intermediate variable and indirectly affects service quality towards customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as an inter-variable. This study uses path analysis (path analysis), F test, t test and sobel test.The sampling technique in this study is a non probability sampling of 100 respondents. The results of this study indicate that sales promotion shows positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction, positive and significant service quality on customer satisfaction, positive and significant sales promotions on customer loyalty, service quality increases negatively and not significantly on customer loyalty, positive customer satisfaction and significance towards customer loyalty. In addition there is also an indirect between sales promotion to customer loyalty through customer satisfaction and there is an indirect between the quality of service to customer loyalty through customer satisfaction.Keywords: sales promotion, service quality, customer satisfaction, customer loyalty

The purpose of this research is to test and explain the influence of leadership behavior, professional competence and non-physical work environment on teacher performance. This research approach is quantitative with a positivist paradigm. Data was collected by cross-section by using a questionnaire. The population of this study were all 141 teachers at SMA in Batalaiworu District, Muna Regency. The sample size was determined using a purposive sampling technique, namely teachers who were civil servants (PNS), so that a sample of 118 people was obtained. The analytical tool used is Multivariate Regression Analysis. The results showed that leadership behavior, professional competence and non-physical work environment simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Then leadership behavior partially positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Professional competence partially has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. and the non-physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. This means that the more leadership behavior, professional competence and non-physical work environment increase, the teacher's performance will increase significantly.

This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial influence of work motivation and leadership behavior on employee performance. The population of this study was all 88 employees of the Southeast Sulawesi Provincial Inspectorate Office and all of them were sampled. Data was collected using questionnaire and interview instruments. Data were then analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis. The analysis shows that work motivation and leadership behavior simultaneously and partially affect employee performance.

This research is aimed to determine and analyze the Effect of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Service Quality on Customer Loyalty through Customer Satisfaction in Business Government and Enterprise Service (BGES) of PT. Telkom Witel in Southeast Sulawesi, by applying SEM analysis. One of the benefits expected is that this research can be implemented as a data resource by PT. Telkom Witel of Southeast Sulawesi. Penelitian ini untuk menguji dan membuktikan secara empiris pengaruh kompensasi,lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT IMIP Di Sulawesi Tengah.Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian explanatory yang bertujuan menjelaskan Hubungan kausal antar variabel dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Indonesia Morowali Industrial Park (IMIP) Desa Fatufia, Kecamatan Bahodopi, Kabupaten Morowali Sulawesi Tengah. yang berjumlah 125 Orang yang terfokus di Divisi Hoist Crane yang akan di jadikan sebagai responden Metode analisis untuk menjawab hipotesis dalam Penelitian ini adalah Metode PLS (Partial Least Square) yang mengukur intensitas 3 variabel, yaitu variabel independen, variabel mediasi dan variabel dependen.Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di PT. Indonesia Morowali Industrial Park (IMIP) Desa Fatufia, Kecamatan Bahodopi, Kabupaten Morowali Sulawesi Tengah.Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan,Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai yang di mediasi dengan kepuasan kerja dengan hasil mediasi parsial. Hal ini berarti bahwa kepuasan kerja cukup baik dalam memediasi kompensasi dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan yang di mediasi dengan kepuasan kerja dengan hasil mediasi full. Hal ini berarti bahwa kepuasan kerja sangat berperan dalam memediasi lingkungan kerja untuk dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di PT. The research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the influence of emotions, materialism, financial literacy, risk perception and financial experience on propensity to indebtedness. Primary data was obtained through distributing 100 questionnaires to Kredit Plus Kendari customers then processed with the SPSS 25.0 software application. The results of the research that have been done state that there is an effect of emotion, financial literacy and experience on propensity to indebtedness which has a negative significant effect, the effect of materialism on propensity to indebtedness has a positive significant effect, while the risk perception of propensity to indebtedness has no significant effect.

This study aims to find out and examine: (1) Effect of accounting information systems and training on the performance of the expenditure treasurer of North Konawe District (2) Effect of training on the performance of the expenditure treasurer of North Konawe, (3) Effect of accounting information systems on performance expenditure treasurer of Nort Konawe. This study used a sample of 76 respondents. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression using the SPSS ver, 23.0 program packageThe results of the study show that: (1) Training and accounting information systems have a significant effect on the performance of the expenditure treasurer of North Konawe, (2) Training has a significant effect on the performance of the spending treasurer of Nort Konawe, (3) The accounting information system has a significant effect on the performance of the spending treasurer of the Nort Konawe.Keywords: training, accounting information system, expenditure treasurer performance

This study aims to: 1) The simultaneous influence of Perceived Organizational Support, knowledge management and Trust Building simultaneously on the Personnel Performance of the Directorate of Intelligence and Security at the Southeast Sulawesi Police, 2) find out that Perceived Organizational Support has a positive and significant effect on the Personnel Performance of the Southeast Sulawesi Police Intelligence and Security Directorate. , 3) knowing that knowledge management has a positive and significant effect on the Personnel Performance of the Intelligence and Security Directorate of the Southeast Sulawesi Police, 4) knowing that the Tust Building has a positive and significant effect on the Personnel Performance of the Directorate of Intelligence and Security of the Southeast Sulawesi Police.The object of this research is the Directorate of Intelligence and Security of the Southeast Sulawesi Police with a total population of 100 personnel. Determination of the sample sampling technique is done by census. The research data was collected using a questionnaire, the research data was analyzed using SPSS version 22 to determine the results of the regression analysis of the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable.The results of the study: 1) simultaneously and positively perceived organizational support, knowledge management, and test building affect the performance of members of the Directorate of Intelkam Polda Sultra, 2) Perceived organizational support has a positive and significant effect on the performance of members of the Directorate of Intelkam Polda Sultra, 3) Knowledge management has an effect positive and significant impact on police generic performance, and 4) Test building has a positive and significant effect on the performance of members of the Directorate of Intelligence and Security for the Regional Police of Southeast Sulawesi
