Abstract

Translating in general is a process of transferring ideas or ideas from the source language to the target language. Translating activities are not only often associated with an urgent need to convey ideas or ideas from one language to another, but also related to efforts to learn and master a particular foreign language. This study aims to: 1) To determine students' ability to translate Arabic text into Indonesian for class VII A students of MTS Ismaria Al Quraniyyah Rajabasa Bandar Lampung. 2) To find out the teacher's efforts in overcoming difficulties translating Arabic texts into Indonesian for class VIII A MTs Ismaria Al Quraniyyah Rajabasa Bandar Lampung. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. In collecting data using observation techniques, interviews and documentation. While the data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of this study were 1) The ability of class VII A students at MTs Ismaria Al Qur'aniyyah in translating Arabic texts was still low, because it was seen from the answers to the questions translating Arabic texts that no student achieved the KKM standard score. 2) The teacher's efforts in overcoming difficulties in translating, the teacher evaluates the Arabic lessons that have been studied, the teacher always gives good examples in learning Arabic, the teacher teaches looking for vocabulary in the dictionary, the teacher uses fun methods, the teacher helps students translate by demonstrating movements, and the teacher reminds and motivates students.

Abstract

This research is motivated by learning Arabic for the fifth grade students of SDIT Permata Bunda II Teluk Betung Bandar Lampung. Where students still have difficulty in learning Arabic, This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach that aims to analyze the factors of learning difficulties in Arabic. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach that aims to analyze the factors of learning difficulties in Arabic. The subject of this research is the fifth grader Yahya SDIT Permata Bunda II Teluk Betung Bandar Lampung in the 2020/2021 academic year. with a total of 27 students. This data collection technique uses interviews, observations, documentation, and questionnaires. Data analysis was carried out by descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the difficulty of learning Arabic at SDIT Permata Bunda II is grouped into two, namely internal factors and external factors. Where students have difficulty learning Arabic regarding internal factors, namely students find it difficult to understand Arabic lessons and the assumption that Arabic is a difficult language to learn, External factors that cause student learning difficulties can be found in the family environment which consists of a lack of attitude and encouragement to learn, lack of parental support for Arabic lessons, mother tongue and environmental factors and lack of student motivation.

Abstract

This research is based on some students who have not been able to read and write and memorize vocabulary properly and correctly. The formulation of the problem in this study is "How is the use of word wall media and learning achievement in learning Arabic in class IV SDIT Fitrah Insani Kedamaian Bandar Lampung students?". While the purpose of this study was "to describe the use of word wall media and learning achievement in learning Arabic in class IV SDIT Fitrah Insani Kedamaian Bandar Lampung students". Therefore the researchers made alternative solutions by using word wall media because it can help students improve learning achievement. The subjects of this study were fourth grade students at SDIT Fitrah Insani Kedamaian Bandar Lampung with a total of 27 students. The form of this research is analysis, the data source used comes from teachers and students. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, tests, and documentation. It can be seen that the average score obtained by students in memorizing vocabulary using word wall media is 90.9 with a percentage of 100%. On the test questions the average student score is 90.2 with a percentage of 100%. The conclusion of this study is that the use of word wall media is very effective and can improve learning achievement in learning Arabic in class IV SDIT Fitrah Insani Kedamaian Bandar Lampung

Abstract

This research is based on the low understanding of students in Arabic material, especially in mabni and mu'rab in the structure of Arabic. The method that the researchers used was "Application of the Qawaid Wa Tarjamah Method to Improve Understanding of the Basic Mabni and Mu'rab Arabic Language Structures". The formulation of the problem in this study is: can the application of the Qawaid Wa Tarjamah method increase the understanding of the basic Arabic language structures of mabni and mu'rab?. This research has been carried out in two cycles. Based on the implementation of this study using the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method which can help improve teacher teaching methods in the classroom, and can also be called a qualitative method. The average value of the pre test is 26.39. Researchers believe that this method is appropriate to apply. After being given this method, cycle I tests were carried out and an average value of 70.20 was obtained. There was an increase of 43.81 points. Then in the second cycle test obtained an average value of 80.90 points. Increased by 10.7 points from the cycle test. The increase in these two cycles was due to the maximum teaching techniques and the support of high student enthusiasm. From the results obtained from this study, it was concluded that the application of the Qawaid Wa Tarjamah method can improve understanding of the basic Arabic structure of Mabni and Mu'rab.

Abstract

Arabic is a Semitic language originating from the Middle East region which is used as the mother tongue of several countries. Arabic has a close relationship with Islam because the Al-Qur'an, Hadith, and the books of the majority of scholars are in Arabic, so it is very important to learn Arabic to be able to understand the Al-Qur'an and Hadith. This type of research is a quantitative correlation by utilizing data in the form of student report cards to find out how much the relationship between Arabic language skills and learning outcomes of Al-Qur'an Hadith subjects. The two variables are processed into classified data which is then used as a correlation map. From the correlation map, the correlation index value can be known as well as determining the interpretation of the correlation index value. After the report card scores were analyzed, it was found that the average Arabic language ability of students was 88.67 and the average value of learning outcomes of Al-Qur'an Hadith subjects was 93.50. This indicates that students' Arabic language skills are fairly good and the learning outcomes of Al-Qur'an Hadith subjects are very good. The next step is that the correlation map is analyzed, it is found that the correlation index value is 0.59 or> 0, which means that there is a positive correlation between Arabic language skills and learning outcomes of Al-Quran Hadith subjects. Finally, giving an interpretation number to the correlation index value based on the table. The positive correlation between Arabic language skills and Al-Qur'an Hadith learning outcomes is a moderate positive correlation. From this research, it is hoped that teachers can increase creativity in teaching so that students can improve their Arabic language skills and learning outcomes, especially in the subjects of Al-Qur'an and Hadith.

Abstract

The research is based on the effectiveness of the application of new learning methods that are widely practiced in Indonesia, namely the online learning system. The background of this research is the mandatory use of online learning methods regarding the spread of the Covid-19 virus. So that all educational institutions regardless of whether or not they are able to implement online learning are forced to use online learning methods. This research aims to find out how the online learning process of Arabic language subjects. The subjects of this study were the students of class 4D at SD Muhammadiyah Gisting, totaling 27 people. The method that researchers use is descriptive qualitative, the data collection techniques that researchers use are observation, documentation and questionnaires. The results of this study are more than 50% of parents and students feel that this online learning method is ineffective and does not provide satisfactory results, and there are many hopes that learning will return to using the old learning method due to the many problems experienced by teachers, parents and students during this online learning. The biggest problem is the unequal ownership of online learning facilities, students who come from various economic circles result in some students not having facilities that must be used in online learning, some others have to share with family members who also have a need for these facilities. So based on the results of the research that the researcher has done, the researcher concludes that teachers, parents and students agree that online learning methods are not effectively used in Arabic language learning, especially at Muhammadiyah Gisting Elementary School.

Abstract

This research is based on the difficulty of grade VIII F Ubay bin Ka'ab SMP Qur'an Darul Fattah students in understanding Arabic language material, especially mabni and mu'rāb material contained in the Arabic language structure. The purpose of this study was to improve students' understanding of Arabic rules, especially mabni and mu'rāb. The method that the researchers used was Qawāid Wa Tarjamah which the researchers conveyed directly to the students in the class. The subjects the researcher aimed at were 20 students of grade VIII SMP Qur'an Darul Fattah. The type of research used is qualitative.

Abstract

Learning the Al-Qur'an is something that must be emphasized to Muslims, therefore reading and memorizing the Al-Qur'an is a recommendation for Muslims. Arabic is the main staple for Muslims because Arabic is the key to the broad repertoire of Islam, especially the Al-Qur’an. One of the Islamic education institutions in Lampung PTQA Umniyati Gunung Terang requires its students to memorize the Al-Qur’an and learn Arabic in their daily life, so that it aims to make PTQA Umniyati graduates memorize the Al-Qur'an who understands Arabic in order to facilitate understanding in Al-Qur'an and Sunnah. The formulation of the problem in this study is to find a correlation between memorization of the Al-Qur'an and the learning outcomes of Arabic students of class XII PTQA Umniyati Gunung Terang which aims to determine the extent of the correlation between memorization of Al-Qur'an students of class XII PTQA Umniyati. Based on the research objectives, this type of research is an associative quantitative study, with a saturated sample of 17 students. The data collection technique used in this research is through documentation. The analysis technique used is statistical analysis with the product moment correlation technique. Based on the data analysis, the calculation result is 0.856, that there is a relationship between memorization of the AQur'an and the learning outcomes of the students in class XII PTQA Umniyati Gunung Terang. This is evidenced by the analysis of the hypothesis test obtained with the results of rxy in the interval 0.70 - 0.90 with the criteria "between X and Y variables there is a strong or high correlation", and obtained rxy ≥ rtable, namely 0.856 ≥ 0.482 with a significance level. either 5% (0.482) and 1% (0.606). The conclusion of this study is that there is a correlation between memorization of the Qur'an and the learning outcomes of the XII grade students of PTQA Umniyati Gunung Terang in the academic year 2020/2021.

Abstract

The background of this research needs to research the correlation of memorizing Al-Qur'an with learning achievement in Arabic. The researcher takes the formulation of this problem, namely is there a relationship between memorization of the Qur'an and achievement in Arabic?. This study aims to determine how strong the correlation between memorizing the Qur'an and learning achievement in Arabic and how significant is the relationship between memorizing the Qur'an and learning achievement in Arabic. The results of this study are expected to be an input for the development of science as well as information. which is useful. This study uses quantitative research, this research design uses a correlation design. This research was conducted at SMP Qur'an Darul Ikhlas Pringsewu. The sample of this study was 23 students from class VIII who were determined using non-probability sampling techniques with saturated sampling technique sampling. The data analysis technique uses the Product Moment correlation analysis technique. From the research results obtained a correlation coefficient value of 0.46 which is interpreted in the interpretation table that the value is in the interval 0.40 - 0.70 with the criteria between X and Y variables there is a moderate or sufficient correlation. It is known that the value of df = 21 with a significance level of 5% is obtained a value of 0.433. So it can be concluded that the "r" count is greater than the "r" table, at a significance level of 5% (0.46> 0433). Thus the null hypothesis (H_0) is rejected, while the alternative hypothesis (H_a) is accepted. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the knowledge of teachers, students and other researchers that the level of memorization of the Qur'an can affect learning achievement in Arabic.

Abstract

Arabic is a tool used by humans to communicate. Arabic is a very important survey for every Muslim considering the Qur'an and hadith which are the sources of Islamic religious law in Arabic. Darul Fattah Qur'an Junior High School is one of the schools that makes Arabic a compulsory subject for every student. Based on the results of observations in class VIII of the Takhassus Program at SMP Qur'an Darul Fattah in Bandar Lampung, it shows that the ability to memorize not all students who have memorized the Koran has many high Arabic learning outcomes, and conversely not all students have high learning outcomes. High Arabic has memorized the Qur'an more than students with low Arabic learning outcomes. So there are differences in the ability to memorize students. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is a relationship between memorizing Al-Qur'an and the results of learning Arabic for eighth grade students of the Takhassus Program at SMP Qur'an Darul Fattah in Bandar Lampung. This research is a quantitative type, this research design uses a correlation design. This research was conducted at SMP Qur'an Darul Fattah Bandar Lampung. The research sample consisted of 15 students from class VIII of the Takhassus program who were determined using purposive sampling technique. The instruments consist of interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the Product Moment correlation analysis technique. Based on the calculation of the correlation coefficient with a significance level of 5% and 1% with r count> r table or 0.644> 0.514 / 0.641, thus H_ad is accepted. This means that there is a positive relationship between memorizing the Qur'an and learning outcomes in Arabic at 0.644. The level of relationship between memorizing Al-Qur'an and learning outcomes of Arabic for eighth grade students of the takhassus program at SMP Qur'an Darul Fattah Bandar Lampung is in the medium category.
