Abstract

This study aims to find the dominant factors that influence the level of customer satisfaction at PT. LMI. The level of customer satisfaction is an absolute goal that must be achieved by every business organization. Customer satisfaction is the main trigger in moving business organizations by optimizing sales and business process mechanisms. Customers who get satisfaction of goods or services from a company will have an impact on repurchase intention. If the factors that influence customer satisfaction can be identified, the level of customer satisfaction can be measured, assessed, and planned for business activities. This research uses quantitative methods. The population used is 360 respondents who are active members of PT. LMI. The number of samples used and can represent the population is as many as 186 respondents. Sampling using random sampling technique. The data analysis method uses regression analysis and the results of this study state as follows, 1) the promotion strategy has a positive effect on customer satisfaction by 30.6%. 2) service quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction by 59.3%. 3) simultaneously the promotion strategy and service quality have a significant effect of 70.6% on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of competence, compensation, and motivation on employee performance at the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance, Ministry of Finance in Jakarta. This research belongs to the type of correlative research where this research seeks to find a relationship between the competency, compensation, and motivation variables on employee performance variables. The population in this study were employees who had worked at the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance, Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia with a total sample of 60 people. The results of this study found that the competency variable has a partial and significant effect on employee performance or in other words, hypothesis 1 can be accepted. Compensation variable has a partial and significant effect on employee performance, or in other words, hypothesis 2 can be accepted. Motivation variable has a partial and significant effect on employee performance or in other words, hypothesis 3 can be accepted. Competency, Compensation and Motivation variables have a joint or simultaneous and significant effect on employee performance or in other words, hypothesis 4 can be accepted

Abstract

PT. Adil Makmur strives to improve organizational performance with various strategies, especially strategies to increase human resources .To get to know about the performance of  PT Adil Makmur  the hypotheses that need to be answer are (1) the influence of  emotional intelligence toward improves   organizational performance  (2)  the influence of  organizational culture climate toward improves  organizational performance.  The study design used is a combination  of verificative statistic and descriptive research. , and data collection survey method with 75 employess of PT Adil Makmur, West Jawa, Indonesia as the  sample by using purpose sampling  technique and the   analisys tool  uses descriptive statistic average, and to answer the  hypotheses analisys tool uses  Sstruktural Eqution Method by using software Lisrel. The  result show on the descriptive analysis toward the variable used is positive and some are negative. The SEM result analysis toward the hypothesis test based on imphirical data of 2 hypotheses proven are  Emotional intelligence    is proven to be significantly influence   improves organizational performance, and organizational culture is proven to be significantly influence     improves  organizational performance

Abstract

The title of this research is the influence of the recruitment process, compensation on the performance of security unit personnel in the Cempaka Putih Timur Village Area. This study aims: 1) To determine the effect of the recruitment process on security guard performance 2) To determine the effect of compensation on performance. 4) To determine the effect of the recruitment process, compensation, on performance The method used in this research is descriptive method and the type of correlational study. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. In this study, the authors took samples using a non-probability sampling method, which is a method that is not based on a random mechanism in the selection of research samples. The conclusion from the results of the analysis that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the results of the regression coefficient analysis on the constant variable (a), it is known that it is 4.552, while X1 (recruitment) is 0.879, while X2 (compensation) is 0.630, thus it can be said that X2 (compensation) which experienced the lowest increase. The results of the joint test through the F test, it is known that the value of Fcount 27.129 F table 3.16, thus it can be said that recruitment and compensation carried out together significantly affect employee performance. The results of individual testing through the T test, it is known that the Tcount of recruitment (X1) is 2.174 T table 2.003, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. While the value of Tcount compensation (X2) 2.242 T table 2.003, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The test results of the Coefficient of Determination, R Square, are 0.492 = 49.2%, while the rest is 50.8%. From this value it can be seen that employee performance is influenced by recruitment and compensation by 53.4%. Keywords: recruitment, compensation, performance.

Abstract

This study aims to find dominant factors that influence the level of loyalty of teachers at primary and secondary education levels in the city of Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara. Loyalty is a positive and constructive behavior for the development and progress of every organization. Workers who have high loyalty to their organizational units will make a positive contribution to the growth and development of the company or organization as a whole. This paradigm can also be implemented in the education sector. Teachers who have high loyalty will be the capital in developing school progress. This research uses quantitative methods. The population used is teachers at primary and secondary education who work in the city of Kupang. The number of samples used was 141 teachers. Data collection techniques using purposive sampling method. The analytical method used is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study convey that there are 4 (four) factors that are significant dominant in building the behavior of teacher loyalty to educational institutions, especially in the city of Kupang. These factors are integrity, discipline towards school rules, coworkers, and income or salary.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of competitive strategy and supply chain management on company performance at PT Packet Systems Indonesia. The research method used is a quantitative method. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and literature study. The sampling technique uses the Slovin method with a sample of 77 respondents taken from all employees at PT Packet Systems Indonesia. Data analysis techniques using regression analysis and correlation using SPSS ver 25 as an analysis tool. Based on the results of the study showed that the competitive strategy has a positive influence and is at a fairly strong level on company performance that is equal to 34.3%. While supply chain management has a positive influence and is at a strong level on company performance that is equal to 62.1%.

Abstract

The main purpose of this research are to test and analyze the role of transformational leadership in mediating work stress, work motivation and turnover intention on employee performance in PT Indah Kiat Pulp Paper Tbk. This research is an explanatory with quantitative approach. This research is done in Pt Indah Kiat Pulp Paper Tbk. Serang regency with using survey method, primary data source that has been tested for its reliability, validity and normality. The population in this research is all of the employee on PT Indah Kiat Pulp Paper Tbk. Serang Regency. Purpossive sampling is used as this research sample selection, Analysis tool that is used is Path Analysis, and specifically used to test hypothesis according to the paradigm of the developed equation model. The research shows that: (1) Work stress variable has a significant effect on Transformational Leadership; (2) Work Motivation Variable has a significant effect on Transformational Leadership; (3) Turnover intention variable has a significant effect on Transformational Leadership; (4) Transformational Leadership Variable Variabel has a significant effect on employee performance; (5) There is positive effect on the Transformational leadership on mediating the effect of work stress and Turnover Intention on employee performance; (6) There is no efeect on Transformational Leadership on mediating the effect of work motivation on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims: 1) To determine the effect of leadership style and competence on the work effectiveness of employees at the Secretariat of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, 2) To determine the effect of leadership style on the work effectiveness of employees at the Secretariat of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, 3) To determine the effect of competence on effectiveness employee at the Secretariat of the Ministry of Youth and Sports. The research method used is a quantitative method using a questionnaire as a tool for data collection. The samples taken were echelon III and IV employees at the Secretariat of the Ministry of Youth and Sports as many as 51 people from a population of 51 employees. The results of the analysis of the magnitude of the influence of leadership style on employee performance is that there is an influence of leadership style on employee performance. This shows that 54.5% of employee performance variables are determined by leadership style variables, the magnitude of the influence of competence on employee performance is that there is an influence of competence on employee performance. This shows that 79.2% of employee performance variables are determined by the competence variable factor. While the influence of leadership style and competence on employee performance is the influence of leadership style and competence on employee performance. This shows that 79.2% of employee performance variables are determined by leadership style and competence variables.

Abstract

This study is intended to determine the extent to which leadership style and motivation affect the work discipline of Deputy Youth Development employees at the Ministry of Youth and Sports. The research method used is a survey research method with data collection techniques through a questionnaire. A sample of 115 employees was obtained using the sample collection method through the saturated sample method. Data collection is done by collecting primary data through distributing questionnaires and taking secondary data sources through books, literature, internet and lecture materials. Multavariate Structural Equation Model (SEM) technique was used in this study to analyze data statistically. The results showed that the leadership style and motivation variables had a significant influence on the employee work discipline variables.

Abstract

This study aims to provide direction or guidance for a strategy of mapping the quality of human resources to develop the tourist destinations of the Tidung island in the Thousand Islands. Human resources have a central role and responsibility in developing each line of business, including in the tourism sector. The tourism sector demands the fulfillment of the quality of human resources with scientific competence, strategies and skills. This study uses a qualitative method with secondary data sources. Data analysis using descriptive analysis method or library research on several studies. Sources of data were collected through literature studies, statistical reports, discussions, and researcher elaborations. The results of this study are strategies to improve the quality of human resources, which are divided into two elements, namely governance and professional elements. In the governance element, programs are carried out to improve the quality of human resources through the possession of adequate competencies and networking. Whereas the professional element consisting of business owners and staff, tourism management, inclusive management, and certification as well. An English language and using technology skills as added value are developed. If human resources on the island of Tidung are equipped with the above study, then the development of tourist destinations on the island of Tidung, Thousand Islands can be realized optimally.
