Abstract

This research aims to elucidate the intricate relationships among entrepreneurship education, small and medium enterprise (SME) development, leadership, and corporate governance to combat unemployment and poverty. Employing a mixed-method approach, the study will utilize purposive sampling to select participants from diverse sectors. Data analysis will involve thematic coding and content analysis to uncover emergent patterns and themes. The research endeavors to unveil how effective entrepreneurship education, coupled with sound leadership and good corporate governance practices, can foster SME growth, thereby mitigating unemployment and poverty. Preliminary findings suggest that a holistic approach integrating these elements is imperative for sustainable socio-economic development.

Abstract

With the increasing progress and development of technology and science, followed by increasing patterns of people's lives, this has resulted in increasingly diverse needs in society. The high per capita income of the population means that people have assets that require safety protection from the threat of danger, therefore insurance contracts are very important for the community. This research aims to determine the influence of service factors on the level of consumer satisfaction at PT. Mandiri AXA General Insurance Surabaya Branch. The analytical method used is Partial Least Square (PLS) which is followed by hypothesis testing, where the data used is a sample of 50 customers at PT. Mandiri AXA General Insurance. The conclusion obtained from this research is that the better the service provided, the higher the level of consumer satisfaction (customers) of PT. Mandiri AXA General Insurance.

Abstract

This type of research is explanatory research, the research approach uses a quantitative approach, the research sample is 51 people. The analysis tool uses Smart PLS (Partial Least Square). Research objectives: 1) To find out the description of leadership style, community participation, apparatus performance and quality of public services Pamekasan District Health Office; 2). To find out and analyze whether leadership style has an influence on the quality of public services at the Pamekasan District Health Office; 3). To find out and analyze whether leadership style has an influence on the performance of apparatus at the Pamekasan District Health Office; 4). To find out and analyze whether community participation has an influence on the quality of public services at the Pamekasan District Health Office; 5). To find out and analyze whether community participation has an influence on the performance of apparatus at the Pamekasan District Health Office; 6). To find out and analyze whether the performance of the apparatus has an influence on the quality of public services at the Pamekasan District Health Office; 7). To find out and analyze whether leadership style has an indirect effect on the quality of public services mediated by the performance of the Pamekasan District Health Office; 8). To find out and analyze whether community participation has an indirect influence on the quality of public services which is mediated by the performance of the Pamekasan District Health Office apparatus.The results of the study show that: 1) Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on the quality of public services as evidenced by the value of the Original Sample which is equal to 0.306; 2). Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on apparatus performance as evidenced by the value of the Original Sample that is equal to 0.477. 3). Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on motivation as evidenced by the value of the Original Sample which is equal to 0.438; 4). Community participation on apparatus performance has a positive and significant effect as evidenced by the value of the Original Sample that is equal to 0.398; 5). Apparatus performance on the quality of public service has a positive and significant effect as evidenced by the value of the Original Sample that is equal to 0.601; 6). Leadership style on the quality of public services mediated by apparatus performance has a positive and significant effect as evidenced by the value of the Original Sample that is equal to 0.287; 7). Community participation in the quality of public services mediated by the performance of apparatus has a significant positive effect as evidenced by the value of the Original Sample which is equal to 0.239

Abstract

This type of research uses explanatory research, the research approach uses a quantitative approach. The research sample was 45 teachers. The purposes of this study are 1) To test and analyze whether education has a direct effect on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 6 Bangkalan. 2) To test and analyze whether education has a direct effect on teacher motivation at SMP Negeri 6 Bangkalan. 2) To test and analyze whether work creativity has a direct effect on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 6 Bangkalan. 3) To test and analyze whether motivation has a direct effect on teacher performance. The results showed that: 1) Education had a significant positive effect on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 6 Bangkalan with an original sample value of 0.151. 2) Work creativity has a significant positive effect on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 6 Bangkalan with an original sample value of 0.084. 3) Motivation has a significant positive effect on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 6 Bangkalan with an original sample value of 0.736.

Abstract

This type of research is explanatory, namely to test the hypothesis between hypothesized variables that will be tested. using a quantitative approach, the research sample was 42 respondents. In this study the data will be processed using SEM-PLS data analysis.The objectives of this study are: 1) To test and analyze whether education has a significant effect on job satisfaction. 2) To test and analyze whether education has a significant effect on teacher performance. 3) To test and analyze whether teacher performance has a significant effect on job satisfaction. 4) To test and analyze whether education has a significant indirect effect on job satisfaction mediated by teacher performance.The results showed that: 1) Education has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.174 and p-values of 0.045. 2) Education has a positive and significant effect on performance. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.335, and the p-values of 0.021. 3) Teacher performance has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.717 and p-values of 0.000. 4) Education has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction mediated by teacher performance. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.240 and the p-values of 0.002.

Abstract

The iPhone smartphone is a smartphone brand from Apple that is currently in great demand by the public. From year to year, the iPhone has experienced developments in terms of its series and design which can attract consumer interest. One of the businesses that sells iPhones in Bandung, Tulungagung, is iPhoneku Bandung. iPhoneku Bandung is the only store that has the most consumers in the Bandung Tulungagung area. In the midst of a lot of competition for similar products, iPhoneku Bandung has managed to maintain its sales and become one of the choices for people around Bandung. This research aims to determine the influence of lifestyle, promotions and price on iPhoneku Bandung Tulungagung consumer purchasing decisions. The population in this research is iPhoneku Bandung consumers who have purchased iPhone products taken using accidental sampling technique. Samples were taken using the lemeshow formula so that a sample size of 100 respondents was obtained. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS version 25 program.

Abstract

The agency's success can be gauged by the caliber of its workforce. Employee development is a pivotal aspect of human resources, serving as a crucial tool for honing abilities and skills to enhance employee performance. Moreover, work discipline stands out as a pivotal factor influencing employee performance, especially within governmental contexts which demand high standards. This study aims to ascertain the impact of employee development on employee performance, with work discipline serving as an intervening variable in the Jambi City Public Works and Spatial Planning (PUPR) Office. The research employs a quantitative descriptive method. Findings reveal a significant positive correlation between employee development and employee performance. Additionally, employee development significantly enhances work discipline, which in turn positively impacts employee performance. Furthermore, employee development significantly enhances employee performance through the intermediary of work discipline.

Abstract

The Influence of Competence and Individual Characteristics on Teacher Performance at SMP Negeri 6 Bangkalan. Wijaya Putra University Postgraduate Program in Surabaya.This type of research uses explanatory research, the research approach uses a quantitative approach. The research sample was 45 teachers. The aims of this study were 1) to test and analyze whether competency directly influences the performance of teachers at SMP Negeri 6 Bangkalan. 2) To test and analyze whether the characteristics directly influence the performance of SMP Negeri 6 Bangkalan teachers.The results showed that: 1) Competence had a significant positive effect on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 6 Bangkalan with an original sample value of 0.349. 2) Individual characteristics have a significant positive effect on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 6 Bangkalan with an original sample value of 0.267.

Employing a qualitative approach, a model is developed to explore the intricate interplay between AI integration and human capital in financial management within MSMEs. Sampling techniques involve purposive sampling of MSMEs representatives knowledgeable in financial management and AI integration. Data analysis is conducted through thematic analysis, delving into patterns and themes emerging from interviews and case studies. Results reveal nuanced insights into the role of human potential in navigating the AI-driven financial ecosystem of MSMEs, shedding light on strategies for leveraging human-AI collaboration for enhanced financial performance.

Abstract

Live stream shopping is experiencing unprecedented growth. However, research on live stream shopping is still in its infancy. In addition, there are several previous studies with different results regarding the influence of perceived convenience, social interaction, streamer perception and perceived utility have a positive influence on live stream shopping intentions. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to assess the factors that influence shopping intentions in the context of live streaming and to determine whether perceived convenience, social interaction, streamer perception, and perceived utility have a positive impact on shopping intentions through live streaming. This study adopts a quantitative method, the data used is primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to 115 consumers in the Jabodetabek area. The data was analyzed using multiple linear regression methods with SPSS statistical series 27 software. Based on the test results conducted, this study shows that perceived convenience, social interaction, streamer perceptions and perceived utility have a significant effect on live stream shopping intentions.
