Abstract

Mekar Sari Restaurant is a culinary business with a fresh vegetables menu that is much sought after by the people of Trenggalek Regency. Many competitors have emerged with similar businesses and menus, so it is necessary to implement special strategies to be able to win the competition and attract customer visits so that they can make large sales. Based on previous research, customer satisfaction has been proven to be effective in influencing buyer interest. The factors that influence customer satisfaction are good service quality, affordable prices, taste according to the customer's tongue. This research aims to determine the influence of service quality, price and taste on customer satisfaction at RM. Mekar Sari. The population used in this research is customers who have purchased at RM. Mekar Sari. This research uses a quantitative approach with an associative type. The sampling technique in this research used accidental sampling technique. The sample size calculation uses the Lemeshow formula at a confidence level of 10% to obtain a sample size of 100 respondents. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS version 26 program. Hypothesis testing uses the simultaneous f test and partial t test. The results of this research show that service quality, price and taste simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Partially, service quality, price and taste also have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

To reach a broader market, businesses that develop in the digital era require innovation and creativity. Business actors must have an excellent digital marketing strategy to promote the goods being sold. Good content marketing to introduce products on social media can increase brand awareness. This research aims to find out how to use content marketing to increase brand awareness of Bakpia Masaji on Instagram. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach involving interviews and direct observation. The results show that content marketing used to increase brand awareness of Bakpia Masaji on Instagram has a positive effect on customers through informative, exciting and relevant marketing content.

Abstract

Diversity of innovation is produced by business owners thanks to creativity, planning and the spirit of innovation. Having a strategy in developing competitiveness is a manifestation of the spirit of innovation. If business owners do not have the spirit of innovation in their business, then the business carried out will be fixated on old strategies. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between information technology and innovations made by the Dawoon Tea business in Bogor Regency on competitiveness. The method in this research is descriptive quantitative. The research data was sourced from the responses of 70 respondents through the instrument of the proposed questionnaire statement. The collected data was then analyzed with normality test, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, t test and f test. The result of this research is that information technology and innovation partially and simultaneously affect the competitiveness of Dawoon Tea Business.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the work environment and work conflict have on employee turnover intention at PT. Tayoh Sarana Sukses. The population in this study were employees of PT.Tayoh Sarana Sukses. Sampling method using Sampling in this study using purposive sampling technique (sample considerations), namely the sampling unit selected based on certain considerations with the aim of obtaining a sampling unit that has characteristics. With the slovin formula technique. The sample used in this study were 92 employees. This study uses quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing using t test and f test with a significance level of 5%. Based on the t-test the work environment has a significant effect on turnover intention and work conflict has a significant effect on turnover intention. And based on the f test, the work environment and work conflict together have a significant effect on turnover intention.

Abstract

Human resources determined by the organization that has been given a positive contribution to all agency activities in achieving its goals, then each employee is expected to have high work motivation so as to increase high employee productivity. Motivation is very important by management if government agencies expect every employee to be able to make a positive contribution to the achievement that has been determined so that without motivation to work for the benefit of the agency so that the goals that have been set will not be achieved.

Abstract

This research investigates the interconnectedness between profitability, solvency, good corporate governance, and tax compliance concerning corporate sustainable longevity. Employing a purposive sampling technique, data were gathered from key stakeholders within various industries. Utilizing thematic analysis, the study unveiled intricate relationships among the mentioned factors and their impact on the sustained success of corporations. Findings suggest that robust profitability and solvency are crucial for enduring corporate existence, while adherence to good corporate governance principles and tax compliance further enhances long-term sustainability. This study contributes to the understanding of how these multifaceted dimensions collectively influence corporate longevity, providing insights valuable for policymakers, corporate leaders, and stakeholders in fostering sustainable business practices.

Abstract

The success of an organization is determined by the quality of leadership and the leadership style used. Successful leaders are those who are able to manage an organization, influence others constructively, and show the right path and behavior to work together. A management style that supports and motivates employees also has a significant impact on company development. The aim of this research is to analyze and identify the leadership qualities and management styles used in the success of an organization. The method used is a literature review study method, such as from books, journals and several previous studies. The results of this research emphasize the role and influence of leadership and management styles on employee performance, as well as comparisons with relevant previous research. Some of the variables discussed include organizational commitment, motivation, communication and employee performance in the context of leadership, as well as planning, organizing, directing and controlling in the context of management. This research provides a deeper understanding of the importance of integration between leadership and management in achieving organizational goals, as well as various leadership styles and management functions that can influence employee performance and company development.

Abstract

Organizational culture has a significant role in shaping company performance and employee satisfaction. This study aims to conduct an in-depth review of the literature related to organizational culture and the literature review research method was chosen to present a comprehensive overview of this topic. The research method used is literature review, in which data is obtained from various literature sources such as academic journals, books, and other scientific publications. This approach makes it possible to identify patterns, trends, and important findings relating to organizational culture.

Abstract

Radio advertising is a type of advertising that is quite popular and effective for promoting products or services. However, to optimize the effectiveness of radio advertising, good radio advertising production analysis and an appropriate advertising cost determination system are needed. The research entitled "Radio Advertising Production Management and Design of a System for Determining Advertising Costs on OZ Radio 90.8 FM Jakarta" aims to find out how advertising production is managed on radio and how to design advertising cost determinations on OZ Radio 90.8 FM Jakarta. The theories used in this research are advertising, production management, advertising production management, radio advertising, determining product selling prices, methods for determining production costs, where this research uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques using semi-structured interviews. Then the data that has been obtained and collected comprehensively is then analyzed using data reduction, data presentation and data description. From the process of the research stages carried out, the results of the research can show that the production of radio advertisements and the design of the cost system at OZ Radio 90.8 FM Jakarta in producing a radio advertisement go through stages of production management starting from the planning stage to supervision. Then, the determination of advertising costs is carried out using the variable costing method as a reference in determining the cost of a radio advertisement.Affairs.customers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of product quality, service quality, and Islamic aw marketing strategies on consumer satisfaction and consumer. The subjects of this investigation are MSME customers in Roko Roko Raya Village, Konawe Islands. The data collection technique was carried out using observation and questionnaire and analysis data used SEM. The research results show that: Product quality has a significant positive impact on Shariah marketing strategies. Service quality has a significant negative impact on Shariah marketing strategy. Product quality has a significant positive impact on consumer satisfaction. Service quality has a significant negative impact on consumer satisfaction. Shariah marketing strategies have a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction. Product quality does not have a significant impact on consumer trust. Service quality has a significant positive impact on consumer trust. Shariah marketing strategies do not have a significant impact on consumer trust. Consumer satisfaction has a significant positive impact on consumer trust. Shariah marketing strategies can convey the impact of product quality on consumer satisfaction.
