Abstract

School financial management is very much needed in educational institutions so that they are more qualified and the institutions are more quality. Therefore, in conducting excellent management of financial problems very much needed human resources that are professional in carrying out financial management in the institution of education.So the problems of financial management in educational institutions are managed effectively and effectively if a school financial management team is formed that is given to the human resources that are expert in the field. The purpose of this research is to understand the financial management system of schools in the most special educational institutions in the SMP Plus Babussalam can use the principles of transparency and accountability in the educational institution. This research uses qualitative research description and library in the SMP Plus Baabussalam. The head of the foundation as well as the entity of this educational institution and other stakeholders have interfered in various school neighborhoods. It is true that all implementation of financial statements is transparent and comply with the regulations that have been established by the government.

Abstract

A person's motivation is what drives them to work in such a way as to achieve their desired level of self-satisfaction. Many people believe that fair and good imbalances can inspire them to work well, but in reality, their performance may not be at its best even though they receive proper rewards. The two main factors that can determine the success of a company are supporting infrastructure and motivation. The results of this research are that Servant Leadership has a large influence on Work Motivation, so that the first hypothesis is accepted. The influence of interpersonal communication on work motivation is quite large, thus strengthening the acceptance of the second hypothesis.

Abstract

This article was created to find out effective career development in the 4.0 era. Career planning is an important strategy for both individuals and companies. Individuals need to be proactive in planning and managing their careers, while companies need to provide support and facilities for employee career development. This era is marked by increasingly rapid technological developments and can be seen from the fact that society is tied to information technology as a basis for supporting life. This research uses library research or literature review methods. This research uses an in-depth literature review method, where various literature sources relevant to the research topic are collected and analyzed carefully. The results of the analysis and synthesis from various sources will be used to deepen understanding of the research topic and become the main basis for preparing and drawing conclusions for this journal. This research shows that career development, digital skills, and the ability to adapt to digital technology are very important to increase career success and organizations also play a role in improving the skills and abilities of their employees. In the era of Industrial Revolution 4.0, companies need to improve the skills and abilities of their employees to face increasingly fierce competition.

Abstract

Organizational culture is a pattern of beliefs and values that are understood, internalized, and practiced by an organization. Every organization has a unique culture that characterizes the organization which has an important role because a good culture provides comfort and supports the performance of members. In the modern era, in order for the organization to continue to run and survive, the organization must be able to adapt, one of which is by transforming or changing the culture in the organization itself. The success of the transformation can be measured by how the organization overcomes and reduces the risk of resistance that is likely to arise from its members.

Abstract

The Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) is a reflection of a country's economic progress. The main objective of this research is to analyze the influence of Macro Variables on the Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG). The macro variables used in this research are Economic Growth, Dollar Exchange Rate and SBI (7-Day Reverse Repo Rate). The years used as research samples are 10 years, namely from 2013 to 2022. Research analysis uses linear regression analysis multiple, t test, F test, coefficient of determination test using SPSS Version 26 software. Research conclusions: Economic growth and the dollar exchange rate do not have a significant effect on the IHSG, while SBI has a significant effect on the IHSG. Then simultaneously Economic Growth, Dollar Exchange Rate and SBI have a significant effect on IHSG

Abstract

Consumer purchasing decisions are a process where consumers choose and evaluate products or services, consumers often consider various things that suit their needs in the purchasing decision process. This research aims to test whether accessibility, promotion and security guarantees influence purchasing decisions for Transmart Padang make overs. The data source used in this research is primary data. The population in this observation was Transmart visitors, totaling 2,230 people. This sampling technique is slovin. The number of samples used in this research was 96 people. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis. The conclusion of this research is that Accessibility (X1) has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, Promotion (X2) has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions and Security Guarantee has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research aimed to (1) describe employee performance, work discipline, and quality of work life; (2) analyze the influence of work discipline and quality of work life on employee performance either partially or simultaneously. The population in this research were Suru Pudi Koting Credit Union employees, totaling 30 people. Due to limited population, this research was conducted by census or saturated sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive methods and inferential statistics, namely multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing was done through the F-test and t-test. The results of the descriptive analysis showed that the variables of employee performance, work discipline, and quality of work life were in good category. The statistical results of the t-test showed that the variables of work discipline and quality of work life had a positive and significant influence on employee performance. The statistical results of the F-test showed that simultaneously the variables of work discipline and quality of work life had a siqnificant influence on employee performaance. The results of the determination analysis showed that the two independent variables in this study were able to explain the fluctuation of employee performance in Suru Pudi Koting Credit Union by 63.8%.

Abstract

Forming a good organization certainly requires a strong foundation, one of which is organizational capital. Organizational capital is a collection of internal resources and capabilities of an organization that are characteristic and able to improve the organization's ability to achieve its goals, in other words, organizational capital is a facility and infrastructure that supports workers so that they can carry out their duties with dedication. So this is very important to study together considering its very crucial impact on human resources in an organization. So the purpose of this study is to understand the various criteria related to organizational capital and why it is important to apply it in an organization. This research is a type of literature research where this research is a process consisting of a series of activities to obtain and process information obtained from various literary sources such as books, magazines, scientific journals, newspapers, and others. The results of this study show that if organizational capital does not exist, the company cannot grow or even operate. The true strength of a company lies in its human resources. Therefore, companies must optimize the use of human resources to become a crucial and reliable asset..

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of dividend policy, debt policy, and profitability on firm value in companies included in the LQ-45 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2019-2022. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The population of the study consists of companies included in the LQ-45 group and listed on the IDX from 2019 to 2022. The sample was determined using the purposive sampling method, with a population of 45 companies, resulting in a sample of 19 companies, and thus, the research data amounts to 76 data points. The data used in this study are quantitative data collected through documentation methods via the official IDX website: www.idx.co.id. The results of the study indicate that, based on simultaneous testing (F test), there is a significant effect of the variables Dividend Policy (X1), Debt Policy (X2), and Profitability (X3) simultaneously on Firm Value (Y). However, based on partial testing (t test), the Dividend Policy (X1) variable does not have a significant effect on Firm Value (Y), the Debt Policy (X2) variable does not have a significant effect on Firm Value (Y), and Profitability has a significantly positive effect on Firm Value (Y).
