Abstract

This type of research is explanatory, namely research that tests hypotheses between hypothesized variables that will be tested. using a quantitative approach, the research sample was 35 respondents. In this study the data will be processed using SEM-PLS data analysis. The objectives of this study are: 1) To test and analyze the significant influence of organizational culture on the performance of police personnel. 2) To test and analyze the significant effect of organizational culture on compensation. 3) To test and analyze the significant effect of compensation on the performance of police personnel 4) To test and analyze the significant effect of organizational culture on the performance of police personnel. The results showed that: 1) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on the performance of police personnel. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.255 and p-values of 0.039. 2) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on compensation. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.439 and p-values of 0.001. 3) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of police personnel. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.371 and p-values of 0.046. 4) Organizational culture has a positive and insignificant effect on the performance of police personnel mediated by compensation. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.163 and p-values of 0.129.

Abstract

Dian Hikmawaty, 2023. The Influence of Principal Leadership and Teacher Commitment on Teacher Performance (Study of Teachers at SMPN I Arosbaya, Bangkalan Regency). This type of research is explanatory research, the approach used is a quantitative approach, the research sample is 45 people. The analysis tool uses Smart PLS (Partial Least Square). Research objectives: 1). To test and analyze the direct influence of the principal's leadership on the performance of teachers at SMPN I Arosbaya, Bangkalan Regency. 2). To test and analyze the direct influence of teacher commitment on teacher performance at SMPN I Arosbaya, Bangkalan Regency. 3) To test and analyze the indirect influence of the principal's leadership on the performance of teachers at SMPN I Arosbaya, Bangkalan Regency. 4) To test and analyze the indirect influence of teacher commitment on the performance of teachers at SMPN I Arosbaya, Bangkalan Regency. The research results show that: 1) The principal's leadership has a positive and insignificant effect on teacher performance with an original sample value of 0.113. 2) Teacher commitment has a significant positive effect on teacher performance with an original sample value of 0.477. 3) The principal's leadership has a significant positive effect on teacher performance with an original sample value of 0.099. 4) Teacher commitment has a significant positive effect on teacher performance with an original sample value of 0.252.

Abstract

Ikhbal Gunawan, 2023. The Influence of Work Ability and Conflict Management on Personnel Performance of Sampang Police. Wijaya Putra University Postgraduate Program in Surabaya. This type of research uses explanatory research, the research approach uses a quantitative approach. The research sample was 237 personnel. The aims of this study were 1) to examine and analyze the direct significant effect of work ability on the performance of Sampang Police personnel. 2) To test and analyze the significant direct effect of significant conflict management on the performance of Sampang Police personnel. The results showed that: 1) work ability had a significant positive effect on the performance of Sampang Police personnel with an original sample value of 0.481. 2) Conflict management has a significant positive effect on the performance of Sampang Police personnel with an original sample value of 0.219.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Customer Trust and Customer Statisfaction on Customer Loyalty at the Ranto Grocery Store. This type of research is associative research. Data collection in this research was carried out using a survey approach with a quantitative descriptive type of research by distributing questionnaires to 87 respondents, while the population used in this research were loyal customers at the Ranto grocery store. Data collection techniques were carried out using interviews, questionnaires and documentation studies. The data analysis tool used in this research uses SPSS (Statistical Product Software Solution). The data analysis techniques in this research are descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing using a partial significant test (t test), simultaneous significant test (F test), and testing the coefficient of determination (R2). The research results show that customer trust and customer satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty both simultaneously and partially

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of work experience and training on employee performance with work competency as an intervening variable using primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 55 employees as respondents, namely employees of the Kambang Health Center, Pesisir Selatan Regency. In this research, Structrual Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis tools were used using Partial Least Square (PLS). The research results show that (1) There is a positive and significant influence of Work Experience on Job Competency (2) There is a positive and insignificant influence of Training on Job Competency (3) There is a positive and insignificant influence of Work Experience on Employee Performance (4) There is a positive influence Training has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (5) There is a positive and significant influence of Career Competency on Employee Performance (6) There is a positive and significant influence of Work Experience on Employee Performance through Work Competency (7) There is a positive and insignificant influence of Training on Employee Performance through Competency Work (8) The contribution of the Work Experience and Training variables to Work Competence is 0.627 or 62.7%, while the remaining 37.3% is influenced by other variables not determined in this research. (9) The contribution of work experience and training variables to employee performance is 0.902 or 90.2%, while the remaining 0.98% is influenced by other variables not determined in this research.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of job satisfaction and work motivation on employee performance through organizational commitment. The data collection method is through surveys and distributing questionnaires, with a sample of 58 respondents. The analytical method used is structural equation modeling using smartpls. The research of this study conclude that : (1) Job satisfaction does not have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment at PT. ALS Padang-Medan. (2) Work motivation does not have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment at PT. ALS Padang-Medan. (3) Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. ALS Padang-Medan. (4) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT employees. ALS Padang-Medan. (5) Organizational commitment does not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. ALS Padang-Medan. (6) Job satisfaction does not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance through organizational commitment at PT. ALS Padang-Medan. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of entrepreneurial marketing and brand image on the competitive advantage of batik rindani in the city of Jambi. The population in this study is consumers of Batik Rindani in the city of Jambi, with a sample size calculated based on the Hair formula, totaling 80 respondents. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire in the form of a Google Form. The sampling technique used is nonprobability sampling, specifically purposive sampling. Data analysis methods used are descriptive method and quantitative method, specifically multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 26. The results of this study indicate that (1) entrepreneurial marketing and brand image have a positive and significant effect on the competitive advantage of Batik Rindani in the city of Jambi. (2) Brand image has the most dominant influence on the competitive advantage of Batik Rindani in the city of Jambi.

Abstract

Marketing strategy has an important role in business success. Companies are able to attract consumer attention through the right marketing strategy. PHD Nusantara is an artificial tourist attraction with traditional Balinese and Javanese nuances. Based on a preliminary survey, PHD Nusantara was able to implement appropriate marketing strategies, so that its business developed and succeeded in increasing interest in tourist visits. The aim of this research is to describe marketing strategies to increase tourist visits to PHD Nusantara. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research type. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. The technique for determining informants in this research uses a purposive technique. Data analysis includes data collection, data coding, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data uses technical triangulation and source triangulation. Based on the research that has been carried out, the results obtained are that the marketing strategy carried out by PHD Nusantara has succeeded in increasing tourist visits by implementing the 7P marketing mix strategy (product, price, place, promotion, people, process, physical evidence), namely, providing unique photo spots, provides culinary delights that are varied and delicious, offers education on traditional arts and culture, provides vendors for various events, has a mini water park and playground. Providing affordable prices according to quality. Has a comfortable, clean and easy to access design. Promotion through word of mouth, placing banners, distributing brochures and using social media such as Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp. Provide training to all employees and apply the 3S rules (smile, greet and greet) in serving customers. Providing excellent service in the ticket purchasing process, food ordering process and the tour guide process in guiding education. Provide physical evidence in the form of buildings and ornaments with traditional Balinese and Javanese nuances.

Abstract

Marketing strategy is a process that plays an important role in marketing goods and services to consumers because in this era competition is very tight so you need a good marketing strategy to win the competition in the business world. The purpose of this research is to find out what strategies are carried out by PT agents. iZaura in marketing its products to increase sales. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The data obtained is the result of interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research found that in increasing business sales, iZaura agents used the 7P marketing mix strategy. The 7P marketing mix strategy includes products that are marketed using good quality water that has been sterilized. Providing affordable prices, apart from having a strategic location and easy to reach, carrying out promotions using online or offline media, providing friendly service and having quality human resources, carrying out detailed production processes and multi- level marketing processes in stages, having Attractive purple packaging with the unique iZaura logo.
