Abstract

Quality management plays a crucial role in minimizing delivery delays in the logistics process. Factors such as input errors, fleet maintenance, and fleet shortages can contribute to delays. Companies need to focus on delivery services, provide training to employees, and utilize information technology to enhance efficiency and service quality. Total Quality Management (TQM) can serve as an effective strategy in improving service quality and customer satisfaction. Companies should also address fleet improvements, better input processes, and enhanced services to overcome delivery delays. The importance of quality management in reducing delivery delays in logistics service operations is highlighted, with factors such as delivery speed, delivery process efficiency, and limitations in manpower, machinery, work methods, raw materials, market, and finances contributing to delays. Quality management can aid in enhancing the quality of operational logistics services and customer satisfaction. The research methodology employed was a survey with data collection conducted through Google Forms.

Abstract

There is a lot of interest in young people and old people who want to rent camping equipment and rent outdoor tents nowadays. This fact is a great opportunity for H-37 Adventure to start this Outdoor Equipment Rental business. Research Approach, Population, Sample and Sampling Techniques, Data and Data Sources, Data Collection Techniques, Data Analysis Techniques From table 1 it can be seen that the correlation of each item is with the total score of each question for the Segmenting (X1), Targeting variables (X2), Positioning (X3), and Consumer Satisfaction (Y), all produce a Pearson correlation above 0.30 with a significant value of less than 0.005. Thus, all of the research variable question items are valid. From the results of the discussion the following conclusions are drawn: 1. Together/simultaneously segmenting, targeting and positioning have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. 2. Partially, segmenting has no or no significant effect on consumer satisfaction at H-37 Adventure Yogyakarta. 3. Partially targeting has an influence or significance on consumer satisfaction at H-37 Adventure Yogyakarta. 4. Partially, positioning has an influence or significance on consumer satisfaction at H-37 Adventure Yogyakarta.

Abstract

A good education will produce a generation or human resources that excel in various aspects of life by freeing students from ignorance and inability. To address education issues during and after the pandemic, the government launched the independent curriculum programme. While the essence of the previous curriculum is maintained, this innovation adds variations that support the strengthening of students' characters, making it a new step from the government. This research on the independent curriculum was conducted using the library research method. This method involves reviewing various relevant literature and writings, such as books, journals, articles, theses, and sources from the internet. The results show that the independent curriculum requires less administration compared to the previous curriculum. The preparation of a simpler Allocation of Learning Time (ATP) but still in accordance with the learning objectives allows teachers to focus more and improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching. In general, student learning activities in the independent curriculum are not much different from the previous curriculum. The main difference lies in the simplification of teaching materials by teachers. In addition, in an effort to shape student character, the time allocation in the independent curriculum is clearer and the actions taken are more tangible. This is achieved through the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5), which aims to instil Pancasila character values in students' daily lives.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of locus of control and consumerist lifestyle on intention to buy among UNUSIDA Faculty of Economics students. The population in this study is all UNUSIDA Faculty of Economics students class of 2021. The sample will be randomly selected from this population. The number of samples taken was 15 people, which was sufficient for multiple linear regression analysis. Data collection was carried out through distributing questionnaires which included scales measuring locus of control, consumer lifestyle and intention to buy. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study show that both Locus of Control and consumerism lifestyle have a significant positive influence on intention to buy among students. Even though the interaction between these two variables is not significant, the results of this research still provide valuable insights for more effective marketing strategies and education policies. Strengthening internal LOC and understanding the consumerist lifestyle can help students make wiser and more responsible purchasing decisions. This research will also provide valuable insights for marketing practitioners and business strategy planners. This research is expected to make a significant contribution both in the development of academic theory and in business and marketing practice. By better understanding student consumer behavior, we can create a healthier and more sustainable environment for the development of individuals and society as a whole.

Abstract

Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) play a significant role in the Indonesian economy. The beverage industry, especially the contemporary tea drink which is increasingly popular among the public, is one of the SME sectors that is growing rapidly. UKM XYZ is a tea beverage business originating from Bogor. UKM XYZ offers original tea variants and also 16 other flavor variants. Currently, UKM XYZ employs 23 multifunctional employees. To remain competitive and develop amidst increasingly fierce competition and changing market dynamics, SME XYZ needs to have a strong business strategy. Therefore, business strategy analysis is very important. The method used in this research is SWOT Analysis with Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) and External Factor Evaluation (EFE) Matrix. Based on the calculations that have been carried out, SME XYZ is located in quadrant I with an IFE value of 3.44 and an EFE of 3.01. So the right open growth strategy for SME XYZ is to carry out product development which involves developing new products for the market.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and work stress on employee turnover intention at PT. AAE Outdoor Indonesia. Meanwhile, the formulation of the problem is how job satisfaction and job stress can influence turnover intention among PT employees. AAE Outdoor Indonesia. The population in this study was 772 while the sample was 92 taken from the sampling technique using the Slovin formula with a margin of error of 10%, while the results were that the job satisfaction variable (X1) had a significant and positive effect on PT turnover intention. AAE Outdoor Indonesia. It is proven that the tcount value is 6,141 > ttable value 1.986 and the resulting significant value of 0.000 is much smaller than α = 0.05, so Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that the independent variable employee satisfaction (X1) partially has a significant effect on turnover intention (Y) PT AAE Outdoor Indonesia, the work stress variable (X2) has a significant and positive effect on turnover intention at PT. AAE Outdoor Indonesia. It is proven that the significant value is 00.000 < 0.05 and the tcount value is 6.278 > ttable 1.986, so Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that the independent variable work stress (X2) partially has a significant effect on PT AAE Outdoor Indonesia's turnover intention (Y), satisfaction variable. work (X1) and work stress (X2) simultaneously have a significant and positive effect on turnover intention (Y). This is proven by the F test analysis which shows a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. Meanwhile, Ftable is (3.009), so Fcount is 78,890 > Ftable 3.009, so Ho is rejected, and Ha is accepted, likewise with a significance of (0.000) < α (0.05), then Ho rejected and Ha can be accepted. This means that the variables job satisfaction (X1) and work stress (X2) together have an influence on turnover intention (Y) at PT. AAE Outdoor Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze how much influence the variety of products and product quality has on purchasing decisions at UMKM Kencana Salted Eggs Wanasari Brebes. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The sampling technique in this study was Nonprobability sampling, with the sampling method used being Incidental sampling. With the number of samples used as many as 100 respondents. The results in this study show: (1) product variety has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. This is based on the tcount value of 12.044 and the t table of 1.985 or 12.044> 1.985 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. (2) product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. This is based on the tcount value of 2.641 and the ttable of 1.985 or 2.641> 1.985 with a significance value of 0.010 <0.05. (3) simultaneously the variable product variety and product quality have an effect on purchasing decisions. This is supported by the value of Fhitung> Ftabel, namely 1138.470> 3.089 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and a coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.959. From this figure it means that product variety and product quality affect purchasing decisions by 95.9%. Meanwhile, the remaining 4.1% is influenced by other variables not included in the study.

Abstract

Enjoying coffee in a coffee shop is a pretty comfortable thing. It's already become a lifestyle in the community. It's this kind of lifestyle that makes the coffee shop grow more and more. In addition to this lifestyle, the consumption of coffee products in a coffee shop grows and the tendency to enjoy coffee in a coffee shop becomes natural. The purpose of this study is to test and analyze the differences in customer experience and prices on coffee shop Starbucks, Kopi Kenangan, Janji Jiwa in Cikarang Baru. The population used in this research is customers Starbucks, Kopi Kenangan, Janji Jiwa di Cikarang Baru. The sample in this study was based on the experimental sample so it was obtained by as many as 50 respondents. The method of analysis used is the kuntitative method with a comparative descriptive approach and USES validity tests, immobility tests, normality tests, and anova comparisons. Research shows that there are no discrepancy in the custumer experience and prices on Coffee Shop Starbucks, Kopi Kenangan, Janji Jiwa in Cikarang Baru.

Abstract

This research is to determine the effect of Work Discipline and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at PT. HAHA Indonesian Spectrum. The research design used by the author uses quantitative methods. The sampling technique uses a saturated sampling technique. Data collection for the results of respondents' answers in the questionnaire used a Likert scale. The total sample is 40 employees at PT. HAHA Spektrum Indonesia and tested using SPSS Version 20. The results of the hypothesis test calculation obtained an F value of 11.191. It can be concluded that the hypothesis (H3) states that there is a positive and significant influence between work discipline and job satisfaction on the performance of PT employees. HAHA Indonesian Spectrum. This is because the calculated F value of 11.191 is greater than the F table of 3.250. And it is supported by a significant value of 0.000 where the condition for accepting this hypothesis is a significant value of less than 0.05. From the test results between the independent variables, namely work discipline and job satisfaction with the dependent variable, namely employee performance, it can be seen that F count is (11.191) F table (3.250) and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05.
