Data from OJK indicates that the number of leasing companies registered is 200. The growth in financing and working capital investment has reached 32.76 percent and 19.93 percent year-over-year. This indicates a significant increase in financing and investment activities within the leasing sector. This study examines how the Financial Services Authority (OJK) regulates and supervises the leasing industry in Indonesia. The research evaluates current concepts and theories based on existing literature using a case study methodology. The findings indicate that leasing plays a crucial role in supporting business financing, and the financial activities of financing institutions in Indonesia are rapidly increasing. However, as credit increases, the risks of default and claims also rise. Therefore, leasing companies must enhance their risk management, and the role of the government in overseeing and protecting consumers is also crucial.

This study examines the development of human resources (HR) carried out by the Balikpapan Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP) in the context of implementing community control tasks. Through a qualitative approach by applying data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews and observations. The result of the research shows that Balikpapan Satpol PP has implemented various human resource development programmes, such as training and education, in order to improve the competence and professionalism of its members. In addition, this study suggests that there is a significant relationship between human resource development and the ability of Satpol PP in carrying out community policing tasks.

The development of an increasingly advanced era has a great influence on the creative mindset of the Indonesian people and the world in all respects. The event organizer or Event Organizer (EO) service business has prospects or developments that are increasingly needed by the community, not only needed in urban areas but also in rural areas. Kinipagi Wedding Planner is one of the Wedding Organizer businesses in Cirebon which was established in 2019, precisely before the COVID-19 Pandemic in Indonesia. The data collection technique in this study uses Nonprobability Sampling technique which in this study does not provide equal opportunities or opportunities for each element of population members to be selected as sample members. The sampling technique in this study uses Purposive Sampling, which is a sampling technique with certain considerations. The research design used in this research is descriptive qualitative research design because researchers want to know how marketing development strategies and how to maintain existence to attract consumer interest in Kinipagi Wedding Planner service users. The data collection methods used in this research are observation, interviews, and documentation. results that Kinipag Wedding planner has already implemented marketing mix and has also performed SWOT analysis. The application of SWOT analytics and marketing mix on Kinipagi Wedding Planer helped have gone well especially the price factor offered is relatively cheaper compared to other wedding organizers in Cirebon. However, there were some shortcomings such as hard-to-reach locations, human resources that need to be improved, and promotional media that still have to be broadcast.

The increasing growth of the industry now can cause competition in companies, one of which is the retail business. Where must be able to compete competitively to understand consumers. Companies need to implement more rigorous and innovative strategies in developing businesses, so as to meet the satisfaction of consumers. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, product completeness, and product prices on customer satisfaction at "Mitra Swalayan" Kartasura. This study uses quantitative methods, and sampling is a non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling type where sampling is done using certain considerations. The sample taken was 100 respondents. The study used multiple liner regression analysis techniques and hypothesis testing which were analyzed using SPSS 25 software. This study has independent variables and dependent variables. Where the independent variable is Service Quality (X1), Product Completeness (X2), and Product Price (X3), for the dependent variable, namely Customer Satisfaction (Y). The results showed that (1) Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. (2) Product Completeness has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. (3) Product Price has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. (4) Service Quality, Product Completeness, and Product Price simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction.

This research aims to determine the influence of work motivation and work environment on employee performance at the El'Rapha Inpatient Pratama Clinic. The sampling method used was a saturated sample. The sample in this study was 39 respondents. The data collection techniques used were observation and questionnaires in the form of statements. Using the multiple linear regression analysis method, and the data was processed using SPSS version 20. Based on the research results, partial hypothesis test results were obtained, namely T count 4.509 > T table 2.028 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that work motivation has a partial effect on Employee performance, while the work environment variable obtained T count 2.678 > T table 2.028 with a significant value of 0.011 < 0.05, it can be concluded that the work environment has a partial effect on employee performance. The F test results obtained F count 51.669 > 3.259 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that the variables of work motivation and work environment together (simultaneously) influence the performance of the El'Rapha Inpatient Pratama Clinic employees.

This research aims to analyze the influence of opinion shopping on going concern audit opinions in manufacturing companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index in 2019-2022, analyze the influence of leverage on going concern audit opinions of manufacturing companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index in 2019-2022, and analyze The influence of institutional ownership on going concern audit opinions of manufacturing companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index for 2019-2022. This research is a case study of manufacturing companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index for 2019-2022. This research used a sample of 132 with a sampling technique using purposive sampling. Data collection techniques use library research. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis methods, t test, f test, and determination test. The research results show multiple linear regression analysis Y= 6.332 + 0.477 X1 + 0.348 X2 + 0.541 Leverage has a significant effect on the Manufacturing Going Concern Audit Opinion on the 2019-2022 Jakarta Islamic Index. Institutional ownership has a significant influence on the Manufacturing Going Concern Audit Opinion on the 2019-2022 Jakarta Islamic Indeks.

This study explores the impact of employee ranking on the correlation between attitudes, motivation, and performance in the Bandung City Government using a quantitative approach through a single case study. From 106 respondents surveyed through a questionnaire, the results show that employee ranking does not affect the relationship between attitudes, motivation, and performance. Factors such as work ethic, supervisor support, compensation satisfaction, and participation in setting performance standards play a more significant role in motivating employees. Feedback and involvement in setting performance standards are also more motivating than ranking. Fair compensation and transparency of information are crucial in enhancing motivation and performance. The study's limitations include a limited number of respondents and difficulty reaching respondents with high employment status. Future research is recommended to increase the number of respondents, develop hypotheses suited to the study environment, and use other moderating variables. Management needs to provide opportunities for skill enhancement and conduct regular evaluations of the ranking system to create a productive work environment.

The purpose of this study was to analyze (1) the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction, (2) the effect of pricing on customer satisfaction, (3) the effect of service quality and price on customer satisfaction. This type of research is quantitative with Kikim Variasi Mobil customer respondents totaling 96 respondents selected using Hair et al. calculations (2010). Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis with the IBM SPSS Statistic 22 test tool. The results showed that (1) service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction of Kikim Variasi Mobil Yogyakarta. (2) Pricing has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction of Kikim Variasi Mobil Yogyakarta. (3) Service quality and pricing together have a significant effect on customer satisfaction of Kikim Variasi Mobil Yogyakarta.

Bekasi city is a promising market and is a satellite city with the largest population in Indonesia. One of the famous hair care brands in Indonesia is Ellips. Ellips is ranked first in the top of brands as proven in the last 5 consecutive years of top of mind. Ellipse products themselves are easy to find in supermarkets or shops throughout Indonesia. Apart from that, this product can also be found online, one of which is through the Shopee application. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of price perceptions and sales promotions on purchasing decisions to purchase Ellips 5 in 1 hair vitamin products through the Shopee application. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with an online questionnaire survey via Google Form. The number of respondents was 150 people and the data processing tool used SmartPLS 4 software. The results of the study showed that price perception had a significant influence on purchasing decisions for Ellips 5 in 1 hair vitamin products through the Shopee application and sales promotions had a significant influence on purchasing decisions for Ellips 5 in 1 products. hair vitamins via the Shopee application. Thus, this research raises an interesting topic that explains the factors that influence purchasing decisions with a significant impact.
