Abstract

The Effect of Teaching Experience and Work Discipline on Teacher Work Performance Mediated by Professionalism (Study on SMPI Miftahul Ulum Tambelengan teachers, Sampang Regency), Wijaya Putra University Postgraduate Program. This type of research is explanatory, namely to test the hypotheses between the hypothesized variables that will be tested for truth. the research approach used is quantitative, the research sample is 61 respondents. Data analysis used SPSS analysis and PLS Program SEM analysis. The aims of this study were: 1) to test and analyze whether teaching experience has a direct effect on teacher performance at SMPI Miftahul Ulum Tambelengan, Sampang Regency; 2) To test and analyze whether work discipline has a direct effect on teacher performance at SMPI Miftahul Ulum Tambelengan, Sampang Regency; 3) To test and analyze whether teaching experience has a direct effect on the professionalism of SMPI Miftahul Ulum Tambelengan teachers, Sampang Regency; 4) To test and analyze whether work discipline has a direct effect on the professionalism of SMPI Miftahul Ulum Tambelengan teachers, Sampang Regency; 5) To test and analyze whether professionalism has a direct effect on teacher performance at SMPI Miftahul Ulum Tambelengan, Sampang Regency; 6) To test and analyze whether teaching experience has an indirect effect on teacher performance at SMPI Miftahul Ulum Tambelengan, Sampang Regency, which is mediated by professionalism; 7) To test and analyze whether work discipline has an indirect effect on teacher performance at SMPI Miftahul Ulum Tambelengan, Sampang Regency, which is mediated by professionalism. The results of the study show that: 1) Teaching experience has a direct effect on teacher performance at SMPI Miftahul Ulum Tambelengan, Sampang Regency, with an original sample value of 0.451 and a p-value of 0.000; 2) Work discipline has a direct effect on teacher performance at SMPI Miftahul Ulum Tambelengan, Sampang Regency, with an original sample value of 0.199 and a p-value of 0.037; 3) Teaching experience has a direct effect on teacher professionalism at SMPI Miftahul Ulum Tambelengan, Sampang Regency with an original sample value of 0.509 and a p-value of 0.000; 4) Work discipline has a direct effect on teacher professionalism at SMPI Miftahul Ulum Tambelengan, Sampang Regency, with an original sample value of 0.251 and a p-value of 0.038; 5) Professionalism has a direct effect on teacher performance at SMPI Miftahul Ulum Tambelengan, Sampang Regency with an original sample value of 0.267 and a p-value of 0.011; 6) Teaching experience has an indirect effect on teacher performance at SMPI Miftahul Ulum Tambelengan, Sampang Regency, which is mediated by professionalism with an original sample value of 0.136 and a p-value of 0.035; 7) Work discipline has an indirect effect on teacher performance at SMPI Miftahul Ulum Tambelengan, Sampang Regency, which is mediated by professionalism with an original sample value of 0.067 and a p-value of 0.013.

Wijaya Putra University Postgraduate Program in Surabaya. This type of research is explanatory research, the approach used is a quantitative approach, the research sample is 52 people. The analysis tool uses Smart PLS (Partial Least Square). The results showed that: 1) Compensation on employee performance has a positive and significant effect as evidenced by the value of the Original Sample which is equal to 0.283. 2) HR competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance as evidenced by the value of the Original Sample which is equal to 0.448. 3) Compensation for work motivation has a positive and significant effect as evidenced by the value of the Original Sample that is equal to 0.385. 4) HR competence has a positive and significant effect on work motivation as evidenced by the value of the Original Sample which is equal to 0.458. 5) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance as evidenced by the value of the Original Sample that is equal to 0.303. 6) Compensation for employee performance mediated by work motivation has a positive and significant effect as evidenced by the value of the Original Sample that is equal to 0.116. 7) HR competence on employee performance mediated by work motivation has a significant positive effect as evidenced by the value of the Original Sample that is equal to 0.139.

Abstract

The results showed that: 1) Work discipline has a significant positive effect on teacher performance with an original sample value of 0.260 and a p-value of 0.009. 2) Work discipline has a significant positive effect on motivation with an original sample value of 0.410 and a p-value of 0.024. 3) Competence has a significant positive effect on motivation with an original sample value of 0.470 and a p-value of 0.004. 4) Competence has a negative and insignificant effect on teacher performance with an original sample value of 0.825 and a p-value of -0.042. 5) Motivation has a significant positive effect on teacher performance with an original sample value of 0.611 and a p-value of 0.002. 6) Work discipline has a positive and insignificant effect on teacher performance mediated by motivation with an original sample value of 0.251 and a p-value of 0.107. 7) Competence has a significant positive effect on teacher performance mediated by motivation with an original sample value of 0.287 and a p-value of 0.034.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative research with a causal relationship to determine whether there is a direct effect of perceived benefits, perceived safety on consumer confidence, knowing the direct effect, perceived safety, customer trust on the intention to use. As well as knowing the indirect effect of perceived benefits, perceived security perceptions on intention to use through consumer trust in the DANA digital wallet application. Data collection was carried out by collecting information through a survey with a questionnaire. The population in this study is someone who already knows the DANA digital wallet application in the Greater Jakarta area. The questionnaire collected 130 respondents using the Hair et al., (2017) formula. The sampling method used is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. Based on the research results, of the 7 accepted hypotheses, namely perceived benefits and perceived safety affect consumer confidence. Perceived benefits and consumer trust influence the intention to use. While the perception of security has no effect on the intention to use. The contribution of this study results in the intention to use with the influencing factors, namely the perceived benefits and consumer confidence in the intention to use. Therefore, it is important for the DANA Application to increase the benefits and safety because consumers who have high trust in technology can increase their intention to use the technology.

Abstract

This research aims to determine: (1) the meaning of Semanak work culture for employees at the DPMPTSP Karanganyar Regency, (2) implementation of Semanak work culture, (3) impact, and (4) efforts to optimize the implementation of Semanak work culture. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. Data sources are informants, documents, and observation results. The sampling technique was purposive sampling and snowball sampling. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and document analysis. The credibility test uses triangulation of sources and techniques, transferability, dependability, and confirmability tests. Data analysis using Miles and Huberman interactive analysis. Research results: (1) the meaning of work culture for employees: (a) guide work, (b) encourage work, (c) foster cohesiveness, (d) provide a sense of identify, and (e) generate self-commitment. (2) implementation of work culture: (a) DPMPTSP does not yet have a special work culture team, (b) leadership commitment in the form of full contribution such as installing banners and making marches, (c) tangible forms such as discipline, responsibility, communication skills, motivation, cooperation, innovation, creativity, wholehearted service, and non-discrimination (d) monitoring and evaluation of work culture does not yet exist. (3) Impact: (a) increasing employee motivation, (b) creating a good office reputation, (c) meeting good service standards, (d) realizing a conducive work environment. (4) There has been no special effort to optimize the implementation of Semanak's work culture.

Abstract

This study is entitled analysis of the financial performance of PT Bank NTB Syariah head office using the RGEC method during the transition period and after being converted into an Islamic commercial bank. Aims to determine the significance level of Islamic NTB bank performance using the RGEC method during the transition period and after conversion. The type of research used is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The data collection method used is the method of documentation and literature study. The population in this study were financial statements, GCG reports of head office Islamic NTB banks and the samples were NPF/NPL, FDR/LDR, ROA, ROE, BOPO, NI, CAR and PDN ratios. The analysis tool used is the Wilxocon signed rank test using SPSS version 17. The results of the analysis show that: (1) financial performance during the transition period using the RGREC method gets a composite value of 1 or very healthy (2) financial performance after being converted using the RGEC method gets a composite value 1 or very healthy (3) the comparison of financial performance during the transition period and after conversion is not too significant.
