<![CDATA[This research aims to determine the social media Instagram on purchasing decisions at Aisy Drink, Bima City. This type of research is associative. The research instrument used in this research was a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The population used in this research were all consumers who had seen or been exposed to Aisy drink product promotions via social media, with a sample size of 50 respondents. The data collection techniques used in this research were observation, questionnaires and literature study. The data analysis techniques used in this research are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, simple linear regression analysis, simple correlation coefficient, determination test, and t test. The research results show that social media Instagram influences purchasing decisions at Aisy Drink Bima City.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine the influence of the non-physical work environment on employee job satisfaction at the Bima City DPRD Office. This research is of associative type. The population used was 61 respondents using saturated sampling techniques so that the sample in this study was the entire population of 67 respondents. The research instrument used was a Likert scale questionnaire with data analysis techniques, validity test, reliability test, simple regression analysis, simple correlation analysis, determination test and significance test (T test). Based on the results of this research, it is concluded that the non-physical work environment has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the Bima City DPRD Office. This is proven by the T table value of 9.314 and sig 0.000. The determination test shows that job satisfaction is influenced by the non-physical work environment by 57.2%, while the remaining 42.8% is influenced by other factors or variables not included in this research.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine the influence of employee roles and service quality, both partially and simultaneously, on consumer satisfaction at Cafe Joker Telang. This type of research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees, consumers and Cafe Joker owners. The sample in this study was 4 respondents obtained using nonprobability sampling techniques. Data collection techniques use interviews, documentation and observation. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 23.0 tools. The conclusion of this research is that the quality and discipline of employees formed by the Cafe Owner, influences consumer satisfaction at Cafe Joker.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to determine the marketing and sales strategies for e-commerce at lazada.co.id. This research uses a qualitative method with an inductive approach. Based on the analysis of Lazada.co.id's marketing and sales strategies, we found that the Lazada website is a fairly large online marketplace in Indonesia that allows Indonesian individuals and business owners to manage their stores online easily and for free. Lazada offers everything from secure payment options to marketing analytics designed to help Lazada sellers sell more products. The marketing strategy carried out by Lazada.co.id begins with promotions on the Lazada website. Lazada.co.id has an effective website where visitors can easily access product and promotional information in the form of text and images. Apart from that, Lazada markets via social media and television.]]>

<![CDATA[This research analyzes the role and impact of developing competitive advantage in the context of market success and company business strategy. The integration of findings from various case studies through qualitative and quantitative approaches provides a holistic picture of how competitive advantage influences consumer preferences and company performance. The research results highlight the significant influence of competitive advantage on consumer purchasing decisions. These findings, supported by Kotler's study and other research, confirm that when companies are able to offer significant added value, whether through product innovation, superior service, or smart marketing strategies, this influences consumers' purchasing choices. Adaptive planning strategies have also proven to be an important key in winning consumer preferences. The use of technology such as big data analytics is a significant element in identifying patterns, trends and relevant information that supports intelligent decision making. Overall, this research highlights that competitive development advantage is not only a goal for companies, but also a strategic foundation that supports overall business operations. <![CDATA[Jambi Province, located in the center of Sumatra, has developed creativity in batik crafts with various distinctive batik motifs. Apart from that, this province also has historical heritage, such as the Muaro Jambi Temple, which is a witness to the glory of the past. It is important to study this aspect scientifically to ensure its preservation as part of cultural heritage that can enrich people's lives. In an effort to preserve culture, we are organizing the "Outer Kito" product creation program as a method that can be implemented in everyday life in the millennial world. This product not only functions as a form of creativity in batik crafts, but also has historical value with the QR Code which provides information related to batik and the meaning it contains. Using "Outer Kito" products is expected to be a real step for the community to participate in preserving their culture.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to examine the influence of human resource development and work motivation on employee performance at the South Siberut District Head Office, Mentawai Islands Regency. This type of research is quantitative, the population in this research is all 35 employees. The sample collection technique used is a total sampling technique, where total sampling is a sampling technique if all members of the population are sampled, while the number of samples is 35 people obtained from all employee members. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data. Meanwhile, the data sources are primary and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques use observation and questionnaires. Using research instrument data analysis techniques (validity test, reliability test and descriptive analysis), classic assumption tests (normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test) then multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing with the help of the SPSS application. The results of the research show that human resource development partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the South Siberut Subdistrict Office, Mentawai Islands Regency.]]>

<![CDATA[Industrial relations disputes in Indonesia are commonly experienced by industrial relations actors. Industrial relations mediators have duties and responsibilities as labor mediators. The purpose of the research is to understand the role of the mediator when resolving industrial relations disputes at PT Dymatic Chemicals Indonesia, identify factors that influence the effectiveness of the mediator, and provide suggestions to improve the dispute resolution process. The research method used is a qualitative method of data technique through simak catat interview. The result of the discussion of this research is that the role of mediators in the company in resolving labor disputes plays a very important role. Mediators of PT Dymatic Chemicals Indonesia in resolving workers' problems are usually done by mediation. ]]>

This is a chili snack made from tapioca flour, but many also combine it with rice. The characteristic of this cold snack is its chewy texture and delicious taste. This cold snack is made from flat dough and filled with spring onions and carrots. In some cases, variations may depend on personal preference. The aim of this entrepreneurship program is to improve students' business skills and marketing skills of homemade products. Thanks to this entrepreneurship program, we can now sell homemade products and use leftover rice at home.]]>

<![CDATA[This research discusses the role of transformational leadership in improving the performance of the teacher team at TK IT AZKIYATUN NAJAH. This study aims to identify important elements that influence team performance and develop effective strategies for improving performance. Qualitative research methods were used with selected interviews and related data collection. The research results show that transformational leadership has a positive impact on team performance. Transformational leadership is characterized by a clear vision, vision management, and team motivation. A positive relationship between transformational leadership and team performance was found, with leaders able to motivate, build trust, and strengthen team engagement. Supporting factors and strategies for implementing transformational leadership are also discussed. The implications of this research are expected to provide better insight into how transformational leadership can improve team performance in the educational context of TK IT AZKIYATUN NAJAH.]]>
