Abstract

Facts on the ground, when channeling funds there are requirements that are not well understood so employee performance is slow in the distribution process and human resources are still not good. The formulation of the problem in this research is the effectiveness of the utilization of Village funds in supporting the economy of the community in Gunung Tuleh Sub-District (case study of Nagari Rabi Jonggor). Jonggor). The theory used in this study is a theory related to effectiveness, village funds, the economy, and nagari. Effectiveness is a key element to achieve the goals or objectives that have been determined in every organization, activity or program. It is called effective if the goal or target is achieved as it has been found. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research. Sources of data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis used in this research is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of the study show effectiveness at the level of achieving goals, a business can be said to be effective if the effort is achieved ideally, effectiveness can be said with relatively certain measures of the use of village funds that have been realized properly such as the work program of Nagari Rabi Jonggor in the fields of health, economy, and the social field. Abstract

The research highlights the results of a multivariable study on the influence of purchase descriptors on consumer happiness. Using a well-established consumer decision-making paradigm, participants were randomly assigned to hypothetical scenarios in which purchase descriptors were experimentally manipulated. The variables consumer happiness, subjective well-being, consumer choice, and additional consumer attitudes were used as outcome variables. There is evidence that participants varied in terms of consumer happiness based on the specific purchase description conditions they were assigned. This research contributes to the scientific literature on consumer decision making by adding clarity to the role of important purchase-related variables on consumer happiness.

Abstract

The causes of stress in students can come from their academic life, especially from external demands and their own expectations. External demands can be in the form of coursework, course load, parents' demands to be successful in their studies, and social adjustments in the campus environment. Spiritual intelligence is able to encourage students to achieve success in their studies because spiritual intelligence is the foundation that encourages the effective functioning of intellectual intelligence and emotional intelligence. Study behavior (which consists of the habit of attending lessons, the habit of reading books, the habit of visiting the library, and the habit of taking exams) of a student greatly influences the continuity of his studies. This research is quantitative research in the form of a case study using multiple linear regression analysis methods. The results of data testing show that learning behavior can have a negative but not significant effect on college stress. The results of testing spiritual intelligence show that spiritual intelligence can have a negative but not significant effect on college stress.

Abstract

Service quality is a service that focuses on meeting needs and requirements, as well as on timeliness to meet customer expectations. The purpose of this research is to prove that service quality affects customer satisfaction at the "Simple Group" café in Surabaya and Gresik. This research was conducted by census or purposive sampling on customers who visited more than once a month with 105 respondents as customers. Data collection techniques are interviews, observations, and questionnaires. This study proves and analyzes the effect of service quality on satisfaction at the “Simple Group” coffee shop in Surabaya and Gresik. The results of the analysis can be concluded that customer satisfaction is largely determined by the quality of service that deals directly with customers. Where in this case satisfaction when interacting is that customers get comfortable and good service from employees of the "Simple Group" coffee shop in Surabaya and Gresik

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of career development and communication organization on the performance of members of the Indonesian Air Force Base Wiriadinata. The method used is a case study, data obtained through questionnaires to members of the Indonesian Air Force Base Wiriadinata. Withdrawal of samples using random sampling technique, using the Slovin formula and the method of analysis used is the method of multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research show that career development, organizational communication and performance are included in the Very Good classification. Simultaneously career development and organizational communication have a significant effect on the performance of members of the Indonesian Air Force Base Wiriadinata. Partially, career development and organizational communication variables have a significant effect on the performance of members of the Indonesian Air Force Base Wiriadinata.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Work Discipline and Training on employee work productivity at PT. BPR Cipatujah KC. Scaffolding both simultaneously and partially. The population in this study were all employees of PT. BPR Cipatujah Rancah Branch Office with 34 people. The sampling technique used in this research was a saturated sampling technique, which means that the entire population was sampled in the research so that a sample size of 34 samples was obtained. This research uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The type of data used is primary data. Test data quality using validity tests and reliability tests. The data analysis stage was carried out using quantitative analysis in order to analyze the collected data to prove the hypothesis. The research results show that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity at PT. BPR Cipatujah KC. Scaffolding is 44.00%. Partially testing the hypothesis obtained tcount > ttable (5.012 > 1.694) so ​​Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence of work discipline on employee work productivity at PT. BPR Cipatujah KC. Scaffolding. Training has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity at PT. BPR Cipatujah KC. Scaffolding is 28.40%. Partially testing the hypothesis obtained tcount > ttable (3.560 > 1.694), so Ho is rejected and H2 is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence of training on employee work productivity at PT. BPR Cipatujah KC. Scaffolding. Simultaneous hypothesis testing of work discipline and training has a positive and significant effect on work productivity with a coefficient of determination of 52.30% while the remaining 47.70% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained a value of Fcount > Ftable or (16.967 > 3.34), then Ho was rejected and H3 was accepted, thus there was a positive and significant influence of work discipline and work training on employee work productivity at PT. BPR Cipatujah KC. Scaffolding.

Abstract

This study aims to determine work discipline and work supervision on the performance of employees of PT. Primajasa Perdanaraya Utama. In this study using a survey method with a quantitative approach. The data collected in the form of data is done by using a questionnaire technique. Data analysis used in this study used multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, and coefficient of determination using SPSS version 26. The results show that work discipline and work supervision simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and work environment on employee performance in the production section of UMKM Mukena Mahkota 786. In this study, an associative research method was used using a quantitative approach. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data, with a sample of 49 respondents from production employees at UMKM Mukena Mahkota 786, and using the saturated sample method. The analytical tool used was SPSS version 25. Data collection techniques used interviews and questionnaires. The results of the study show that the Discipline and Work Environment simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance. Work discipline partially has a significant effect on employee performance. The work environment partially has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Some problems that often occur in the work environment are discomfort with the work environment, this is sometimes caused by a lot of work pressure and mismatches between employees, then the sense of employee discipline that is still considered lacking so that it has a bad impact on company performance activities. This thesis aims to prove the hypothesis of the researcher: there is a partial influence of the Non-Physical Work Environment (X1), work discipline (X2), on employee performance (Y). This study used quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. This research data was obtained by interview, observation, literature study, and questionnaire methods. The sample return in this study used a saturated sampling technique, namely all employees of Rejeki Makmur Kediri as many as 32 people. The results of the study using the help of the SPSS program proposal version 25, showed that: (1) Non-Physical Work Environment partially affected but not significantly on employee performance with a calculated value of -1.423 and a value of Sig. 0.165 > 0.05. (2) and work discipline partially affects employee performance with a calculated value of 3.932 and a value of Sig.0.000 < 0.05 (3) compensation, and work discipline simultaneously has a significant effect on employee performance with a value of Fcalculate 11.043 and a value of Sig. 0.003 < 0.05. From the results of the multiple linear regression analysis test, it produces the equation formula Y = 11.043 + -1.423 X1 + (3.932X2) + e.

Abstract

Teacher performance is the result, progress, and work performance of the teacher in carrying out learning and evaluating learning outcomes, conducting guidance and training on students, as well as their commitment to carrying out tasks. This study aims to determine the simultaneous effect of leadership and work discipline on teacher performance as well as the partial effect of leadership on teacher performance and the partial effect of work discipline on teacher performance. The population used in this research was Paniis Islamic Vocational School teachers. The method used in this study is a quantitative method through the causality method with a survey approach. The sampling technique is saturated sampling technique, the number of samples taken is 41 people. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 25. Based on the results of the study it is concluded that leadership and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on teacher performance. Partially, leadership has a significant effect on teacher performance. Partially, work discipline has no significant effect on teacher performance.
