Abstract

This study aims to analyze the determination of selling prices based on the cost plus pricing method at Raja Muda Restaurant, Pangkajene Regency and Islands. Each restaurant sets very different prices and the way they set those prices also varies. Cost plus pricing is one of the methods used to determine the selling price. The type of research used in this study is a type of qualitative research. The sample of this study is the expenditure record of the Raja Muda Restaurant in October 2023 in Pangkajene and Islands Regency. Data collection was carried out using documentation and interview techniques. Data analysis was carried out by descriptive analysis. The results of this study show that in determining the selling price according to the cost plus pricing method by adding the total cost and mark up by 30.11% and the calculation results are greater than the method applied by restaurant owners with a difference of Rp 253

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui eksistensi Badan Usaha milik Desa (BUMDes) dalam memberikan kontribusi pendapatan asli desa Kaluppini Kecamatan Enrekang Kabupaten Enrekang. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Observasi, Dokumentasi, dan Wawancara. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 8 orang yaitu 1 Kepala Desa 1 Pemerintah Desa 2 Pengurus BUMDes dan 4 masyarakat. Teknik analisis dari penelitian ini adalah penelitian deksriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa eksistensi badan usaha milik desa (BUMDes) Kaluppini sudah tidak berjalan sampai sekarang dikarenakan kendala dan masalah dalam pengelolaan BUMDes. Adapun kendalanya yaitu kurangnya sumberdaya manusia yang ada di BUMDes dan kurangnya pengetahuan tentang BUMDes. Masalah yang di hadapi dalam pengelolaan BUMDes yaitu yang pertama, pada saat pemerintah desa melakukan perekrutan pengurus BUMDes baru untuk mengganti pengurus BUMDes yang lama tidak ada masyarakat yang berminat mendaftarkan diri sebagai pengurus BUMDes dan masalah yang kedua yaitu keberadaan BUMDes dimata sebagian masyarakat desa belum mampu dianggap hal yang bisa meningkatkan pendapatan desa. Sehingga hal ini yang menyebabkan hambatan dalam pengelolaan keberjalanan BUMDes di desa Kaluppini Kecamatan Enrekang Kabupaten Enrekang. Kemudian BUMDes Kaluppini telah memberikan kontribusi pada pendapatan asli desa pada tahun 2020 dan 2021

Abstract

This study explores the impact of the work effectiveness of service employees influenced by work discipline and motivation. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The number of samples for this scientific study is 53 employees. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. SPSS Version 27 software is used to process the data, involving classical assumption tests as well as multiple linear regression. The results of scientific studies show that employee work effectiveness has a positive and significant impact on work discipline and motivation together. Individually, these two factors have also been proven to have a positive and significant effect. work discipline and work motivation have a very strong relationship with employee work effectiveness, with an R2 value of 0.603. This means that 60.3% of Employee Work Effectiveness can be described by these two variables

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of commitment and motivation onĀ  of PT. Vadhana Internasional Duri employees. This research uses quantitative methods with a sampling technique using Total Sampling. The population in this study was all 73 employees of the PT. Vadhana Internasional Office. The data collection techniques used were observation and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is the Multiple Linear Regression Model and Hypothesis testing using the T Test and F Test and Coefficient of Determination, where previously the data had been tested using the Validity Test and Reliability Test. The research results show that Commitment and Motivation have a significant effect on the OCB behavior of PT. Vadhana Internasional employees. Simultaneously, Commitment and Motivation have a significant effect on OCB behavior. The adjusted coefficient of determination (adjusted R2) is 0.0442, which means that the Commitment and Motivation variables contribute to the influence of OCB behavior by 44.2% while the remaining 55.8% is determined by other variables outside this research. This shows that there are still other variables that can explain OCB behavior

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of debt levels on the profitability of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research focuses on two variables: the Debt-to-Equity Ratio (DER) and Return on Assets (ROA). Quantitative research with simple linear regression analysis is a type of study aimed at understanding the relationship between two variables. The population of this study includes 47 banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), from which a sample of 4 banking companies was selected using purposive sampling. This qualitative research employs simple linear analysis using SPSS 25.0 as the analytical tool. The results, based on significant values and partial values, indicate that an increase in debt levels among banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange leads to a decrease in profitability. This is because the debt of banking companies is not solely used for operational activities but also for providing credit funds to customers

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate and improve our understanding of the impact of employability analysis and supervision on productivity. In this study, a quantitative methodology was used, and the sample size consisted of 85 people. Questionnaire dissemination is a method used to obtain data. The collected data was analyzed using statistical methods, especially using multiple regression analysis conducted with SPSS software. The results of the data analysis show that workability has a positive and significant influence on employee productivity. Employee performance is positively and significantly affected by supervision in a partial capacity. Because the value is greater than the value of the F table of 2.71, the F value of 69.916 is considered statistically significant at a significance level of 0.000. This level of significance is lower than the 0.05 criterion that is generally accepted in the scientific community. The ability to carry out work and supervise has a positive and significant influence on employee productivity in the workplace at the same time

Abstract

The phenomenon that occurred during the Covid-19 pandemic that spread in Indonesia in early 2020 has an impact on all aspects of life, including the capital market. The spread of Covid-19 in Indonesia has caused fear for investors so that many of them choose to leave risky assets. This affects the movement of the Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG). The problem in this study aims to determine the effect of EPS (Earning Per Share), ROE (Return on Equity) and PBV (Price to Book Value) on stock prices in automotive companies listed on the IDX for the period 2019 - 2021. The type of research used is quantitative research with secondary data sources. The population in this study is automotive companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2019 - 2021 as many as 15 companies. Sampling using purposive sampling technique as many as 10 companies that meet the criteria. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of the study indicate that EPS can influence stock prices, and ROE also influences stock prices, and PBV influences company value. Simultaneously, the variables EPS (Earning Per Share), ROE (Return on Equity) and PBV (Price to Book Value) influence stock prices.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of brand envoys, brand pictures, and online client surveys on the purchase choice of Scarlett Brightening goods in Mandiri Raya. The type of research used is quantitative by distributing polls through Google Structure to 100 respondents who have purchased Scarlett Brightening items. Sample determination using purposive. The data analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis and t-test tests. The results of the data analysis show that Brand Ambassador (X1) has a partial and significant effect on the Purchase Decision (Y) on Scarlett Whitening products. Brand Image (X2) has a partial and significant effect on the Purchase Decision (Y) of Scarlett Whitening products. Online Customer Review (X3) has a partial and significant effect on Purchase Decision (Y) on Scarlett Whitening products. Brand Ambassador (X1), Brand Image (X2), Online Customer Review (X3) have a simultaneous and significant effect on Purchase Decision (Y) on Scarlett Whitening products (case study on Scarlett Whitening consumers in Solo Raya)

Abstract

This study aims to find the influence of job training, communication, and career development on the performance of employees of PT Indomarco Prismatama Medan Branch. This type of research is causal research with a quantitative approach. The number of samples in this study is 73 employees. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire technique. This study uses quantitative data processed with SPSS 25.0 with a multiple linear regression model. The results of the study show that partial and simultaneous job training, communication, and career development have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Indomarco Prismatama Medan Branch. The results of the t-test showed that the job training had a regression value of 0.223, a tcal value = 2.559 and a significant = 0.000. Communication has a regression value of 0.414, has a tcal value = 4.747 and significant = 0.000. Career development has a regression value of 0.255 and a calculation value of 3,682. The results of the determination coefficient test of 91.6% of employee performance can be explained and obtained from the variables of job training, communication, and career development while the remaining 8.4% is influenced by other factors.
