Abstract

Financial management is important in the development of MSMEs, but MSMEs still often experience problems related to good financial management and management. This problem often hinders the development of MSMEs themselves. In running a business, it is very important to understand the concept of production cost preparation thoroughly. Good financial management is very beneficial for MSMEs. With neat financial records, MSMEs can understand their financial condition and monitor business development effectively. This community service activity aims to assist MSME Actors in order to manage their finances so as not to mix business finance with personal finance and also to assist MSME Actors in making financial reports in order to obtain accurate profits, namely at the Chikal 02 food stall and also the Ibu Restaurant, Maguwoharjo, Depok, Sleman, Yogyakarta. This activity will be carried out on October 12-November 29, 2024. This activity was carried out in several stages including: 1) Survey 2) Implementation and 3) Results and Evaluation. The result of this service and mentoring is an increase in understanding related to managing finances and calculating the cost from 5% to 70%, so it can be concluded that this assistance has succeeded in providing assistance in dealing with problems faced by MSME actors. This activity has brought significant improvements, improving the ability of MSME actors to prepare financial statements and be able to manage finances well.

Abstract

The halal mart shop is the object of this research which is located at the Ulama Council, Jalan, Gaharu, East Medan, Medan City, North Sumatra 20233. In order to keep up with market developments that are constantly changing and in order to increase success in business in order to achieve goals. Therefore A problem formulation was taken, including: (1) what is the general impression of consumers regarding the quality of halal mart shop products(2) what is the description of the location, prices and services available at halal mart. The method used in this research was a survey with a questionnaire distributed to Halal Mart consumers in Medan.From this analysis it can be concluded: (1) what is the general impression of consumers regarding the quality of halal mart shop products? Some respondents stated that the quality at Halal Mart was comparable to other shops and some stated that the quality was good.(2) What is the description of the location, prices and services at the halal mart? Most respondents considered that the prices set by the halal mart were in line with market prices, although some consumers admitted that they would switch to another shop if the prices at the halal mart were higher, as well as the location. quite strategic, the service is also very good.It was concluded that (1) Halal Mart needs to maintain competitive pricing and pay attention to product quality to attract and retain consumers (2) Halal Mart stores complement the products they sell (3) Halal Mart stores must pay attention to prices in other stores. cheap (4) giving discounts to regular consumers (5) increasing the friendliness of service so that it is more attractive for consumers to shop.This research provides recommendations for Halal Mart to be more sensitive to consumer desires and consider appropriate promotional strategies in order to compete in the market..

Abstract

This research aims to analyze a strategy to improve service quality established by PT Gojek Indonesia to increase customer loyalty. By using a qualitative approach, the results of this research show that strategies for improving technology features can improve user experience and strengthen long-term relationships with customers. Apart from that, it can provide sustainable innovation to maintain existing rivals amidst intense competition in the online transportation services sector, namely Gojek. This research provides direction for companies in developing more effective strategies in improving service quality and building customer loyalty.

Abstract

In this era of globalization, human resource management (HRM) plays a key role in determining success This article is designed as a comprehensive guide for HR leaders, managers, and practitioners. Previous studies have shown that career development has a significant relationship with employee performance. Employees who feel they have opportunities to develop their careers tend to be more motivated and productive.This type of research uses associative quantitative research methods. The data in this study were obtained from questionnaires distributed to all employee respondents and then the data were processed using the SPSS application. The reliability test also shows good results, with a Cronbach's Alpha value of 0,944 for 10 items. This proves that the questionnaire has a high level of reliability, in accordance with the standard. The Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality test shows that the residuals have a normal distribution with a significance value of 0,424 which is greater than 0,05. Based on the analysis that has been carried out regarding the effect of Career Development (X1) on Employee Performance (Y) through distributing questionnaires to employees of PT Antika Anggrek Indonesia, the results show that the career development variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance.

Abstract

Green economy and sustainable industries are experiencing rapid growth. This is driven by increasingly stringent environmental regulations and growing public awareness of sustainability’s importance. In response, companies are focusing on developing eco-friendly products and resource efficiency to meet high regulatory standards and meet consumer expectations regarding environmental impact.This study aims to investigate the impact of green pricing on customer loyalty, considering customer satisfaction as a mediating variable. A quantitative approach was employed, collecting primary data through questionnaires from 150 respondents. Analysis reveals significant positive effects of green pricing on customer satisfaction and satisfaction on loyalty. These findings provide strategic implications for companies to integrate green pricing into marketing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Companies should integrate green pricing practices in marketing strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. This can be done by: (1) offering discounts or rebates for environmentally friendly products, (2) communicating the environmental benefits of these products, (3) developing loyalty programs that support environmental awareness, and (4) communicating and distorting the impact of green pricing on customer satisfaction and loyalty. In this way, companies can improve their brand image, expand market share, and support environmental sustainability.

Abstract

Advances in information technology have brought major changes in various sectors, including business and the economy. Digital technology, such as the internet and platform-based applications, provides opportunities for MSMEs to expand marketing reach, increase operational efficiency and increase customer satisfaction. Digital transformation is a necessity for MSMEs to compete and adapt in the digital economy era, where information technology allows them to reach wider markets and manage business operations more efficiently. Research shows that MSMEs that utilize digital platforms tend to be more resilient in facing economic challenges, including crises. Digital transformation does not only involve technology adoption, but also changes in the culture and mindset of the organization as a whole. The development of "Digital Entrepreneurship" is an important strategy to strengthen the competitiveness of MSMEs through innovation in marketing, financial management, collaboration and product design. However, MSMEs face obstacles such as limited human resources and access to capital for technology investment. Digitalization provides significant opportunities to increase the productivity and competitiveness of MSMEs in the global market, especially in the era of Industrial Revolution 4.0. However, obstacles such as the digital divide and lack of technological knowledge remain challenges. Therefore, government support and collaboration from various parties is needed to accelerate sustainable and inclusive digital transformation, which ultimately contributes to strengthening Indonesia's digital economy.

Abstract

In determining the cost of goods produced, two methods can be used, namely the full costing method. In calculating the full costing method, all cost elements are calculated, both variable and fixed. The purpose of this research is to determine the application of the full costing method in determining the selling price. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, this research explains the problem in depth, with the data sources used are primary data sources through observation, interviews, and documentation. The technique of analyzing this research is analysis before the field whose data results are temporary, and then analysis during and after the field which will get accurate data. Based on the results of research at Warung Cahaya does not apply the full costing method in calculating the cost of goods produced. The company uses calculations with simple methods and does not calculate all cost elements.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of implementing E-Business systems on Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) in Indonesia, highlighting the challenges and opportunities presented by the digital era. The aim of this research is to identify the benefits of E-Business for UMKM, assess the barriers to its adoption, and propose strategies for effective implementation. A qualitative research method was employed, utilizing literature review and thematic analysis to gather relevant data from various sources. The findings indicate that E-Business can significantly enhance market access, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction for UMKM. However, challenges such as limited knowledge and technological resources hinder effective implementation. This study concludes that UMKM should invest in training programs to improve digital skills and collaborate with the private sector to enhance digital infrastructure. It is recommended that UMKM focus on creative content development and engage with younger generations for effective marketing through social media.

Literature research or literature review uses written sources such as scientific journals, reference books, encyclopedias, and other reliable sources, both in written and digital form, that are relevant and pertinent to the research subject. The results and discussion on the importance of financial elements in business feasibility studies help entrepreneurs make better decisions and reduce financial risks.
