Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic brings impacts on various sectors in life. One of the sectors which get the most affected is the economic sector. In the second quarter of 2020, Indonesia's economic growth significantly decreased, reaching -5.32%. The efforts that can be made to revive the economic sector during the pandemic are by making the innovations. The innovations that organized by the Kalisalak Village Government in order to revive the economic sector are Pujasalika and Bank Sampah. The purpose of Community service activity is to give people of Kalisalak Village more education about Bank Sampah and Pujasalika so that the innovations that have been made by the Kalisalak Village Government can be successful. The results of this community dedication activity, people become more aware with the innovations that made by the Kalisalak Village government and are interested in participating in Bank Sampah program. Bank Sampah and Pujasalika are very good innovations in order to fix the economic sector by involving more rural communities in its implementation, especially in Bank Sampah innovation.

Abstract

Pancasila education is not sufficiently implemented through general learning in schools. Another model is needed with socialization activities in which there is material presentation, quizzes and discussions in building students' understanding of nationalism with Pancasila education. This activity aims to increase the sense of nationalism among students. The method in this community service activity is by socializing with scientific discussions and using the Quizizz application. From activities found. This activity received enthusiasm from the students, especially in the discussion and use of applications. There is a new enthusiasm to find out with the desire to achieve a score in discussion activities and speed and accuracy competitions to find answers related to strengthening the spirit of nationalism. For this reason, it is necessary to carry out other activities that can foster nationalism by using advances in information technology which has now become part of the lives of students in general during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) are activities that support the national economy. However, since the Covid-19 hit in Indonesia, businesses in UMKM in Cimahi City have been affected by an average of 40%. The purpose of this research and study-based community service activity is to find out the role of the Cimahi city government and community participation in improving UMKM businesses. The method used in this research and study-based community service activity is Participatory Action Research (PAR). This method is carried out after the author explains the material, followed by community participation in the form of discussion and sharing. The results of the discussion of community service activities in Cimahi City that the role of the Cimahi City government is good in accordance with Gede Diva's theory and PP No. 7 of 2021. This can be seen from several facilities and infrastructure such as the Technopark Building as a place for UMKM training, then facilitation of digital marketing training, HR training, product development training. Furthermore, the role of the community (UMKM actors) has been active in participating in meetings organized by the relevant agencies in planning activity programs and is active in activities and has taken advantage of the results of the activities. From the results of the discussion, it can be concluded that the Cimahi City government has carried out three roles as facilitator, regulator and catalyst and the community has actively participated in planning, implementing and utilizing results in increasing UMKM.

Abstract

The existence of a new variant of the Delta type of COVID-19 virus has caused an explosion of positive cases in Indonesia. The explosion of positive cases was accompanied by the development of information technology, one of which was e-Government. Based on Presidential Instruction number 3 of 2003, the President appealed to each regional head to develop e-Government in their respective work environments. Surabaya is one of the cities that has developed e-Government since 2002. Nationally, the city of Surabaya is recognized as having a good e-Government system. One of the e-Governments developed by the City of Surabaya is e-Health. E-Health is one of the applications built by the Surabaya City Government in the health sector. This paper will discuss the role of the e-Health application in the implementation of the Health Protocol in the city of Surabaya. The writing methodology uses a literature review with a semi-systematic review approach. Data were collected from several scientific studies and observation techniques. The results of this study are e-Health applications can create distance between individuals, avoid crowds in public health center and hospital buildings, and reduce mobility and community interaction to queue. This is due to the arrangement of patient service hours. In addition, people who come to health centers and hospitals are also required to wear masks and wash their hands in the places provided. The conclusion obtained from this paper is that the e-Health application strongly supports the application of health protocols in the city of Surabaya. For that It is hoped that other cities in Indonesia will also develop and implement e-Government, so facilitating public services can be implementing health protocols.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has had an impact on the weakening of the economy of the Sukahayu Village community which is marked by an increase in unemployment. Many people are trying their luck by opening a new business which administratively does not yet have a business license. From a total of around 400 UMKM in Sukahayu Village, only 179 UMKM have registered business licenses because most business actors carry out trading activities on weekdays, have not been able to use internet technology, and have not received information and know the urgency of making business permits. As a form of effort to overcome the problem of orderly administration at the Sukahayu Village Office, the community service team has carried out socialization and direct services for making business registration numbers (NIB) through online single submission (OSS) at the Sukahayu Village Office and door to door to people's homes that have micro business. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide an understanding of the importance of digital NIB and OSS to obtain ease of business legality as well as other documents such as corporate or individual NPWP. Community service activities are carried out with the method of socialization and service to the community which are carried out for approximately one month and have special targets for people who do not have a business identification number (NIB) but already own or run a micro business. This community service activity has coordinated directly with the Sukahayu Village government. The results of this community service activity were the issuance of 32 business registration numbers (NIB), increased knowledge and information from several people about the importance of business registration numbers for micro-enterprises in Sukahayu Village and increased public desire to register their businesses legally which was marked by the entry of proposed documents. only 17 pieces. Suggestions for optimizing the making of NIB in Sukahayu Village is that it takes the commitment and consistency of the Sukahayu Village government to continue socialization activities, door to door services and more serious assistance for micro business actors because there are still more than 200 micro businesses that have not been registered through OSS and there are still many people who do not understand the importance of business registration numbers for business actors due to the assumption that people think that taking care of business permits and legalities takes a long time and is a complicated matter. This condition really needs to be considered and followed up by the Sukahayu Village government in collaboration with the relevant office.

Abstract

The maindset of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) players who think that without the need for various marketing strategies, products will still sell well in the market, this is one of the factors causing the sale of products with simple and plain packaging. In fact, the packaging design of a marketed product is the first thing that is seen and can affect the psychology of a consumer, it is also one of the special requirements in making a Business License through Online Single Submission (OSS), both the Business Identification Number (NIB) and the Certificate of Fulfillment of Commitments Home Industry Processed Food Production (SPP-IRT). This service activity aims to provide reinforcement in the form of increasing literacy related to product packaging designs and business license as well as assistance in making new packaging designs with complete labels and Business License in the form of NIB and SPP-IRT through OSS to Productive MSME actors in Cikujang Village. This service activity method is carried out through FGD with Productive MSME in Cikujang Village, education through socialization and training related to product packaging design and business license as well as simulation and assistance to make product packaging designs with complete labels and business license. The findings in this service activity, namely the existence of various entrenched negative maindsets, limited ability and knowledge related to market developments, product packaging design and business license and technology, limited facilities and infrastructure related to technology in making product packaging designs and registering business license through OSS for Productive MSME actors in Cikujang Village. This community service activity can be concluded to have a positive impact with the output of the activity in the form of new product packaging designs with complete labels for MSME for chips and village snacks and the issuance of business license in the form of 3 (three) NIB and 2 (two) SPP-IRT.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat pendampingan pemutakhiran data kepedudukan pada aplikasi e-Office desa bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman dan skill petugas pengolah data di RT/RW dan e-Office desa (Enumerator) dalam melaksanakan pemutakhiran data kependudukan sebagai upaya mewujudkan tertib administrasi kependudukan. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini yakni sosialisasi, pelatihan dan pendampingan input data. Pengumpulan data menggunakan: wawancara,observasi dan dokumentasi. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan dalam tiga tahap yakni: pra survey, pelaksanaan program berupa: sosialisasi, pelatihan dan pendampingan dan evaluasi. Sosialisasi, dilakukan dengan memberikan materi antara lain: defenisi administrasi kependudukan, jenis-jenis administrasi kependudukan, pentingnya administrasi kependudukan, tertib admnistrasi kependudukan, sistem informasi kependudukan, aplikasi e-office desa dan SAKIP Desa. Pelatihan dan pendampingan input data, diperuntukan bagi petugas di RT/RW dan penginput data pada e-Office Desa (Enumerator). Kegiatan dilaksanakan selama empat hari dengan jumlah peserta sebanyak 20 orang. Hasil kegiatan pendampingan pemutakhiran data kependudukan, diperoleh sebanyak 1.795 KK ( 89%) dan 5.693 jiwa (94,25%) telah dilakukan pendataan oleh petugas RT/RW, sisanya sebanyak 219 KK (11%) dan 347 Jiwa (5,75%) belum terdata karena berbagai kendala lapangan, khususnya di RW 07 dan RW 11. Sementara capaian perekaman data pada e-Office Desa yakni: SDGs 288 KK (14,29%) ,1.306 jiwa (21,62%) dan Desa Cantik mencapai 71,25%.

Abstract

The purpose of this Community Service (PkM) activity is to optimize marketplace management skills for home-based business actors. The purpose of home-based entrepreneurs here is housewives who are members of the PKK group in Imogiri sub-district, Bantul, and have a business that is run from home. In 2021, the UNY PkM Team consisting of lecturers and students has conducted training for the creation of a shopee marketplace and product photography. Furthermore, in 2022 the PkM Team conducted further training with the theme of optimizing marketplace management. In the training, pre-event and post-event assistance was carried out in addition to the two main materials presented. The training was attended by 30 participants who are members of the Imogiri Village PKK. Prior to the event, the PkM Team provided assistance to create product logos for business actors who did not yet have a logo. In this assistance, several business actors succeeded in creating logos for their products. Furthermore, the main material presented the topic of optimizing the management of the marketplace through SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and tips on building an online store brand. After delivering the main material, the PkM Team provided assistance to the participants to create keywords to optimize SEO. Some participants managed to get a lot of new keywords and some only got a few keywords for their online products due to limited training time. In this training, the UNY PkM Team provided a questionnaire to measure participants' understanding and participants' responses to the training event. From the questionnaire, it appears that the knowledge of the participants has increased and the participants have responded positively to the training provided.

Abstract

Masyarakat Desa Cisurat kecamatan Wado yang terkena dampak Pembangunan waduk Jatigede menyisakan permasalahan. Adapun permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah berkurangnya pemukiman dan hilangnya mata pencaharian. Adapun permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah berkurangnya pemukiman dan hilangnya mata pencaharian. Tujuan dari Pengabdian ini adalah untuk Mendeskripsikan perubahan mata pencaharian masyarakat OTD di Desa Cisurat Kecamatan Wado sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan pemberdayaan pasca pembangunan Waduk Jatigede. Pengabdian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode penelitian Action Research dari Davidson yang terdiri dari lima siklus yaitu: Melakukan diagnosis, Membuat rencana tindakan, Melakukan tindakan,Melakukan evaluasi; dan Pembelajaran. Adapun pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi . Hasil pengabdian menunjukan bahwa Mata pencaharian masyarakat OTD di desa cisurat kecamatan wado sebelum dilakukan pemberdayaan mayoritas sebagai petani bahkan buruh tani dan sesudah dilakukan pemberdayaan melalui penelitian tindakan hasilnya mengalami peningkatan dengan terbentuk kelompok usaha bersama (KUBE).Pemberdayaan yang dilakukan kami kepada masyarakat memiliki kendala yaitu adanya keterbatasan modal dan jaringan kemitraan. Untuk keterbatasan modal hendaknya pemerintah melalui dinas sosial pemberdayaan perempuan dan perlindungan anak, meningkatkan pemberian modal kepada KUBE – KUBE yang belum terdata sama DTKS melalui pemberian modal dengan jalinan kerja sama dengan KUR bank-bank yang ada di kabupaten Sumedang.Untuk keterbatasan jaringan kemitraan, hendaknya menjalin kemitraan dengan pihak swasta di bidang pemasaran dari hasil produk olahan makanan dan hasil ternak dengan memanfaatkan media online.

Abstract

Women's empowerment is needed to eliminate various forms of discrimination in the social, economic and political fields that still occur until today. The empowerment activities which were carried out on March 23 and 24 2022 aim to minimize these problems, namely by educating 100 women in Cimuja Village on the topic of women's representation in public and political sphere. The methods used are lectures, questions and answers, simulations, and group activities. This activity, which is part of the 'Sekoper Cinta' Program in West Java Province, went well, as evidenced by the enthusiasm of the participants. It is hoped that similar programs can be carried out in other regions so that gender equality can be achieved nationally.
