Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM play an important role in economic activities because they dominate the economic structure in Indonesia. In increasingly tight competition, a business must have strong competitiveness to create competitive advantages with other businesses, especially businesses in the culinary sector such as bread and cakes in Jambi City. Many factors determine competitive advantage, one of which is product innovation and product quality. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of product innovation and product quality on competitive advantage mediated by consumer satisfaction at onoy bakeries and cakes in Jambi City. This research uses descriptive methods and a quantitative approach. The sampling method uses a purposive sampling technique. The number of samples in this research was 80 respondents. The data used is primary data obtained through a questionnaire using a Google form with a Likert scale. The data analysis method in this research uses the Structural Equation Model (SEM) technique using the SmartPLS program (v.4.0.9.9) for Windows. The results of this research show that product innovation and product quality have a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage mediated by consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the influence of work stress and workload on the performance of nurses at BMC Padang Hospital. This study employs a quantitative method. The population consists of 82 respondents who are nurses at BMC Padang Hospital. The sampling technique used is total sampling, resulting in a sample size of 82 respondents. Data analysis is conducted using multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS for Windows version 23. The research findings indicate that work stress has a partial negative and significant effect on the performance of BMC Padang Hospital, while workload has a simultaneous negative and significant effect on employee performance at BMC Padang Hospital.

Abstract

This study titled Influence of Content Marketing and Endorsement on Customer Satisfaction with Purchasing Decisions as an intervening variable in shopee (Case Study In Management Students of UPI YPTK Padang Angkatan 2020). The purpose of this study was to know and try to analyze the Effect of Content Marketing and Endorsement on Customer Satisfaction with Purchasing Decisions as an intervening variable on shopee (Case Study In Management Students of UPI YPTK Padang Angkatan 2020). The study is a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) model with the SmartPLS 3.0 analysis tool. Data collection methods were through interviews and circulating questionnaires, with a sample of 88 respondents. The results of the study found. There is a positive and significant influence of content marketing on Shopee's Customer Satisfaction. There is a positive and significant influence of content marketing on Shopee's purchasing decisions. There is no positive and insignificant influence of Endorsement on Customer Satisfaction on Shopee. There is a positive and significant influence between Endorsement and Purchase Decisions on Shopee. There is a positive and significant influence between Purchase Decisions on Customer Satisfaction on Shopee. Content Marketing mediates Purchase Decisions to Customer Satisfaction on Shopee. Endorsement mediates Purchase Decisions to Customer Satisfaction on Shopee.

Abstract

Rahmat International Wildlife Museum and Gallery which is the first wildlife museum in Southeast Asia and even in the world, precisely on Jalan S.Parman. Service quality is an effort to fulfill the needs and desires of consumers and the accuracy of their delivery in balancing consumer desires. Price is the amount of money charged for a product, or the amount of value that customers exchange for the benefits of owning or using it. This study analyzes the effect of service quality and price on visitor satisfaction at Rahmat International Wildlife Museum and Gallery. Data from 100 respondents were analyzed using multiple linear regression methods. The results showed that service quality has a positive and significant effect on visitor satisfaction (tcount = 4.366, p < 0.05). Price also has a positive and significant effect on visitor satisfaction (tcount = 4.188, p < 0.05). Together, service quality and price have a positive and significant effect on visitor satisfaction (Fcount = 49.967, p < 0.05). The results of this study provide important insights for museum managers to increase visitor satisfaction with good service quality and competitive prices, attract more visitors, and ensure repeat visits in the future. Service quality and price have an important role in determining visitor satisfaction in this museum.

Abstract

Facilities are everything such as objects, buildings or rooms that are made to serve / facilitate carrying out certain goals or are facilities and infrastructure for carrying out certain activities. The definition of layout in general is a determination of the layout design on certain elements so as to produce an attractive visual. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an influence of facilities and Design layout on the decision of event service users at Muda Art Project Event Organizer. This research is a type of associative research that uses quantitative data with a sample size of 44 people, namely Map Event Organizer clients from 2019-2023. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression with partial data hypothesis testing (t test), simultaneous test (f test) and the coefficient of determination. The test results of this study obtained that the facility variable has a positive and significant influence on the decision of event service users and the Design layout variable has no positive and insignificant effect on the decision of event service users. Simultaneously or simultaneously facilities and Design layout have a significant influence on the decision of event service users at Muda Art Project Event Organizer.

Abstract

Religious events are a combination of dogma and information, rituals and appearances, piety and politics, and become habits of religious value which are framed as public spectacles. One of the religious events is the MTQ event. MTQ (Musabaqah Tilawatil Qur'an) is a competition for reading the Qur'an with mujawwad readings, namely reciting the Al-Qur'an following the legal rules of tajwid, the art of song and sound, and reading with adab recitations. In organizing an event, the important thing that must be considered by the organizers is promotion in order to notify, invite, and remind people about the event being held. The excellence of an event is not only determined by the promotion and also the type of event, but also must be supported by the quality of service. Service quality plays a very important role because it is assessed based on visitor satisfaction. If the service quality is good, the visitors who come will be happy, satisfied, and will revisit the next MTQ event. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an influence of promotion and service quality on visitor satisfaction.This study uses associative quantitative research with a sample of 100 respondents. The analytical method in this study is multiple linear regression with partial hypothesis testing (t test) and simultaneous testing (f test). From the test results of this study it was found that partially the promotion variable had an insignificant effect on visitor satisfaction while the service quality variable had a significant effect on visitor satisfaction. Simultaneously promotion and service quality variables have a significant influence on visitor satisfaction.

Abstract

Srp Ernala Tourism is one of the tourist destinations located in Sukanalu Simbelang village, Karo Regency, North Sumatra. Srp Ernala Tourism Destination not only displays the beauty of the Karo Regency region but displays Karo Regency culture, cleanliness of the place, friendliness of service and provides many facilities to provide tourist comfort when visiting Srp Ernala Tourism. other than facilities, promotion is one of the success factors of a marketing program with promotions that can increase tourist visits. This study aims to determine the effect of facilities and promotions on visiting decisions for MICE Destinations at Srp Ernala Sukanalu Simbelang Tourism. The research was conducted at Srp Ernala Sukanalu Simbelang Tourism which is located in Sukanalu Simbelang Village, Barusjahe District, Karo Regency, North Sumatra in 2023. This research uses quantitative research methods. The population in this study amounted to 100 visitors. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires and observations at tourist sites. Data processing techniques include validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, hypothesis testing (t test, f test, and coefficient of determination analysis test (R2). The results of this study indicate that facilities, promotion positively and significantly influence the decision to visit the MICE Destination Srp Ernala Sukanalu Simbelang Tourism. Promotion has the most dominant influence on visitor decisions.

Abstract

The MICE (Meeting, Incentive Convention, Exhibition) industry is the entry point for introducing tourism and in the end it becomes a special interest tourism destination and tourism actors are starting to develop MICE destinations as superior destinations because they have a multiplier effect on increasing the economy of a region. Making it easier for domestic and international tourists to travel to the island of Bali. PT Perempatan EO Bali is a service business that provides services in the field of MICE events and is the organizer of the Lintasarta Bali 2023 event. Judging from the quality of service, PT Perempatan EO always provides the best service in terms of reliability, responsiveness, physical evidence, guarantees, and empathy. The company also always provides professional and reliable services and guarantees the satisfaction of participants in the Lintasarta Bali 2023 official meeting event. This research uses a quantitative research type. The object of this study were participants in the 2023 Bali cross-art service meeting, where the research instrument was a questionnaire. In this study, a saturated sample was used, which consisted of 109 cross-section event participants. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, hypothesis testing (t test, f test, and analysis of the coefficient of determination test). The results of this study indicate that the quality of service simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on the satisfaction of participants in the 2023 Bali cross-art agency meeting with an f-count value greater than f-table, namely 48.119> 3.93. The variable Reliability partially has a positive and significant effect on the satisfaction of participants in the 2023 Bali cross-art agency meeting with the results of t-count (2,302) greater than t-table (1,983), the responsiveness variable has a positive and significant effect on the satisfaction of participants in the 2023 Bali cross-art service meeting with the results of t-count (3.075) are greater than t-table (1.983), the variable physical evidence has a positive and significant effect on the satisfaction of participants in the 2023 Bali cross-art agency meeting with the results of t-count (3.329) greater than t-table (1.983), the guarantee variable has a positive and significant effect on the satisfaction of participants in the 2023 Bali cross-art agency meeting with the result t-count (5.044) greater than t-table (1.983)

Abstract

The quality of the event (entertainment, performance, staff quality, physical surroundings) plays a very important role because it is assessed based on visitor satisfaction. If the quality of the event is good, the visitors who come will be happy, satisfied, and will revisit the next MTQ event. The purpose of this study was to find out whether there was an effect of event quality on visitor satisfaction at the 56th MTQ in Medan City in 2023. This study used quantitative research with a sample of 100 respondents. The analytical method in this study is multiple linear regression with partial hypothesis testing (t test) and simultaneous testing (f test). From the test results of this study, it was found that partially the variable quality of event performance (X₁), entertainment (X₂), staff quality (X₃), physical surroundings (X₄) simultaneously had a positive influence on visitor satisfaction.

Abstract

Human resources are a very important aspect for the journey of an organization, both private organizations and government organizations, to achieve the goals of the organization. Employee Performance Appraisal is an important part of all employee performance. Work Performance Assessment must be carried out formally based on criteria that are applied rationally and objectively and documented systematically, so that the interests of the employees and the company can be met. The form of this research used is associative research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique in this study was carried out using the Nonprobability Sampling technique and used 70 respondents as the sample. Primary data in this study were obtained through distributing questionnaires and secondary data obtained through literature studies in the form of relevant books, journals and previous research. The data analysis method used is validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, simple linear regression analysis, and instrument test. The results of the study show that performance appraisal has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The tcount value for the work performance variable is 9.353 with a significance of 0.026. Meanwhile ttable at α=0.05 is 1.995. This shows that tcount (9.535) > ttable (1.995) and a probability value of 0.000 <0.05 then Ha is accepted so Ho is rejected. With a good work performance assessment, it will improve employee performance to work at CV Lima Citra Perdana Medan.
