Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of employee motivation and work discipline on employee performance. Data was collected using a survey method with a questionnaire distribution technique. The respondents of this research were the staff or employees of the Collection division at PT. Smart Credit Indonesia as many as 92 respondents. The analytical method used in this study used multiple linear regression analysis with the statistical testing tool SPSS 22 (statistical program for social science) for windows. The results showed that simultaneously motivation and work discipline affect employee performance by 42.3%. Partially, motivation affects employee performance by 25.7%, while work discipline affects employee performance by 40.8% and the rest is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Abstract

Human resource performance is a target achievement in an organization. As a form of evaluation, it is necessary to assess the achievements and planning of human resources. This is done to find out the problems in the HR field faced in an organization. In general, there are nine methods for assessing HR performance. However, not all organizations implement this method, because it is associated with costs and time. The purpose of this research is to analyze and determine the performance assessment methods commonly used by various organizations. Qualitative research method with literature reviews from several journals. The research results show that the HR performance assessment methods carried out by various organizations predominantly use the ABC method.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to determine the impact of the exchange rate on Indonesia's non-oil and gas exports. Literature review is the analytical method used. The information used is secondary data, meaning it is obtained from other research findings. It is concluded that the value of Indonesia's non-oil and gas exports is negatively influenced by the exchange rate. Due to the weakening of the rupiah, a weakening exchange rate will essentially increase the value of non-oil and gas exports.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) play a crucial role in the global economy, but they often face challenges in terms of productivity and competitiveness, especially in today's digital era that requires UMKM to understand rapidly evolving information technology. This article discusses the utilization of Artificial Intelligence (AI) as a potential solution to assist UMKM in overcoming their challenges. AI can enhance operational efficiency, personalize customer experiences, drive product innovation, and improve financial analysis within UMKM. However, the integration of AI also presents challenges, including initial costs, training needs, data security, and legal uncertainties. This article provides an overview of the benefits and challenges of AI in the context of UMKM, as well as highlighting future prospects. Leveraging AI is the key to enhancing the growth and sustainability of UMKM in the complex digital era of the global economy.

Abstract

Business is an activity carried out by individuals or organizations that involves the process of making, buying, selling or exchanging goods or services with the aim of generating profits. Therefore, an idea emerged to build a business. However, you cannot do this business carelessly, you have to think about good ethics so that the business can continue to progress and develop. However, this certainly also involves the environment around us, not just the company itself. So the aim of this research is to find out ethics and social responsibility in international business as a role in improving people's welfare. This research uses a qualitative approach that describes and explains the role of ethics and social responsibility in business, especially to improve people's welfare. The results of this research show that ethics and responsibility in business have the same role which aims to improve the company's image to develop the company. A business will be hampered or unable to develop without the role of consumers. This is because, the main goal of a company, apart from making a profit, is also to attract consumer interest so as to gain the trust of consumers or business partners and help develop small businesses/farmer cooperatives through the implementation of social responsibility, at least it can encourage the economic independence of farmers provided that the implementation runs smoothly. on an ongoing basis and involving the participation of the farming community.

Abstract

The developments in the current era make it easier for us to carry out trade, both national and international trade. But behind that, there is a match to this. The existence of this phenomenon means that there will definitely be consequences caused by progress that occurs, especially in the trade sector. After that, there will also be an impact, especially on the country itself. So the aim of this research is to find out how international trade affects Indonesia's economic prosperity. This research uses a qualitative approach related to international trade and investment on Indonesia's economic prosperity. The results of the research show that the efficiency level of the ASEAN countries taken in the research, Indonesia's efficiency is relatively low. The results of these two studies are related to factors that influence the efficiency of the country's economy, namely international trade and foreign investment. The results of this research show that foreign investment, international trade and financial market development improve a country's economic performance

Abstract

The more advanced a system becomes, especially in business. One form of business is trade. Due to the development of the times, the scope of trade has not only reached within the country but has touched abroad and internationally. But does this correlate smoothly with the domestic economy? So the aim of this research is to determine the influence of international trade and investment on Indonesia's economic growth. This research method uses literature study by taking references that refer to this material and is supported by previous research for further study. The results obtained are that International Trade and Investment have a significant effect on economic growth.

Abstract

This article discusses Competency and Employment by applying descriptive analysis methods to explore all sources related to this topic. The data collection approach in this research is through library research, where data sources such as books, scientific journals, literature and other publications become the basis for investigating Competency and Employment. The aim of this research is to understand the importance of competency and work ability in the context of the world of work. Competencies Refer to the combination of knowledge, skills, and attitudes required to succeed in a job or profession. The availability of appropriate competencies really supports improving employee performance, which in turn is closely related to the organization's strategic goals through the processes that occur.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze BUMDes management in improving community welfare. The data collection methods used were observation methods, interview methods and documentation methods. The research method uses qualitative research, namely research aimed at describing and analyzing phenomena, events. The object used is the people of Pinang Merah Village. The research results show that BUMDes Sumber Jaya is a facility or business unit that can help the community increase their income. The role of BUMDes Sumber Jaya in helping overcome the community's economic problems is sufficient, although not optimal. Several business units run by BUMDes Sumber Jaya are running well, as can be seen from the convenience of the community. Although there is one type of business that is not running, namely tourism management.

Abstract

Investment interest is an individual's desire to invest to achieve long-term financial goals. The general goal of investing is to generate passive income, capital growth, or both. The purpose of this research is to see whether financial behavior influences investment interest among BSI KCP Johan Pahlawan customers. This research uses quantitative methods with a descriptive type. The population in this study were all customers of Bank Syariah Indonesia Johan Pahlawan Sub-Branch Office. The sample used in this research was 100 customers, taken from this population. The data collection technique in this research was to use a questionnaire which was distributed to the entire research sample. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis, with the help of SPSS software. The collected questionnaire data will be analyzed using simple linear regression analysis techniques to test the research hypothesis. SPSS software was used to assist statistical calculations in analyzing the data. The results of this research show that financial behavior has a positive and significant influence on the investment interest of the Johan Pahlawan community, this is proven by the acquisition of a sig of 0.00 < 0.05. In other words, Johan Pahlawan's financial behavior in managing their personal finances has an impact on their interest in investing.
