Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of human resource development (HR) and work discipline on employee performance. This type of research uses quantitative methods. The data collection technique in this research was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 77 civil servant respondents at the Rectorate of Khairun University, Ternate. The data analysis used in this study is Multiple Linear Analysis with the help of the SPSS 21 application. The results of data analysis in this study indicate that human resource development (HR) has a significant effect on employee performance and work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) era has significantly changed the business landscape, forcing organizations to change their approach to recruitment and selection strategies. In this context, this research explores how organizations can adapt their recruitment and selection practices to address the challenges of the VUCA era. This study presents an in-depth literature review of recruitment and selection strategies relevant to the VUCA era. We highlight a shift from an emphasis on technical skills toward assessing adaptability skills, situational leadership, and the ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams. In addition, this research considers the use of technology such as data analysis and artificial intelligence in the recruitment and selection process. We illustrate its usefulness in identifying candidates that have the potential to deal with uncertainty and ambiguity. The results show that organizations need to change their recruitment and selection paradigm to be more responsive to the VUCA era. They should focus on identifying candidates who not only have the necessary technical skills but also have strong adaptability, problem-solving and collaboration abilities. Technology can be a valuable tool in assisting this process. In conclusion, recruitment and selection strategies in the VUCA era must follow market development trends and prioritize attributes that are relevant to the challenges faced by the organization. In this way, organizations can build a workforce that is ready to face uncertainty and achieve long-term success.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of motivation on employee performance; the influence of work discipline on employee performance; and the combined influence of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Unggul Widya Teknologi Lestari. The subjects of this study consist of 125 employees of PMKS Agri Baras at PT. Unggul Widya Teknologi Lestari. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of the Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio on profit growth. This research method uses quantitative methods. The data collection method uses secondary data. The sample technique uses Purposive Sampling. The population in this study were a number of PT financial reports. Jasa Marga Tbk for 15 years, starting from 2007 - 2021, and the sample used was 10 years from 2012 - 2022. Based on the results of this research, it shows that partially the variables Current Ratio (X1) and Debt to Equity Ratio (X2) have no effect on profit growth.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the effect partially and simultaneously between the variables of work discipline and work facilities on employee productivity. This type of research uses quantitative research because it leads to measurement methods and samples to test variables and hypotheses. By using the SPSS version 27 program, researchers conducted several tests including validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, t tests, F tests, multiple linear regression analysis and test the coefficient of determination, the results of this study indicate that the regression equation the value of the effect of work discipline = 0.400 and the value of work facilities = 0.77 so that it has a positive influence on employee work productivity. multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination tests. The population in this study totaled all employees of Employee Work Productivity at PT Sinar Sosro (Bekasi branch), and the number of samples in this study were 40 people. The results of this study show that work discipline has a partial and significant effect on employee productivity. Work facilities have a partial and significant effect on employee productivity. Work Discipline and Work Facilities simultaneously influence employee productivity.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of work competency on employee performance at the Bima Regency Informatics and Communication Service. This research is a type of associative research. The population used in the research was all employees at the Bima Regency Informatics and Communication Service, totaling 65 employees. The sample technique used was purposive sampling, so the sample in this study was 40 employees with ASN status. The instrument used in data collection was a questionnaire which would be given a score based on a Likert scale. This research uses a simple linear regression analysis method which involves one dependent variable and one independent variable. The results of this research show that work competency has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Bima Regency Informatics and Communication Service.

Abstract

As a state of law, Indonesia implements a criminal justice system to prosecute perpetrators of law violators. In the criminal justice process, there is a correctional sub-system that has the role of fostering lawbreakers. This coaching process is carried out by officers from the Correctional Technical Implementation Unit, especially correctional institutions. Each technical implementing unit has a different coaching strategy, although in general the coaching process implemented is based on the Correctional Law. This study aims to explain how effective job skills development strategies are in restoring the lives of reasonable fostered citizens as good and responsible citizens in Bondowoso class II B correctional institution. In this study, researchers used a qualitative approach method with a descriptive case study type with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the coaching strategy applied to class II B correctional institutions is in the form of personality and independence development. However, in its implementation there are still some obstacles. Therefore, there is a need for a review of the implementation of the coaching process carried out in order to have an effective impact on the inmates in the Bondowoso Class II B Correctional Institution

Abstract

In this research, it will be known how Perum employees are motivated Bulog Makassar influences their work productivity level. Entire The number of employees of Perum Bulog Makassar who is the population for this research is: 65 people. By using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS), data analysis techniques were carried out. This type of research uses a cross sectional design and approach analytical observations to ascertain the relationship between drivers of work motivation and work productivity. The data collection techniques used in this research were observation, interviews and questionnaires. Based on the research results, a simple linear analysis was obtainedwith a constant value of x8,451, x means that the dependent variable is motivation (X) has a value of 0, so the influence on work productivity (Y) is equal to 8,451. The regression coefficient for the motivation variable is 0.710. This matter shows how big the influence of motivation is on Perum Bulog's efforts Makassar in encouraging worker productivity.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of Total Asset Turnover (TATO), Gross Profit Margin (GPM) and Debt To Asset Ratio (DAR) on Profit Growth at PT. Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk. This research method uses quantitative methods. The data collection method uses secondary data. The sample technique uses Purposive Sampling. The population in this study is financial report data at PT. Adhi Karya (Persero), Tbk has been listed on the IDX for 17 years, namely from 2004 to 2021, and the sample used is the last 11 years, namely from 2011-2021. Based on the results of this research, it shows that partially the variables Total Asset Turnover (TATO), Gross Profit Margin (GPM) and Debt To Asset Ratio (DAR) have no effect on Profit Growth at PT. Abstract

This research is to find out whether there is an allocation of village funds towards the welfare of the people of Batu Kede village, Masalle District. This research is quantitative research. The sample in this research was the community of Batu Kede Village, Masalle District, totaling 65 families. The hypothesis test in this study used a simple regression test and obtained the results, namely: Based on the results of the hypothesis test using simple regression analysis, it shows that the allocation of village funds has an effect on the welfare of the people of Batu Kede Village, Masalle District.
