Abstract

Human resources are potential or assets that are material capital. Ini organizations and problem that can be realized into real potential physically and non-physically.The scope of this research is the Effect of Ability and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at PT KAI Logistik. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Ability and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at PT KAI Logistik. the method used is multiple linear regression using questionnaire data distributed to 35 respondents at PT KAI Logistik.The results showed that ability has a partial effect on employee performance with t_count (15.261) > (1.69389) t_(table ) while the sig value (0.00) < (0.050) work motivation variable has a partial effect on employee performance with a t_count value (7.901) > (1.6389) t_(table) and when viewed from the sig value (0.00) < (0.05) Work Ability and Motivation affect employee performance simultaneously with an f_count value of (154.831) > (3.29). Work ability and motivation have a partial and simultaneous effect on employee performance at PT KAI Logistik.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the variables work conflict (X1), work environment (X2), and communication (X3) on employee performance (Y) at KPRI Sedar Ngancar. This type of research is quantitative research. The data collection techniques used are primary data and secondary data. The sample selection used the saturated sampling method, the number of samples in the study was 36 respondents at KPRI Sedar Ngancar. The analysis techniques used are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, T Test, F Test and Coefficient of Determination Test. The research results showed that the multiple linear regression equation Y= 1.564 + 0.688X1 + 0.584X2 + 0.343X3 and the results of the t test for the work conflict, work environment and communication variables had a partially significant effect on employee performance with sig < 0.05. The F test results obtained Fcount results with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. From the results of the analysis it can be concluded that work conflict, work environment and communication simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of KPRI Sedar Ngancar employees.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to analyze the influence of Tax Sanctions, Taxpayer Awareness, and Fiscal Services on Individual Taxpayer Compliance Registered at the West Semarang Primary Tax Service Office (KPP). The population of individual taxpayers registered at the West Semarang Tax Service Office (KPP) is 12,736 people. The sample/respondent was taken as many as 100 respondents with the Slovin formula, and was determined using the accidental sampling technique. The results showed that tax sanctions had a positive effect (β 1 = 0.338) and t count = 4.326 &gt; t table = 1.658 with a significance value = 0.000 <; a = 0.05. Thus, the hypothesis 1). (H1) that tax sanctions have a positive effect on the performance of taxpayer compliance received. Taxpayer awareness has a positive effect (β 2 = 0.262) and t count = 4.189 &gt; t table = 1.658 with a significance value = 0.000 <; a = 0.05. Thus, hypothesis 2). (H2) that taxpayer awareness has a positive effect on accepted taxpayer compliance. Fiscal services have a positive effect (β 3 = 0.433) and t count = 7.507 &gt; t table = 1.658 with a significance value = 0.000 <; a = 0.05. Thus, hypothesis 3). (H3) that tax authorities have a positive effect on tax payer compliance.

Abstract

This research aims to test, analyze and explain the influence of price, brand image, personal branding and service quality on decisions to purchase batik products at Batik Riziq Pekalongan partially and simultaneously. This research is a type of quantitative research. This research was conducted using a questionnaire to 100 respondents of Batik Riziq Pekalongan consumers. Sampling used non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The data that has been collected is processed using the SPSS version 25 program. The results obtained in the research show that partially price (X1), brand image (X2), and service quality (X4) each have an influence on purchasing decisions (Y), while partially personal branding (X3) has no effect on purchasing decisions (Y). Meanwhile, the results of simultaneous testing show that price (X1), brand image (X2), personal branding (X3) and service quality (X4) together influence the purchasing decision (Y) of batik products at Batik Riziq Pekalongan.

Abstract

Influence of Service Quality of the Activity Management Unit which consists of variables physical evidence (tangibles), reliability (reliability), responsiveness (responsiveness), assurance (assurance) and attention (empathy) are very important for find out how much influence it has on Unit customer satisfaction Activities Manager at the Institutional Inter-Village Cooperation Agency in Banyakan Kediri District. By knowing this relationship, the parties The Activity Management Unit can estimate how the community will respond regarding the services that have been provided so that plans can be made and improve the services that will be provided in the future. The sampling technique in this research used purposive sample and in accordance with quantitative research. Meanwhile, the samples taken is a customer of the Banyakan District Activity Management Unit. The data obtained through Questionnaire I questionnaires, observations and interviews. From the results analysis that has been carried out, the research results show that quality service has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. That matter It is known from the results of the correlation analysis as follows: r value = 0.962 or 96.2% which means the magnitude of the correlation is close to 100%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of applying SOP (standard operating procedures) and work culture on the work productivity of PT Kayaba Indonesia line shock absorber assembly employees. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive approach. The sample of this research is 98 employees of PT Kayaba. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. Using multiple linear regression analysis, classic assumption test and hypothesis testing, namely the t test and F test. The results of the hypothesis test show that the application of SOP has no effect and work culture has an effect on work productivity. The results of the regression analysis showed that the implementation of SOP partially had no effect on work productivity, namely 0.075, work culture partially had an effect of 0.261. The results of the simultaneous hypothesis of the application of SOP and work culture together have a significant effect on work productivity with a coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.073 or 7.3%.

Abstract

Economic empowerment is one way to improve people's lives. The "Mawar Waste Bank" program is a community initiative established by the residents of Marengan Daya village, utilizing various types of waste through various management methods to generate income for the community. The goal of this empowerment system based on the green economy, from the perspective of Maqashid Sharia, is to understand how the community implements this program with values aligned with Maqashid Sharia. The majority of the community, who are Muslim, must balance seeking worldly benefits and their hereafter, including applying Maqashid Sharia values in their daily lives. The research conducted is qualitative and descriptive in nature, with the subjects being members of the community participating in the Mawar Waste Bank program. The results of this study indicate that the community implementing the waste bank program can generate income from waste management, creating economic value. Additionally, they can participate in various savings programs provided by waste management entities, effectively investing their resources. Regarding Maqashid Sharia, the community diligently applies the values encompassing hifdz ad-din, hifdz nafs, hifdz aql, hifdz nasl, and hifdz maal.

Abstract

 A superior class is a special space for students whose skills in a particular field are rated higher than other participants. Positive image is a type of belief in something or an impression that someone has because of their knowledge and understanding of a fact or reality. The focus of the research in this paper is: (1) how are superior classes used as a strategy for madrasah heads in improving achievement and positive image at Al-amiriyyah Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) Blokagung Banyuwangi? (2) What are the supporting and inhibiting factors for the strategy of increasing achievement and positive image through superior classes at Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) Al-amiriyyah Blokagung Banyuwangi? The method used by researchers here is a qualitative approach with a qualitative descriptive research type. The location of this research is Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) Al-amiriyyah Blokagung, Tegalsari District, Banyuwangi Regency, East Java, from March 1 to 14. The research subjects were the head of the madrasah as the leader who manages everything in the madrasah and the students of Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) al-Amiriyyah, and local residents or parents of the students of Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) al-Amiriyyah. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis is analysis of the interaction of 3 Milles and Hubberman models, namely data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and also SWOT analysis is used to determine supporting and inhibiting factors.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of company image on customer satisfacetion at Bank Nagari Ujung Gading Brance, the infliencer of Tangible, Empathy, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, on custamer satifacetion at Bank Nagari Cabang Ujung Gading ranceh. The reselts of the analysis using SPSS version 24 show that company image has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction at Bank Ujung Gading Branch, and Tangible, Empathy, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction at Bank Ujung Gading Branch.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the marketing mix on consumer buying interest. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach, which describes the problem studied accurately regarding the facts and causes of the observed phenomena. Data collection techniques used are literature studies, documentation methods, internet searching related to the marketing mix and purchase intention. The results of this study obtained that there was an influence of product, price, place, and promotion on consumer buying interest.
