Abstract

Entrepreneurship is anything that aims to build a mindset, skills and creativity in entrepreneurship by absorbing aspects that will result in ideas and innovations. Problems that arise along with entrepreneurship in intense entrepreneurship. With this research, researchers conducted research on the intensity of entrepreneurship among students class of 2021, Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University. This research aims to determine the influence of family environment on entrepreneurial intensity, intrinsic motivation on entrepreneurial intensity, entrepreneurial knowledge on entrepreneurial intensity, as well as family environment, intrinsic motivation, entrepreneurial knowledge together with student entrepreneurial intensity. This research uses quantitative methods. Data obtained through survey data collection methods via Google Form. The population used in this research was 367 students and a sample of 112 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is linear. Regression techniques consisting of validity, reliability, normality, linearity, autocorrelation, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, t test, F test and coefficient of determination tests were carried out using SmartPLS 4 software.

Abstract

This research aims to study the influence of empowerment, organizational culture, and work design on employee performance in educational institutions in Indonesia. This research uses a quantitative approach with a questionnaire distribution method. The sample for this research was 100 employees based on pre-research results. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistics and path analysis in inferential statistics. Human resources play an important role in carrying out activities in a company. In order for the company's goals to be achieved, employees are needed who work efficiently and effectively so as to provide good work results. Employees are the main asset of the company and have a strategic role within the company, namely as thinkers, planners and controllers of company activities. In order to achieve company goals, employees need motivation to work more diligently. The research results can be concluded that: HR empowerment has a direct effect on employee performance, organizational culture has a direct effect on employee performance, job design has a direct effect on employee performance, empowerment has a direct effect on job design, and organizational culture has a direct effect on job design. Therefore, to improve employee performance, welfare, organizational culture and job design must be improved.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of compensation, motivation and workload on employee performance. Employee performance is an important factor in achieving organizational goals. Research was conducted using survey methods and primary data collection through questionnaires distributed to employees at various levels in the organization. The data analysis technique used in this research uses SEM PLS which is calculated using Smart PLS 4.0 software. Data will be collected through a questionnaire with 18 questions and the sample in this study is 80 people, and will be measured using a Likert scale, with a score of one to five. The data analysis methods used in this research include measurement model analysis, structural model analysis, and direct influence hypothesis testing. The results of this research show that compensation has a significant and positive influence on employee performance, motivation also has a significant and positive influence on employee performance, and workload also has a significant and positive influence on employee performance. This research has important implications for human resource management in designing appropriate compensation policies, creating a motivating work environment, and managing employee workload wisely. By paying attention to these factors, companies or organizations can improve employee performance and achieve sustainable competitive advantage.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate how discipline, work environment, and motivation influence employee performance in North Bekasi. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data collection was obtained by distributing questionnaires in the form of Google Form. The data used in this research is primary data obtained from first sources or people. The population of this study consisted of 115 respondents who had worked in private companies or government agencies in North Bekasi with an age range of 20 - 50 years. The sample used in this research was 89 people using the Slovin formula. Data collected through questionnaires is measured using a Likert scale with a score of 1 to 5. The data analysis technique in this research uses a Structural Equation Model (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results of the research show that work discipline has a significant and positive influence on employee performance, the work environment has a significant and positive influence on employee performance, and motivation has a significant and positive influence on employee performance. The findings of this study have crucial implications for human resource management in terms to increase employee performance.

Abstract

In general, every job has a goal, the goal will be achieved after the activity is completed. Likewise, this research also has goals to be achieved. This study aims to determine the implementation of halal certification in culinary MSMEs in Burneh Bangkalan district and identify factors that support and hinder the implementation of halal certification in culinary MSMEs in Burneh Bangkalan district. In addition, this research is also expected to bring benefits in the form of knowledge and insight to the wider community in achieving halal certification according to Islamic teachings. This research was conducted based on descriptive qualitative research methods. The data collection techniques used include interviews with information providers (MSME actors) as a source of information.

Abstract

Facing very rapid business developments, many companies are implementing better strategies to meet consumer needs and also provide the best service. So this research wants to find out whether there is an influence of price, lifestyle and product quality on purchasing decisions for Janji Jiwa coffee in Bekasi. This research method uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires. The data was processed using SPSS by conducting Validity, Reliability, Determination Coefficient, Partial T Test and Simultaneous F Test. The results of this research show that the Lifestyle variable has a partial influence on the decision to purchase Janji Jiwa coffee in Bekasi, while the price and product quality variables have no partial and significant influence on the decision to purchase Janji Jiwa coffee in Bekasi. And the variables Price, Lifestyle and Product Quality together simultaneously influence the Purchase Decision for Janji Jiwa Coffee in Bekasi.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Price, Word Of Mouth, Halal Labeling on Purchasing Decisions of Sabana Fried Chicken in Bekasi. The quantitative analysis assessment method is through primary data generated from distributing questionnaires online. The population in this study is the Bekasi community with a sample of 100 respondents. The data analysis techniques used in this study are Validity test, Reliability Test, Normality, Multiple Linear Regression Test, T Test (Hypothesis), F Test (Model Feasibility), Determination Coefficient Test. The results of the study partially the influence of Price has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. partially the influence of Word Of Mouth has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. partially the influence of Halal Labeling has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, it is known that Price, Word Of Mouth, Halal Labeling have a significant influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the process of the human resources information system in implementing employee recruitment which is implemented at the Bebek Songkem Pak Salim food stall so that it can reduce the occurrence of irregularities and improve employee performance. The type of research used is descriptive-qualitative research. The focus of this research is the human resources information system in employee recruitment. In this research, procedures for collecting, interviewing, storing, maintaining, processing and grouping data required by an organization. The results of this research show that to keep up with the development of information systems that are useful for the progress of food stalls, quality human resources are needed taking into account knowledge, skills and abilities. Advances in information technology cannot run well without being supported by reliable quality human resources. Bebek Songkem Pak Salim's food stall operates in the culinary sector. If another food stall asks for new workers from Bebek Songkem Pak Salim's food stall, a procedure will be created to determine the workforce that meets the standards of the requested food stall. Applicants or prospective employees take part in the selection carried out by Pak Salim's Bebek Songkem food stall in accordance with the flowchart applied by the food stall, especially external food stalls. Human resource capabilities with information technology can create food stalls that can compete with other food stalls, so that in practice food stalls will look for quality workers.

Abstract

Civil servants as apparatus resources are required to have high and professional knowledge, abilities and expertise because of their position as one of the elements of the state apparatus, servants of the state and servants of the community who play a very strategic role and development tasks. Organizational effectiveness is greatly influenced by individual effectiveness, so that low employee performance also affects the low performance of the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of North Sumatra Province as a whole. The problem raised in this study is how the role of Public Relations in processing information to the public at the regional office of the Ministry of Religion of North Sumatra Province. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis using a qualitative approach, the Public Relations Division in the North Sumatra Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion plays an important role in providing information to the public. Therefore, researchers suggest the need to improve facilities in order to support the work in the Public Relations section in the regional office of the Ministry of Religion prov. North Sumatra and build good communication, and it is also important to add personnel who are experts in this field, so that the information provided to the public can be maximized and more varied.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the impact of E-commerce on the influence of MSME sales. The method used is Library Research (Library) in this writing, this method uses books, and journals, both written and online. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that E-commerce has a positive impact on MSMEs, including access to larger markets, reduced operational costs, marketing capabilities, in-depth data analysis, and brand development. E-commerce helps MSMEs to develop, increase efficiency, and build customer trust. In facing competition, MSMES needs to focus on effective marketing strategies and maintaining product and service quality. E- commerce is a powerful tool for the growth of MSMEs in the digital era.
