Abstract

This research uses independent variables, namely loyalty and job transfers, as well as the dependent variable, namely employee performance. The sample in this research were employees of the Kediri Regency animal world pet shop. Data was obtained through questionnaires, observations and interviews. The sampling technique was carried out using a simple random sampling technique using the Slovin formula. The analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis t test and F test, and coefficient of determination (R2) test using the SPSS version 25 program. The results of this research show that the loyalty variable has a partial effect on employee performance. It is known from the results of the loyalty t test that the value of sig. = 0.000 > 0.05 and the job transfer variable has a partial effect on employee performance, this is known from the results of the t test, the sig value. = 0.002 > 0.05. Meanwhile, the results of research on loyalty and job transfers simultaneously influence employee performance, this is known from the F test, sig value. = 0.000 < 0.005

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out whether there is a significant influence between workload and emotional intelligence on employee performance at the Bima Regency Agriculture and Plantation Service. This type of research includes associative research, which is a method used to determine the relationship between two or more variables. The population in this study were 19 ASNs in the Secretariat Sector, 11 ASNs in the Extension Sector, 10 ASNs in the PPHP sector, 10 ASNs in the Food Crops Sector, 8 ASNs in the Horticulture Sector, 8 ASNs in the RPLPT Sector, 3 ASNs in the BPSB Sector, 25 ASNs in the in the Plantation sector and 6 ASN in Functional Positions, with a total of 100 ASN. So with this the researcher determined a sample of 80 respondents. data collection techniques using questionnaires, referring to the Likert scale, data analysis techniques using Validity and Reliability Tests, Classical Assumption Tests, Multiple Linear Regression, the results of the research are that there is a partially significant influence between Workload on Employee Performance at the District Agriculture and Plantation Service Bima, there is no partial significant influence between Emotional Intelligence on Employee Performance at the Bima Regency Agriculture and Plantation Service, and there is a simultaneous significant influence between Workload and Emotional Intelligence on Employee Performance at the Bima Regency Agriculture and Plantation Service.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of price earning ratio on stock returns at PT. Siantar Top Tbk. The population in this study were 12 financial reports at PT. Siantar Top TBK for the period 2012 - 2022. The research sample was taken using a non-probability sampling technique to obtain a sample of 12 years of financial reports. The results of this research indicate that the Price Earning Ratio has no significant effect on stock returns at PT. Siantar Top, TBK.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of personality and work abilities on employee performance at the Raba Bima District Prosecutor's Office. The population in this study was 60 employees. The sample used in this research was 45 employees. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. Purposive sampling is a technique for determining samples with certain considerations (Sugiyono, 2016). The criteria for respondents in this research are ASN (state civil servants) employees at the Raba Bima District Prosecutor's Office.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how electronic word of mouth, customer experience, and brand trust influence partially or simultaneously at UD. Mahameru Motor Kediri data used in research consists of several questionnaires, documentation, interviews, surveys, and several literature studies that are still related to research. Data analysis uses the SPSS program with analysis techniques of validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, coefficient of determination. From the research results, it is known that electronic word of mouth has an effect on brand trust with a sig t value of 0.021 < 0.05. Customer experience influences brand trust with a sig t value of 0.000 < 0.05. Electronic word of mouth and customer experience influence brand trust with a sig F value of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) The Effect of Halal Labeling on Consumer Purchase Decisions on Ms Glow Products in Kolaka Regency and (2) The Effect of Brand Image on Consumer Purchase Decisions on Ms Glow Products in Kolaka Regency. This research is a quantitative research using an explanatory research model using a questionnaire as an instrument. The population in this study were respondents who had bought or used Ms glow products and respondents who used Ms glow products with a total sample of 120 respondents using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques are primary data and secondary data. Testing the research instrument used the validity test and reliability test with SPSS 25. The research data analysis technique used the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) method with SmartPLS 3.0. Based on the research results, it is known that Halal Labeling has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions. This is evidenced by the t-count or t-statistic, which is 2.234, which is higher than the t-table value, which is> 1.657. With p-values ​​of 0.027. Meanwhile, brand image also has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions because the t-count or t-statistic value is 8.123 which is higher than the t-table value, which is > 1.657. With P-values ​​of 0.000. Then Halal Labeling and Brand Image have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decision of 80.0%.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of liquidity ratios, profitability ratios and activity ratios on the financial performance of PT. Adaro Energy Tbk. This research is a type of associative research. The population used in the research was the financial report of PT Adaro Energy Tbk. For 16 years since it was listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI), namely 2005-2021. The sample technique used was purposive sampling, so the sample in this study was 10 years of financial reports. The research results based on the F test show that there is no significant influence simultaneously between Current Ratio, Net Profit Margin, Total Asset Turn Over on financial performance at PT. Adaro Energy Tbk.

Abstract

This research wants to know more about "EFFECT OF REWARD AND PUNISHMENT ON EMPLOYEE'S WORK MOTIVATION" in accordance with the main problem, namely the effect of reward and punishment on PT BMW Astra Surabaya's employee motivation. The background for this research is that there are many employees who feel they are not being cared for in their maximum performance and there are still some employees who do not comply with the regulations that have been made. The purpose of this study was to find out: Is the effect of giving rewards and punishments on employee motivation to increase and discipline the performance of existing employees. The method used in this study is a quantitative method that aims to measure the work performance of existing employees in the provision of rewards and punishments whether it will further build employee performance motivation. Meanwhile, to support this research, it was obtained through library research and questionnaires by distributing questionnaires to several sections of employees. The population in this study were employees of BMW Astra Surabaya. The conclusion from this study is that giving rewards greatly influences the work motivation of BMW employees, because employees will receive rewards when they achieve their goals. Giving punishment also affects the work motivation of BMW Astra HR employees. Muhammad, because employees know how to work with more discipline. The existence of reward and punishment allows employees to have benchmarks in everything they do and maintain integrity with every current employee.

Abstract

Background - In 2017 employee performance did not reach the target due to lack of work experience, motivation and a work environment that was less supportive of employee performance, however in the following year the realization of employee performance began to increase due to the influence of work experience, the form of motivation provided by the company to employees and the work environment. focused and more conducive. So that from 2018 to 2021 there will be an increase in employee performance due to the influence of work experience, motivation and a good work environment. Objective - This study aims to test the Effect of Work Experience, Motivation, and Work Environment on Employee Performance of PT Asuka Engineering Indonesia. Design/Methodology/Approach - This research is quantitative research. The number of samples used in this research was 50 respondents. The analysis technique for testing hypotheses uses the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). Findings - In this research there is a positive and significant influence between Work Experience (X1) and Employee Performance (Y). There is a positive and significant influence between Work Motivation (X2) and Employee Performance (Y). There is a positive and significant influence between the Work Environment (X3) and Employee Performance (Y). Research implications - Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that the work experience variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The positive meaning is that the more work experience an employee has, the better the employee's performance. From the results of the t test which shows that the sig value of 0.009 <0.05 is said to be significant, which means that work experience can be a factor and can improve the performance of PT employees. Asuka Engineering Indonesia. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that the work motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The positive meaning is that the better the work motivation given to employees, the better the employee's performance. From the results of the t test which shows that the sig value of 0.001 < 0.05 is said to be significant, which means that work motivation can be a factor and can improve the performance of PT employees. The positive meaning shows that the better the work environment, the better the employee's performance.
