Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of mindfulness on resilience in State Junior High School students.This type of research is ex post facto, while the design of this research is descriptive correlation with quantitative methods. The total population is 1095 students and the sample is 293 students in State Junior High Schools in East Semarang District. The sampling technique used proportional random sampling while the data collection tool used a mindfulness scale and a resilience scale. The data analysis technique used in hypothesis testing is multiple regression analysis.The results of this study indicate that mindfulness has a positive and significant effect on resilience in junior high school students in East Semarang district with a value of (β = 0.678, p <0.05). That is, mindfulness affects resilience by 67.8%. The higher the mindfulness, the higher the resilience of students. Therefore, a guidance and counseling service program is needed to improve students' mindfulness and academic resilience. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh mindfulness terhadap resiliensi pada siswa SMP. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu expost facto, sedangkan desain penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif korelasional dengan metode kuantitatif. Jumlah populasi sebanyak 1095 siswa dan sampel sebanyak 293 siswa di SMP Negeri Se-Kecamatan Semarang Timur. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportional random sampling sedangkan alat pengambilan data menggunakan skala mindfulness dan skala resiliensi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam pengujian hipotesis yaitu analisis regresi berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa mindfulness memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap resiliensi pada siswa SMP Negeri Se-kecamatan Semarang Timur dengan nilai sebesar (β=0,678, p<0,05). Artinya, mindfulness mempengaruhi resiliensi sebesar 67,8%. Semakin tinggi mindfulness maka semakin tinggi resiliensi siswa. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan program layanan bimbingan dan konseling untuk meningkatkan mindfulness siswa dan resiliensi akademik. Kata kunci: mindfulness., resiliensi., remaja SMP.

Abstract

Subjective well-being in using social media affects mental health in students. The research objective is to describe the subjective well-being of students using social media. The method used is descriptive quantitative with a sample of 303 students using social media. The instrument used is the subjective well-being scale with a validity coefficient of 0.356 to 0.739 and a reliability of 0.759. The results obtained through descriptive statistical analysis, the subjective well-being level of students using social media are in the moderate category (M = 41.01, SD = 3.66). Based on these results, it is expected to be a reference for BK teachers in providing interventions, services and support to students who use social media to improve their subjective well-being.

Abstract

This study aims to develop and test the acceptability of classical guidance service tools to increase honesty in junior high school students. The model that is used as a reference in this classical guidance service development research is the 4D model proposed by Thiagarajan which consists of 4 stages, namely define, design, develop, and distribute. This classical guidance service tool innovation was created to assist counseling guidance teachers in increasing students' honesty in providing counseling guidance services in schools. The results of this study indicate that the classical guidance service tool is said to be valid by involving 5 experts. The effectiveness test of the classical guidance service was carried out with a total of 31 students using the pretest-posttest control group design. Calculation of the T-test obtained a high significance value. Thus, the classical guidance service tool is effective in increasing students' honesty.

Abstract

This study was aimed to determine the prototype, acceptability, and effectiveness of classical guidance service tools to improve interpersonal communication skills of vocational students. This device is a guideline for guidance and counseling teachers in providing counseling services in schools. By using the 4-D development research procedure proposed by Thiagarajan, then an acceptability assessment of the device was carried out by 5 experts in the field of guidance and counseling. The 47-point assessment instrument for each device, namely: (RPL, Materials, Media, LKPD and evaluation tools) refers to the acceptability of the device. The validity analysis uses the Content Validity Ratio (CVR) calculation formulation from Lawse, which shows the content validity (CVI) of 0.7-1 and is categorized as very good or special. This shows that the classical guidance service tool developed has met the eligibility criteria. The effectiveness test involved 50 students in the experimental class and 25 in the control class. This study uses a control group pre-test, post-test design method. The effectiveness test using the t test states that the development of classical guidance service tools is effective for improving interpersonal communication skills. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui prototype, keberterimaan, dan efektivitas perangkat layanan bimbingan klasikal untuk meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi antarpribadi siswa SMK. Perangkat ini adalah pedoman bagi guru bimbingan dan konseling dalam memberikan layanan konseling disekolah. Dengan menggunakan prosedur penelitian pengembangan 4-D yang dikemukan oleh Thiagarajan, kemudian dilakukan penilian keberterimaan perangkat dinilai oleh 5 pakar dalam bidang bimbingan dan konseling. Instrumen penilian 47 butir dari masing-masing perangkat, yakni: (RPL,Materi, Media, LKPD dan Alat evaluasi) mengacu pada keberterimaan perankat. Analisis validitas menggunakan formulasi perhitungan Content Validity Ratio(CVR) dari Lawse, yang menunjukan validitas isi (CVI) sebesar 0,7-1 dan dikategorikan sangat baik atau istimewa. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa perangkat layanan bimbingan klasikal yang dikembangkan telah memeuhi kriteria kelayakan. Uji efektivitas melibatkan 50 siswa 25 orang kelas eksperimen dan 25 orang kelas control. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode control group pre-test, post-test design. Uji efektivitas menggunakan uji t menyatakan bahwa pengembangan perangkat layanan bimbingan klasikal efektif untuk meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi antarpribadi.

Abstract

This study aims to develop, test the content validity, practicality of the guidebook and determine the effectiveness of the e-counseling-based guidance book with behavioral counseling theory and positive reinforcement techniques to reduce academic procrastination in students of SMP Negeri 6 Singaraja. The development procedure uses the 4D model proposed by Thiagarajan. The data in this study were collected using an academic procrastination scale which includes aspects including: 1) fear of mistakes, 2) fear of success, 3) fear of defeat, 4) fear of separation and intimacy, fear of separation and fear of intimacy). . The sample in this study were 7 students who had high academic procrastination behavior. The data analysis technique used is data analysis of the product content of the guidebook, the practicality test of the guidebook and the test of the effectiveness of the guidebook. The results showed that: 1) The assessment of the guidebook involving 3 Undiksha FIP lecturers and 2 BK teachers at SMP 6 Singaraja got the results of CVR = 22 and CVI = 0.98, 2) Practicality Test Guide involving 10 BK teachers from SMP Negeri 1, SMP Negeri 2 and SMP 6 Singaraja, the results obtained were 90.62% in the Very Practical category. 3) The effectiveness test that has been carried out using 7 students, the significance price of the pre-test score and the post-test score of 0.42 and 0.09, the significance price is 0.05. Suggestions for future researchers, there is a need for further development research on e-counseling-based guidance guidebooks for old aspects that can be changed to the latest aspects so that they are in accordance with the circumstances and development of junior high school students. Recommendations to other researchers using self-management techniques.

Abstract

This research is a research and development. This guidebook was created to be used as a reference for Counseling Guidance teachers in carrying out counseling services in schools to improve student self-achievement. The development procedure in this study uses the 4-D modification learning tool proposed by Thiagarajan, namely define, design, development, and disseminate. This study involved the subjects of 5 experts in counseling guidance including 3 lecturers of Counseling Guidance FIP Undiksha and 2 teachers of Counseling Guidance at SMP Negeri 2 Kediri to test the validity of the contents of the product and 10 Counseling Guidance teachers to test the acceptance of the product. To test the effectiveness of the guidebook, researchers involved 7 students as subjects. Of the 22 instrument items used in the assessment by experts, all items of the guidebook have good validity. Based on this assessment, it was found that the content validity index (CVI) of the category guidebook was very appropriate. In the acceptance test of products using PAIT analysis, a mean of 3.79 was obtained which was categorized as B (Good) so that the guidebook was feasible to use. Hypothesis testing shows that the Implementation of the Reality Counseling Theory Guidebook with Want, Doing and Direction, Evaluation, and Planning Techniques is Effective to Improve Student Self Achievement with a count of 2.691 with a significance level of 0.05 and an ES value = 1.016 which means the effect of the guidebook to improve the self-achievement of high-category students. Abstrak: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan. Buku panduan ini dibuat untuk dapat dijadikan acuan bagi guru BK dalam melaksanakan layanan konseling di sekolah untuk meningkatkan self achievement siswa. Prosedur pengembangan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan perangkat pembelajaran modifikasi 4 – D yang dikemukakan oleh Thiagarajan yaitu : (1) Tahap Pendefinisian,(2) Tahap Perancangan, (3) Tahap Pengembangan, (4) Tahap Penyebaran. Penelitian ini melibatkan subjek 5 orang ahli dalam bimbingan konseling diantaranya adalah 3 orang dosen Bimbingan Konseling FIP Undiksha dan 2 orang guru Bimbingan Konseling SMP Negeri 2 Kediri untuk menguji validitas isi produk dan 10 orang guru Bimbingan Konseling untuk menguji keberterimaan produk. Untuk menguji keefektifitasan buku panduan, peneliti melibatkan 7 orang siswa sebagai subjek. Dari 22 butir instrument yang digunakan dalam penilaian oleh pakar/ahli, semua butir buku panduan memiliki validitas yang baik. Berdasarkan penilaian tersebut didapatkan indeks validitas isi buku panduan berkategori sangat sesuai. Pada uji keberterimaan produk yang menggunakan analisis PAIT didapatkan mean sebesar 3,79 yang berkategori B (Baik) sehingga buku panduan layak digunakan. Pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa Implementasi Buku Panduan Teori Konseling Realita Dengan Teknik Want, Doing and Direction, Evaluation, dan Planning Efektif Untuk Meningkatkan Self Achievement Siswa dengan thitung 2,691 dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05 dan nilai ES= 1,016 yang berarti efek dari buku panduan untuk meningkatkan self achievement siswa berkategori tinggi.

Abstract

This study is a development research. The product developed is a Reality Individual Counseling Guide Using the WDEP Technique to Improve Student Discipline. The development procedure in this study uses the 4D development model proposed by Thiagarajan as follows: (1) Defining Stages (Define), (2) Design Stages, (3) Development Stages (Develop), (4) Deployment Stages (Development Stages). disseminate). The subjects involved in this study were 5 experts in counseling guidance, including 3 Counseling Guidance lecturers at FIP ​​Undiksha and 2 Counseling Guidance Teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Sukasada. Based on expert calculations, the CVR (content validity ratio) got a result of 21.2. Furthermore, calculating the value of CVI (Content Validity Index) based on the calculation of expert judgment, obtained a CVI of 0.96, this value is included in the Very Appropriate category. Furthermore, in order to test the effectiveness of the individual counseling guidebook, the reviewer involved 5 students as the subject of the study. Hypothesis testing shows that the Development of Reality Individual Counseling Guidebooks with WDEP Techniques is Effective to improve Learning Discipline with a t-count of 8.525 with a significance level of 0.05 and a score of ES = 3.81 which belongs to the Very Large ES category. Abstrak: Kajian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan. Produk yang dikembangkan ialah Buku Panduan Konseling Individu Realita Dengan Teknik WDEP Untuk Meningkatkan Disiplin Belajar Siswa. Prosedur pengembangan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan 4D yang dikemukakan oleh Thiagarajan yaitu sebagai berikut : (1) Tahapan Pendefinisian (Define), (2) Tahapan Perancangan (Design), (3) Tahapan Pengembangan (Develop), (4) Tahapan Penyebaran (Disseminate). Subjek yang terlibat pada kajian ini yakni 5 orang ahli dalam bimbingan konseling, diantaranya 3 orang dosen Bimbingan Konseling FIP Undiksha serta 2 orang Guru Bimbingan Konseling SMP Negeri 1 Sukasada. Selanjutnya menghitung nilai CVI (Content Validity Index) berdasarkan perhitungan penilaian pakar didapatkan CVI sebesar 0,96 , nilai ini termasuk kedalam kategori Sangat Sesuai. Selanjutnya dilakukan Guna menguji efektivitas buku panduan konseling individu, pengkaji melibatkan 5 siswa sebagai subjek kajian. Pengujian hipotesis menunjukan bahwasanya Pengembangan Buku Panduan Konseling Individu Realita Dengan Teknik WDEP Efektif guna meningkatkan Disiplin Belajar dengan t-hitung 8,525 dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05 serta skor ES = 3,81 yang tergolong dalam kategori ES Sangat Besar

Abstract

This research aimed at developing and testing test the acceptability and effectiveness of the implementation of a guidebook based on behavioral counseling theory with positive reinforcement techniques to increase self- order of high school students'. This study is research and development, which used the development model of 4D. This study involved 5 counseling guidance experts/practitioners, which consists of 3 Counseling Guidance lecturers at the Undiksha Faculty of Education and 2 High School Counseling Guidance Teachers. These experts aimed at testing the contents of this guidebook validity. The method used in analyzing the data is the Content Validity Ratio (CVR) from Lawshe. Meanwhile, to test the acceptability of this manual, the researcher involved 10 high school BK teachers as assessors. To test the effectiveness of involving 15 students in intact groups as test subjects for the effectiveness of the developed guidebook. Based on the 22 items of instruments used to assess content validity (CVI), it revealed a good validity for each item. The acceptance test of the manual shows a scale value of 3.79 and has a B (Good) score. Hypothesis testing shows that the guidebook is based on behavioral counseling theory of positive reinforcement techniques to increase students' self-order with t count 15,839 with a significance level of 0.05 and an ES value = 3.801 which is included in the High ES category. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menguji uji akseptabilitas dan efektivitas penerapan buku panduan berbasis teori konseling perilaku dengan teknik penguatan positif untuk meningkatkan keteraturan diri siswa SMA. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan yang menggunakan model pengembangan 4D. Penelitian ini melibatkan 5 orang ahli/praktisi BK, yang terdiri dari 3 orang dosen BK FK Undiksha dan 2 orang Guru BK SMA. Para ahli ini bertujuan untuk menguji validitas isi buku pedoman ini. Metode yang digunakan dalam menganalisis data adalah Content Validity Ratio (CVR) dari Lawshe. Sedangkan untuk menguji akseptabilitas manual ini, peneliti melibatkan 10 orang guru BK SMA sebagai asesor. Untuk menguji keefektifan dengan melibatkan 15 siswa dalam kelompok utuh sebagai subjek uji keefektifan buku panduan yang dikembangkan. Berdasarkan 22 item instrumen yang digunakan untuk menilai validitas isi (CVI), didapatkan validitas yang baik untuk setiap item. Tes penerimaan manual menunjukkan nilai skala 3,79 dan memiliki skor B (Baik). Pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa buku pedoman berbasis teori konseling perilaku teknik penguatan positif untuk meningkatkan keteraturan diri siswa dengan t hitung 15.839 dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05 dan nilai ES = 3,801 yang termasuk dalam kategori ES Tinggi.

Abstract

This current study aimed at creating guide book focused on guidance and based on 4D developmental model, which consists of (1) Defining Phase, (2) Design Phase, (3) Development Phase, (4) Deployment Phase. By creating this guidance, this product is able to facilitate and guide the Counseling teacher to conduct some carrier guidance services in school. In this research and development research, 3 Counseling Guidance Lecturers of FIP Undiksha and 2 Counseling Guidance Teachers at SMA Dwijendra Denpasar were involved. Before the book is distributed, the book required effectiveness test by involving 10 students as subjects. Based on the use of 22 instrument items that were tested on the validity test, the result revealed the entire instruments had good validity. Based on this assessment, it was found that the content validity index (CVI) of the guidebook was categorized as very suitable. The conduct of content validity index assessment is crucial to do because it determines the suitability for the use. Thus, the hypothesis testing revealed the Counseling Book with a tcount of 3.977 with a significance level of 0.05 and an ES value of 1.257 which is categorized in the high ES category. Abstrak: Melalui penelitian pengembangan ini, dibuatlajh sebuah buku panduan yang dikhusukan untuk para guru konseling agar dapat memfasiliasi guru dalam peningkatan layanan bimbingan kariri di sekolah. Dalam proses pengembangannya, model 4D digunakan, dimana model ini terdiri dari 4 tahap yaitu (1) Tahap Pendefinisian,(2) Tahap Perancangan, (3) Tahap Pengembangan, (4) Tahap Penyebaran. Subjek yang berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 5 orang ahli yang berkecimpung didunia layanan konseling yang terdiri dari 3 orang dosen bimbingan konseling dan 2 orang guru konseling. Sedangkan, pengujian efektifitas produk dilakukan dengan melibatkan 10 orang siswa sebagai subjek. Sebanyak 22 butir instrument yang diuji, buku panduan memiliki validitas yang baik. Berdasarkan penilaian tersebut didapatkan indeks validitas isi (CVI) buku panduan berkategori sangat sesuai. Dilakukannya penilaian indeks validitas isi terhadap buku panduan konseling adalah sangat krusial perannya demi mengetahui kelayakkan buku atau produk yang diciptakan. Pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa Implementasi Buku Panduan Konseling dengan thitung 3,977 dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05 dan nilai ES= 1,257 yang termasuk kategori ES tinggi.

Abstract

The examination of this research and development study aimed at This research is a research and development research and development. This manual was created to facilitate the counseling teacher in the hold of counseling services. The process of production based on the development model of 4D; those are define, design, development, and dissemination. BK teachers in implementing counseling services in schools. To validate the product, 3 lectures experts from FIP Undiksha and 2 counseling teachers participated as expert judges. The effectiveness of John Holland theory was tested in order to acknowledge its effectiveness by involving 10 students as the research subject. The total items of instruments was 22 items and it was used to test the content validity. The result revealed a good quality owned by John Holland theory guide book on each item. Thus, to answer the hypothesis proposed by this research, t-test was employed. The result of hypothesis test reveals the effectiveness from the use of the guidebook to improve the students’ carrier planning. The value of ES was 1.464, which is high ES category. Abstrak: Penyajian penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan sebuah produk buu oanduan yang dapat berperan penting dalam memfasilitasi pelayanan BK di setiap sekolah. dalam proses pengembangan, model yang digunakan adalah model 4D yang terdiri dari : define, design, development, dan dissemination. Dalam proses penilaian instrument, 3 orang judges yang berasal dari dosen FIP UNdisha dan 2 orang guru konseling dipilih. Setelah kevalidan instrument diperoleh, 10 orang siswa yang berperan sebagai subjek penelitian dilibatkan untuk menguji efektifitas produk pengembangan teori John Holland. Hasil uji instrument menunujkkan validitas yang baik yang ditunjukkan oleh 22 butir item instrument yang digunakan untuk menilai validitas isi. , dinyatakan buku panduan teori John Holland memiliki validitas yang baik untuk setiap butirnya. Hasil dari data analisa menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis yang diajukan diterima dan buku panduan dinyatakan efektif untuk diterapkan. Untuk nilai ES= 1,464 yang termasuk kategori ES tinggi.
