Abstract

Change does not always have a negative impact on the living system, there are positive values ​​that can always be learned from a change. In social communication, for example, individuals and groups have a stake in making choices about communication methods. This paper specifically describes how changes in parental communication modes in building children's career motivation. This paper uses a qualitative descriptive method with literature study data collection techniques, by searching for relevant literature through online news pages on the internet. Content analysis is used by reading and interpreting data to describe how changes in parental communication modes with children affect children's career motivation. The findings in this paper show that changes in technology-based communication modes in building motivation provide space for children to represent their desires in the career field. In addition, parents in this case also provide positive feedback on children's choices, so as to create healthy relationships that can make children feel accepted and heard within the family and community. Abstrak: Perubahan tidak selalu berdampak negatif pada sistem kehidupan, ada nilai-nilai positif yang selalu bisa dipetik dari sebuah perubahan. Dalam komunikasi sosial, misalnya, individu dan kelompok memiliki andil dalam menentukan pilihan tentang metode komunikasi. Tulisan ini secara khusus menjelaskan bagaimana perubahan mode komunikasi orang tua dalam membangun motivasi karir anak. Tulisan ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data studi kepustakaan, dengan mencari literatur yang relevan melalui halaman berita online di internet. Analisis isi digunakan dengan membaca dan menafsirkan data untuk menggambarkan bagaimana perubahan cara komunikasi orang tua dengan anak mempengaruhi motivasi karir anak. Temuan dalam tulisan ini menunjukkan bahwa perubahan mode komunikasi berbasis teknologi dalam membangun motivasi memberikan ruang bagi anak untuk merepresentasikan keinginannya di bidang karir. Selain itu, orang tua dalam hal ini juga memberikan umpan balik positif terhadap pilihan anak, sehingga tercipta hubungan yang sehat yang dapat membuat anak merasa diterima dan didengarkan di dalam keluarga dan masyarakat.

Abstract

Perubahan kurikulum menjadi sebuah keharusan. Bahkan, perkembangan IPTEK yang sangat cepat tidak lagi memungkinkan dunia Pendidikan berlama-lama dengan “zona nyaman” kurikulum yang berlaku. Kebijakan yang populer dengan nama Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka ini dimaksudkan untuk mewujudkan proses pembelajaran di perguruan tinggi yang otonom dan fleksibel sehingga tercipta kultur belajar yang inovatif, tidak mengekang, sesuai dengan kebutuhan mahasiswa, mendorong mahasiswa untuk menguasai berbagai keilmuan yang berguna untuk memasuki dunia kerja, serta memberikan kesempatan kepada mahasiswa untuk menentukan mata kuliah yang akan diambilnya. Permasalahan penerapan kurikulum merdeka belajar adalah 1) Mekanisme Kolaborasi antara Perguruan Tinggi Islam dan Program Studi dengan Pihak Luar, 2) Percepatan Perguruan Tinggi Negeri (PTN) Go Internasional dengan kebijakan PTN Badan Hukum (PTN-BH), 3) Mekanisme Magang di Luar Program Studi Kebijakan magang selama 3 semester di luar prodi dan PT.

Abstract

This research was conducted to develop and test the effectiveness of group guidance guides with self-management techniques to improve the learning discipline of junior high school studentsState 6 Singaraja. This study involved 3 experts and 2 practitioners in the field of guidance and counseling whose job was to test the effectiveness. Research data was collected through a questionnaire which was analyzed using the Content Validity Ratio (CVR) Content Validity Index (CVI), product moment, Cronbach alpha and t-test formulas. The results of the CVR analysis showed that all statements of the questionnaire items were accepted and scored CVI 1 in the very good category. The guide effectiveness test was conducted on 10 seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 6 Singaraja using an experimental design for the control group and the experimental group. The results of the instrument reliability test showed a very high reliability value and the results of the Cronbach alpha coefficient test obtained very reliable or very strong results, and the t-test results showed a significance value. Based on this, it can be concluded that the development of group guidance guidebooks with self-management techniques is effective for improving student learning discipline at SMP Negeri 6 Singaraja. Abstrak Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengembangkan dan menguji efektivitas panduan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik self management untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan belajar siswa SMP Negeri 6 Singaraja. Penelitian ini melibatkan 3 ahli dan 2 praktisi di bidang bimbingan dan konseling yang bertugas untuk menguji efektivitas. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang dianalisis dengan rumus Content Validity Ratio (CVR) Content Validity Index (CVI), product moment, cronbach alpha dan t-test. Hasil analisis CVR menunjukkan bahwa seluruh pernyataan item kuesioner diterima dan memperoleh nilai CVI 1 pada kategori yang sangat baik, Uji efektivitas pemandu dilakukan kepada 10 siswa kelas tujuh SMP Negeri 6 Singaraja dengan menggunakan desain eksperimen untuk kelompok kontrol dan kelompok eksperimen. Hasil uji reliabilitas instrumen menunjukkan nilai reliabilitas yang sangat tinggi dan hasil uji koefisien alfa Cronbach memperoleh hasil sangat andal atau sangat kuat, dan hasil uji-t menunjukkan nilai signifikansi. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan buku panduan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik self management efektif untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan belajar siswa di SMP Negeri 6 Singaraja.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between interpersonal communication and self-adjustment in class X MAN 1 Kota Serang. The subjects of this study were 74 students of class X MAN 1 Kota Serang. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling. The method used in this research is quantitative method. Analysis of the data used using regression and correlation analysis. Correlation test results obtained R = 0.498, p = (p < 0.05). In this case, it can be concluded that the interpersonal communication variable has a significant positive relationship with self-adjustment. The influence of interpersonal communication on self-adjustment can be seen from the coefficient of determination (R= 0.248) indicating the effective contribution given by the interpersonal communication variable to self-adjustment is 24.8% and the remaining 75.2% is influenced by external factors in the study

Abstract

Such significant changes due to the emergence of Covid-19 can have an impact on increasing stress levels for Covid-19 patients undergoing isolation. Isolation that limits space for movement and coupled with difficulty in adapting creates pressure that leads to stress for Covid-19 patients. Resilience is present as a shield in the face of stress during isolation by utilizing plant therapy media (plant therapy). Plant therapy has a number of psychological and physical benefits as well as ecological sustainability. This study uses a qualitative method through a descriptive approach. The data collection technique for this research was through telephone interviews, WhatsApp chat and google forms with long answers for Covid-19 patients undergoing isolation. The analysis used in this study is the analysis of Miles & Huberman. This study aims to determine the benefits of plant therapy (plant therapy) as a tool that forms the resilience of Covid-19 patients in dealing with stress during isolation. It is hoped that this research can contribute to developing stress resilience and also maintaining ecological sustainability. Abstrak: Perubahan signifikan akibat munculnya Covid-19 tersebut dapat berdampak pada meningkatnya tingkat stres pasien Covid-19 yang menjalani isolasi. Isolasi yang membatasi ruang gerak dan ditambah dengan kesulitan beradaptasi menciptakan tekanan yang berujung pada stres bagi pasien Covid-19. Resiliensi hadir sebagai tameng dalam menghadapi stres selama isolasi dengan memanfaatkan media terapi tanaman (plant therapy). Terapi tanaman memiliki sejumlah manfaat psikologis dan fisik serta keberlanjutan ekologis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data untuk penelitian ini adalah melalui wawancara telepon, chat WhatsApp dan google form dengan jawaban panjang untuk pasien Covid-19 yang menjalani isolasi. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis Miles & Huberman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manfaat terapi tanaman (plant therapy) sebagai alat pembentuk ketahanan pasien Covid-19 dalam menghadapi stres selama isolasi. Diharapkan penelitian ini dapat berkontribusi dalam mengembangkan ketahanan terhadap stres dan juga menjaga kelestarian ekologi.

Abstract

This research was developed to increase curiosity in junior high school students' learning. This product will be used by BK teachers as a guide for providing classical guidance services. The development of classical guidance service tools to increase curiosity uses a research development design that is used following the 4D (four D) development model. The results of the assessment are then calculated using the formulas CVR (Content Validty Ratio) and CVI (Content Validity Index). The results of the CVR for each part of the service kit, namely, RPL = 1, Material = 1, Media = 1, LKPD = 1, and evaluation tool = 1. CVI results for each part of the service tool, namely, RPL = 13, Material = 13, Media = 13, LKPD = 13, and evaluation tool = 13. Calculation of an independent t-test to calculate the difference between the group provided with services and the classical guidance service tool to increase curiosity and the group that was not given any services at all. After calculating the independent t-test, the results showed that there were differences between students who were provided with services and those who were not. BK teachers are recommended to use this tool because this device contains materials and media that are in accordance with the times. Abstrak Penelitian ini dikembangkan untuk meningkatkan rasa ingin tahu dalam belajar siswa SMP. Produk ini akan digunakan oleh guru BK sebagai pedoman dalam memberikan layanan bimbingan klasikal. Pengembangan perangkat layanan bimbingan klasikal untuk meningkatkan rasa ingin tahu menggunakan desain pengembangan penelitian yang digunakan mengikuti model pengembangan 4D (empat D). Hasil penilaian kemudian dihitung dengan menggunakan rumus CVR (Content Validity Ratio) dan CVI (Content Validity Index). Hasil CVR tiap bagian service kit yaitu RPL = 1, Material = 1, Media = 1, LKPD = 1, dan alat evaluasi = 1. Hasil CVI tiap bagian alat service yaitu RPL = 13, Materi = 13, Media = 13, LKPD = 13, dan Alat Evaluasi = 13. Perhitungan uji-t independen untuk menghitung selisih antara kelompok yang diberikan layanan dan perangkat layanan bimbingan klasik untuk meningkatkan rasa ingin tahu dan kelompok yang tidak diberikan pelayanan sama sekali. Setelah dilakukan perhitungan uji independent t-test diperoleh hasil bahwa terdapat perbedaan antara siswa yang diberikan pelayanan dengan yang tidak. Guru BK disarankan untuk menggunakan alat ini karena alat ini berisi materi dan media yang sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of self-efficacy on the academic resilience of 7th grade students of SMP Negeri 3 Kendal in dealing with hybrid learning. This study used a quantitative ex post facto design. The population in this study amounted to 201 7th grade students of SMP Negeri 3 Kendal. The research sample is 127 class 7th students taken by simple random sampling technique. The research instrument used is the self-efficacy and academic resilience scale. This study uses two data analysis technique, namely descriptive analysis and simple regression analysis. Student’s self-efficacy is in the moderate category (M= 100,929) and student’s academic resilience is in the moderate category (M = 100,819). The results showed that self-efficacy has an effect on academic resilience with a coefficient of determination (R2 = 0,549, ρ < 0,05). This means that self-efficacy contributes to academic resilience by 54,9%, while the rest is influenced by other factors. Keywords: self-efficacy, academic resilience, hybrid learning

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of resilience on psychological well-being in adolescent orphanages throughout Pekalongan City. This study used a quantitative ex post facto design. The sample of this study amounted to 67 youth orphanages throughout Pekalongan City which were taken using proportionate stratified random sampling technique. Then the data were collected using a resilience scale and a psychological well-being scale. The resilience scale consists of 24 items having a coefficient value range of 0.391 to 0.731 and a reliability of 0.871. Furthermore, the psychological well-being scale consists of 28 items having a coefficient range of 0.371 to 0.737 and a reliability of 0.889. This study uses two data analysis techniques, namely descriptive analysis and simple linear regression analysis. Resilience is in the moderate category (M=80.94; SD=6.42). Psychological well-being is in the moderate category (M=94.60; SD=6.00). The results of a simple linear regression test can be obtained, namely = 0.242, R2 0.067, p <0.05 which indicates that resilience affects psychological well-being in adolescent orphanages throughout Pekalongan City. Resilience contributed 67%. Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh resiliensi terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis pada remaja panti asuhan se-Kota Pekalongan. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain ex post facto kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 67 remaja panti asuhan se-Kota Pekalongan yang diambil dengan menggunakan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling. Lalu data dikumpulkan menggunakan skala resiliensi dan skala kesejahteraan psikologis. Skala resiliensi berjumlah 24 item memiliki rentang nilai koefisien 0,391 hingga 0,731 dan reliabilitas 0,871. Selanjutnya Skala kesejahteraan psikologis berjumlah 28 item memiliki rentang nilai koefisien 0,371 hingga 0,737 dan reliabilitas 0,889. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua teknik analisis data yaitu analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Resiliensi berada pada kategori sedang (M=80,94; SD=6,42). Kesejahteraan psikologis berada pada kategori sedang (M=94,60; SD=6,00). Hasil uji regresi linear sederhana dapat diperoleh hasil yaitu β = 0,242, R2 0,067, p < 0,05 yang menunjukkan bahwa resiliensi mempengaruhi kesejahteraan psikologis pada remaja panti asuhan se-Kota Pekalongan. Resiliensi memberikan kontribusi sebesar 67%.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the phenomenon that occurred, namely the Covid-19 pandemic which required all activities to be carried out online. With the improvement in the Covid-19 pandemic, a transition period has emerged in which all activities are allowed to be carried out directly but at a specified time. With this phenomenon, students must adapt and change their study habits. This research is a descriptive qualitative research using questionnaire and interview data collection methods. The population in this study were 2nd grade junior high school students in the North Surabaya area. The population in this study were 2nd grade junior high school students in the North Surabaya area. The results of the research that have been carried out state that students' study habits can be formed and influenced by internal and external factors of students. Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh fenomena yang terjadi yaitu pandemi Covid-19 yang mengharuskan semua aktivitas dilakukan secara online. Dengan membaiknya pandemi Covid-19, telah muncul masa transisi dimana semua kegiatan diperbolehkan dilakukan secara langsung tetapi pada waktu yang telah ditentukan. Dengan fenomena ini, siswa harus beradaptasi dan mengubah kebiasaan belajarnya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data angket dan wawancara. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas 2 SMP di wilayah Surabaya Utara. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas 2 SMP di wilayah Surabaya Utara. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menyatakan bahwa kebiasaan belajar siswa dapat dibentuk dan dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal dan eksternal siswa.

Abstract

This research is a research & development research. The product developed is the Classical Guidance Service Tool to improve Students' Independent Learning. The development in this study uses a 4D model. The subjects of this study were 3 Counseling Guidance Lecturers and 2 Counseling Guidance Teachers at SMP. The data collection method in this study was using a questionnaire. The acceptance of the classical guidance service apparatus found that the results of the CVR index calculation showed that the total total score was 45, so that the CVI calculation obtained the result 1. The results of the t-test data in the table, the probability value or Sig. (2-tailed) is 0.000, the probability value is this is more than the 0.05 level of significance. Thus, it is effective to increase student learning independence, to test classical tutoring tools to increase student learning independence. The acceptance of the classical guidance service apparatus is a high or low assessment of the usefulness, accuracy, and accuracy of the apparatus which includes: RPL, service materials, media services, LKPD, and evaluation tools.
