Abstract

As we know, the increasingly massive digital disruption is certainly a challenge as well as an opportunity for startups in starting their business. Therefore, as a university-based accelerator company, PT Gama Inovasi Berdikari continues to strive to develop the company and help assist startups through various innovations to improve their business, one of which is by organizing a startup and MSME screening competition event through the Gama Inovasi Startup Summit 2023. The program, which is run from the role of Student Internship and Certified Independent Study (MSIB) Batch 4 PT Gama Inovasi Berdikari, especially by the Innovation Program subdivision from March - June 2023, runs in parallel with on-site internship activities. The results achieved by startups and MSMEs responded positively to this activity which later could create a productive ecosystem for startups selected in the acceleration and incubation program.

Abstract

Losari Village has quite good and prospective tourism potential if it is managed properly, one of which is by using rainwater as its main source of irrigation, the average farmer changes the type of crop he grows on arid and barren hills to corn. Losari hamlet is a remote hamlet, although it is far from other villages, it is likely to develop into a more sophisticated hamlet than the others. If it is managed properly and effectively, the tourism potential of the hamlet is represented by Sendang Sari, or Mata Air, Punden Losari, Sendang's position Sari is surrounded by many large plants and makes it difficult for the area around Sendang Sari to be exposed to sunlight, so modifications are made including religious tourism in the form of Sendang Sari and Punden Losari. To overcome this problem, therefore village officials planted sunflowers to increase tourist attraction so that they were interested in taking pictures with sunflowers or even just seeing and enjoying the beauty of sunflowers. Through this community service activity in the form of creative and innovative activities, sunflower aims to increase the potential for tourist attraction. The result of the sunflower planting activity at Punden Losari is that it can add to the aesthetic value of the existing cultural tourist attraction, which has been planted with 700 sunflower seeds by adding aesthetic value to Punden Losari and benefiting wild birds in Losari Punden as well. The service team in this innovative activity has played an active role and participated in increasing community synergy so that beautiful natural tourism can be created

Abstract

Financial reports are very important for the Maguwoharjo Village, especially for the public sector in terms of public accounting which leads to reports that provide accountability and transparency to the general public so that there is no more fraud and it can be easily understood by the community. In this service the method used is a direct field survey, support and results. The results of assisting in the preparation of these financial reports are simplified by the accrual method through MS.excel which can provide an understanding of where the income and expenses are obtained by the Maguwoharjo Village each year.

Abstract

This article discusses the application of digital marketing as a strategy used to support the growth of Segigit Snack Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Kebumen. Using the right digital marketing strategies, such as content marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), online advertising, and social media, can help Segigit Snack reach its target audience in a more measurable and effective way. This study uses a qualitative research method with the aim of analyzing the application of digital marketing in supporting the Segigit Snack UMKM in Kebumen. The results of the study show that through the application of digital marketing, the Segigit Snack UMKM has succeeded in optimizing the potential of digital technology in marketing its products

Abstract

The development of creativity in children is an important aspect in the current era, and one way to develop it is by providing training on ecoprint. Ecoprint is a fabric coloring technique that involves direct contact with printing. The term ecoprint consists of the wordeco," which refers to nature, and "print," which refers to the printing process. In making ecoprint, it uses a simple and easy process that does not need to use machines and is environmentally friendly. The ecoprint coloring technique involves using natural materials such as leaves, flowers, and bark, which contain natural dyes. These materials are used as a substitute for stamps or prints, such as traditional written batik, which can be done with various techniques (pounding, steaming, and fermentation). The method of implementing this activity uses the methods of preparation, outreach, training, and evaluation. The purpose of making ecoprint crafts is to increase children's creativity and skills. The results of this activity are expected to be a provision for elementary school students and have an impact on the surrounding environment in the form of plants being turned into products that have economic value.

Abstract

The use of e-commerce in Ms. Wati's “UMKM Kerupuk Kaisar” marketing can be utilized in their products. E-commerce can be interpreted as a place where trading activities or buying and selling of goods occur which are connected to a network known as the internet network. The “UMKM Kerupuk Kaisar” is one of the businesses located in Sumberrejo Village, Kutjur Hamlet, Purwosari District, Pasuruan Regency. The purpose of introducing and empowering e-commerce is to expand the market and to make products known to the general public. The implementation method used is the learning by doing approach. The result of this e-commerce lesson hoped that the introduction of e-commerce to “UMKM Kerupuk Kaisar” can create a new spirit in doing business so that producers are able to compete with business actors from developed countries.

Abstract

Technological advances are increasingly having a major impact on human daily life, one of which has an impact on UMKM. With the internet, the term digital marketing through social media can be born to increase brand awareness, build brand image and retain customers. For this reason, photography and social media content creation are needed in promoting on social media following the developing trend. Content creation can be done in simple ways and tools without expensive equipment. By using the method of discussion, interview, and direct practice using the help application in the form of an open camera along with how to adjust it and other supporting properties to enrich the appearance of the product to be more attractive. With this socialization and training, it can help UMKM in conducting independent promotions without the need for third party assistance.

Abstract

Business development efforts require the performance of qualified human resources. That way one can see the potential of a person in managing his business. But today there are still MSMEs actors who lack the knowledge to make progress in their business. Group 32 helps business actors by sharing knowledge, namely through socialization and mentoring. It is hoped that this activity can help improve the quality of business to be wider and have a network of relationships. The implementation of this activity uses training and mentoring methods in the form of socialization of digital product marketing and product photography training.

Abstract

Community Service activities are carried out with the aim of assisting the actors of the Rukun Maju Sejahtera Forest Farmers Group in increasing knowledge and abilities related to the promotion strategy of coffee products using a bundling system so as to optimise the sale of coffee products with other agricultural products owned by the Rukun Maju Sejahtera Forest Farmers Group). The method used in this activity is a participatory approach with several stages as follows: 1) Preparation and planning stage, 2) Activity implementation stage, 3) Evaluation and monitoring stage, 4) Reflection stage. Respondents who participated in this community service activity were the actors of the Rukun Maju Sejahtera Forest Farmers Group. The results of this community service activity are that the Rukun Maju Sejahtera Forest Farmers Group is able to understand and implement a bundling system promotion strategy between coffee products and other agricultural products so as to increase sales.

Abstract

The activity of implementing digitalization for SMEs as an effort to enhance the quality of product marketing in Medokan Ayu Ward is aimed at providing knowledge about digital marketing to the local community. The objective is to empower UMKM practitioners in Medokan Ayu Ward with further understanding of digital marketing strategies to strengthen their products. The methodology of this activity includes observation, obtaining permissions from partners, implementation, training, and evaluation. The implementation focuses on delivering materials on the importance of digital marketing for UMKM. The training results show that participants responded positively to the presented materials, with an average percentage of 85.4%. The activity was attended by all Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) operating in Medokan Ayu Ward, who responded positively to the implementation of digitalization for the purpose of improving the quality of product marketing in the area.
