Abstract

The success of an organization in achieving its goals depends on the quality of the human resources working in it. The key role of human resource management (HRM) in an organization is inherently not only about managing but also finding ways to unlock the potential of creative and innovative people. Talents are the best employees, have competence, high performance, and superior performance, which are developed through career development, and are prepared to become future leaders that determine the company's sustainability. Talent management is the process of planning, mapping, and managing to build and retain talent based on performance assessments, competency measurements, and assessments used as talent indicators. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the talent management program and design appropriate talent management strategies and models at PT INKA (Persero). The research approach used in this study uses a qualitative approach to describe a condition and condition of talent management. This study's data collection used interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The results of this study indicate that PT INKA (Persero) has implemented talent management. However, in terms of implementation, talent management has not been considered effective and appropriate for PT INKA (Persero) because it does not yet have Key Performance Indicators and data related to the talent management system, so companies find it difficult to carry out supervision. The program strategy and talent management model at PT INKA (Persero) has not been fully implemented because they are still in the drafting stage and have not been outlined as a board of directors regulation. So its application is still inconsistent because each function of the talent management dimension still works independently, and there is no continuity between the dimensions of talent management.

This study aims to identify, analyze and demonstrate empirically the effect of job adjustment, leadership ability on human resource management in industry in Jakarta. This research was conducted with quantitative research methods. The population of this study are employees or employees of several industrial companies in Jakarta. Data collection techniques by observation, literature study, interviews and questionnaires. Abstract

ABSTRACT Research on open innovation (OI) has increased in recent years, demonstrating its potential in various fields of knowledge. Its linkages with SMEs have attracted the attention of academics. This analysis was conducted from 2018 to 2022. This article aims to evaluate the intellectual structure of open innovation scientific studies, and their relation to various scientific fields, through bibliometric analysis using the Scopus database, publish or perish, the lens, and the VOSviewer software application. The methodology consists of a selective systematic and transparent process divided into four phases: (i) establishing search criteria for research fields, through literature review, (ii) database selection, (iii) application of inclusion and exclusion criteria to the selected documents and explanation of their uses software; and (iv) analysis of results through a scientific output performance approach and bibliometric mapping. The results show an increasing trend of open innovation publications quite a lot, especially in the United Kingdom and the United States, but only a few studies discussing open innovation in SMEs for researchers in Indonesia totaling 121 articles discussing marketing, economics, management and social sciences. So there are many opportunities for researchers in Indonesia. This study contributes to the field by providing an overview of open innovation in the context of MSMEs. Keywords: Open Innovation, Bibliometric, The Lens, VOSviewer

Abstract

The aim of this study is to analyze the impact of capital structure as an intervening variable between profitability, operating leverage, liquidity, and price-book value. Inferential statistical analysis was performed using Path Analysis with SEM-PLS analysis tool. The study found that profitability has a significant and positive effect on firm value. However, operating leverage and liquidity have no significant and negative impact on firm value. Furthermore, profitability and operating leverage variables have a significant and negative effect on capital structure. However, liquidity has no significant and negative impact on capital structure. The study also found that capital structure has no significant and negative impact on firm value. Finally, capital structure cannot act as an intervening variable between profitability, operating leverage, liquidity, and firm value. The study's novelty lies in using capital structure as an intervening variable in the context of real estate sector companies. The study suggests that investors conduct fundamental analysis, especially analyzing the company's financial ratios, before investing in certain industry stocks to assess the company's financial performance. The study's limitations include the need for further research by adding other variables or indicators. Additionally, researchers should consider selecting different industrial sectors to be studied.

Abstract

Social entrepreneurship is considered a new phenomenon as a field of research, and is seen as an answer to social problems that occur. Mission and creating social value is the key goal of social entrepreneurship. However, there is still limited research that focuses on raising the issue of ways/methods to increase interest in social entrepreneurship among students (social experiential learning). The urgency of this research can be seen in the results that will be produced, namely the creation of a development model/method of fostering interest in social entrepreneurship among students through short course. The results of this study where respondents will be given a short course with prepared material (pre-test vs. pre-test) show that there is a difference in the average proportion before and after training from the 5 dimensions of Social Entrepreneur Competency (SEC), namelypersonal competence, leadership, social innovation, social values and entrepreneurial management. Even though the small workshop concept is still on a small scale, the output of this technique can be an alternative way of fostering interest in social entrepreneurship among students. Universities can improve and evaluate the design of entrepreneurship education by involving more social learning. This process can foster deeper knowledge so that they are expected to have high social awareness by manifesting an interest in becoming social entrepreneurs.
