Abstract

One of the companies in the banking sector that participates in the development of the Indonesian economy is Bank Sinarmas where Bank Sinarmas has 2 business units, namely Conventional and Sharia. PT Bank Sinarmas Tbk. Seeing the intense competition in the banking sector, which will result in a wider variety of products and excellent service to support consumer loyalty. With these factors every company must be observant in selling their products and services. In this case, the company can create advantages from their products and services compared to the products and services of other companies. The variables in this study are Service Quality (X1), Customer Value (X2), Experiential Marketing (Z1), and Consumer Loyalty (Y). The population in the study was 6,029 customers, and the research sample was 70 samples using the Slovin formula. The analytical tool used in this research is PLS. The results of the study show that the variables of Service Quality (X1), Customer Value (X2), Experiential Marketing (Z1), and Consumer Loyalty (Y) have a significant effect.Keywords: Service Quality, Customer Value, Experiential Marketing, and Consumer Loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the effect of mediation of organizational commitment to organizational citizenship behaviors (OCB) with interpersonal communication and job satisfaction as antecedent variable. Population and sample of this research is all employees of Regional Disaster Management Agency of West Sumatera Province which amounted to 52 people. The sampling technique used the census method.The results of Structural Equations Modeling (SEM) testing with SmartPLS 2.0 M3 show significant positive influences of interpersonal communication, job satisfaction and organizational commitment to organizational citizenship behaviors (OCB). Furthermore, the results of the analysis also concluded that there is a significant positive effect of interpersonal communication and job satisfaction on organizational commitment. As for the indirect influence of the results of this study, proving that organizational commitment is able to strengthen or enhance the influence of interpesonal communication and job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behaviors.Keywords   : Interpersonal Communication, Job Satisfaction Organizational Commitment, and Organizational citizenship behaviorsAbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis efek mediasi komitmen organisasi terhadap organizational citizenship behaviors (OCB) dengan komunikasi interpersonal dan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel anteseden. Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini adalah seluruh Pegawai Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Barat yang berjumlah sebanyak 52 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sensus.Hasil pengujian Structural Equations Modeling (SEM) dengan SmartPLS 2.0 M3, memperlihatkan terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan komunikasi interpersonal, kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap organizational citizenship behaviors (OCB). Selanjutnya hasil analisis juga menyimpulkan terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan komunikasi interpersonal dan kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi. Sedangkan untuk pengaruh tidak langsung hasil penelitian ini, membuktikan bahwa komitmen organisasi mampu memperkuat atau meningkatkan pengaruh komunikasi interpesonal dan kepuasan kerja terhadap organizational citizenship behaviors.Kata Kunci     :  Komunikasi interpersonal, Kepuasan kerja Komitmen organisasi, dan Organizational citizenship behaviors

Abstract

This research aims to identify and analyze the influence of job training, leadership and work motivation on the performance of educational staff of Payakumbuh State Agricultural Polytechnic. Using the census method and a sample  of 176 respondents of the entire educational staff at this college, this study is also intended to examine how work motivation moderates the relationship between leadership and job training on the performance of educational staff in this college. The analysis tool employed in this quantitative study is the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis method. The results of the study shows that leadership, job training and motivation had effects on staff performance of the Payakumbuh State Agricultural Polytechnic. However, work motivation did not moderate the relationship between leadership and job training on the performance of educational staff of the Payakumbuh State Agricultural      Polytechnic. Keywords: leadership, job training, work motivation and performance

Abstract

Perilaku konsumen maupun nasabah bank dipengaruhi faktor psikologi, diantaranya faktor emosional dan faktor rasional. Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang faktor emosional dan faktor rasional berpengaruh terhadap keputusan nasabah bertransaksi dengan bank, tujuan untuk mengetahui, menganalisis pengaruh faktor emosional, rasional berpengaruh terhadap keputusan nasabah bertransaksi dengan Bank Muamalat Cabang Pembantu Payakumbuh. Jenis penelitian lapangan (field research) bersifat deskriptif, data dikumpul melalui hasil kuesioner dengan tekhnik analisa kuantitatif, dengan regresi linier berganda dengan persamaan sebagai berikut: Y = 36,974 + -0,957X1 + 1,906X2. Hasil penelitian uji t menunjukkan variabel faktor emosional secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan nasabah memilih bertransaksi dengan nilai t hitung < t tabel sehingga Ho diterima. Variabel faktor rasional juga berpengaruh terhadap keputusan nasabah memilih bertransaksi dengan nilai t hitung > t tabel sehingga H0 ditolak, uji F diketahui variabel faktor emosional, faktor rasional berpengaruh signifikan secara bersama-sama terhadap keputusan nasabah memilih bertransaksi pada Bank Muamalat. The behavior of consumers and bank customers is influenced by psychological factors, including emotional factors and rational factors. This study examines the emotional and rational factors influencing the customer's decision to transact with the bank, the purpose of knowing, analyzing the influence of emotional factors, rational influencing the customer's decision to transact with Bank Muamalat Payakumbuh Supporting Branch. This type of field research is descriptive, data collected through the results of a questionnaire with quantitative analysis techniques, with multiple linear regression with the following equation: Y = 36,974 + -0,957X1 + 1,906X2. The results of the t test showed that partially emotional factors had no effect on the customer's decision to transact with the calculated t value <t table so that Ho was accepted. The rational factor variable also influences the customer's decision to choose a transaction with the value of t arithmetic> t table so that H0 is rejected, the F test is known to be the variable of emotional factors, the rational factor has a significant effect jointly on the customer's decision to trade at Muamalat Bank

Abstract

Profit is the most desirable company information in financial markets,one way to predict the company's earnings are using financial ratios.In this research used five financial ratios to predict profit growth in the mining company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI).The sampling technique used purposive sampling, this research uses 15 sample companies. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of financial ratio analysis (Quick Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Asset Turnover, Inventory Turnover) partially and simultaneously influence on earnings growth.Results from this study showed that partially QR has a significant influence on earnings growth,DR does not have a significant effect on earnings growth, DER has a significant influence on earnings growth,TATO not have a significant effect on earnings growth, ITO has a significant effect on earnings growth. Simultaneously Quick Ratio, Debt to Total Assets Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Asset Turnover, Inventory Turnover effect on profit growth. Abstract

ABSTRAKPondok Pesantren memiliki peran yang penting dalam perkembangan keberagamaan di Indonesia. Adapun tujuan untuk mengetahui sistem pengelolaan keuangan yang dijalankan oleh Pondok Pesantren Yatim Dhuafa Singosari Malang dan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kesiapan Pondok Pesantren untuk mengaplikasikan akuntansi pesantren terhadap sistem pengelolaan keuangan pesantren guna terciptanya pengelolaan yang akuntabel dan transparan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan interpretif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Adapun teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan serta verifikasi, sedangkan pengujian keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pertama Pengelola pesantren yang belum memahami bahkan mengetahui adanya standar yang mengatur keuangan pesantren yang disebabkan belum adanya sentuhan langsung dari pemerintah perihal pelatihan dan pendampingan penyusunan laporan keuangan. Kedua Belum adanya SDM yang mampu mencatat keuangan berdasarkan SAK pesantren. Ketiga Sarana dan prasarana yang dimiliki pesantren masih sangatlah minim, seperti komputer dan alat tekhnologi lainnya. Hal tersebut disebabkan oleh rendahnya Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang ada dalam mengimplementasikan pedoman akuntansi pesantren.Kata Kunci : Akuntansi, Laporan Keuangan, Pondok Pesantren  ABSTRACTIslamic boarding schools have an important role in the development of Indonesian religiosity. As for the purpose determine the financial management system which is used by al-Karimiyyah islamic boarding school Yatim Dhuafa Al-Ikhlas Singosari Malang, and in order to know how the Islamic boarding school's preparing to apply Islamic boarding school accounting its financial management system which is done for create accountable and transparent management.This research is a qualitative research with an interpreative approach. The data collection techniques used observation, interview, and documentation technique. As for the data analysis technique used reduction data, presentation data, making conclussion and verivication, while the testing of data validity used triangulation data. The results showed that the first, Islamic boarding school managers who do not understand even know of the standards governing islamic boarding schools due to the lack of direct contact from the governmet regarding training and mentoring the preparation of financial reports. The second, is the absence of human resources capable of financial records based on islamic boarding school pesantren. The three, facilities and infrastructure owned by boarding schools are still very minimal, such as computers and other technology.Kata Kunci : Accounting, Financial statement, Islamic Boarding School

Abstract

Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk melihat bagaimana Brand Imge dan Kualitas Produk mempengaruhi Keputusan Pembelian dan melihat pula apakah Kepuasan Konsumen berperan sebagai variabel intervening.Dari hasil penelitian ini didapatkan variabelbrand image  (X1) dankualitas produk (X2)  berpengaruhsignifikanterhadapkeputusan pembelian (y) dengan tingkat signifikan sebesar 0,000. Variabel kepuasan konsumen (I) sebagai variabel intervening berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian  (Y) dengan tingkat signifikannya sebesar 0,000. Besarnya pengaruh brand image  (X1) dan kualitas produk (X2) terhadapkeputusan pembelian  (Y) adalah 0,432 (R2= 43.2). Dengan kata lain terjadi peningkatan pengaruh variable brand image dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y) dengan adanya variabel intervening (kepuasan konsumen) sebesar 19 % atau dari 43.2% menjadi 62.2%. Berarti dapat diinterprestasikan bahwa variable kepuasan konsumen (I) memediasi secara parsial (partial mediation) hubungan antaravariabel brand image  (X1) dan kualitas produk (X2)  terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y). Kata Kunci : Brand Imge,Kualitas Produk,Keputusan Pembelian, Kepuasan Konsumen

Abstract

The COVID-19 outbreak has had a serious impact on investment activities in Indonesia. One of the aspects of concern in the midst of the coronavirus outbreak is the decrease in investor interest in capital market activities in Indonesia. Therefore, it can be predicted that there is a potential decrease in the level of profit (return) that will be received by shareholders. The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of liquidity and systematic risks on returns. The analysis tool used to test the influence between panel variables is the analysis of panel data regression. The findings of this study are that liquidation has no significant effect on the return of company shares. In addition, the second finding proves that systematic risk has a positive and significant effect on the return of the company's shares. Our findings are reinforced by the results of robustness test statistically, which confirms that companies that have a high beta value, then the return of the company's shares will tend to be high.

Abstract

This research is intended to see how the impact of Training and Competence on Job Performance at the Regional Assets and Income of Pasaman Barat Regency. Population and sample in this research is all employees of Agency of Asset and Revenue of Regency of Pasaman Barat with number 77 peoples. Sampling technique using total sampling technique. From the results of this study got the variables Training (X1) and Competence (X2) have a significant effect on Job Performance (Y) with a significant level of 0.000. The magnitude of the effect of Training (X1) and Competence (X2) on Job Performance (Y) is 0.641 (R2 = 64.1).
