Abstract

The primary objective of companies involved in the production process is profitability, achieved through optimizing labor, raw materials, and resources. This continual improvement results in a robust production system geared towards generating significant profits. A prevalent method for ongoing refinement is the application of Quality Control Circles (QCC). This research focuses on assessing productivity improvements in the K84 Line Steering Handle following the implementation of QCC methodologies. It aims to understand the factors affecting productivity and applies QCC techniques to enhance efficiency. The research reveals promising findings, indicating that QCC-driven enhancements have substantially reduced cycle times across workstations. This reduction directly contributes to increased production output for the K84 Line Steering Handle. The utilization of QCC methods has proven remarkably effective, elevating efficiency levels from 65% to an impressive 92% and concurrently reducing manpower requirements by 3. In summary, this research emphasizes the transformative impact of QCC practices on productivity, highlighting substantial gains in output efficiency and resource optimization for the K84 Line Steering Handle. The integration of QCC-driven improvements has proven instrumental in achieving these positive outcomes. Keywords: Quality Control Circle, Seven Tools and Productivity

Abstract

Fintech P2P Lending was introduced in Indonesia in 2015 and along with technological advances, the P2P Lending industry experienced rapid development. This P2P Lending service connects lenders with borrowers to agree on lending and borrowing transactions. The aim of this research is to analyze the factors that influence the willingness to lend to fintech based on peer to peer lending with the level of trust in the platform as an intervening variable. The population from data collected from the Financial Services Authority Statistics is 158,366 bank accounts. Determining the sample using the Slovin technique, from the calculation results it was obtained that there were 99 rounded up to 100 samples who had been lenders from P2P lending platforms. The research results show that regulatory protection has a positive (0.265) and significant (0.001 < 0.05) effect on trust in the platform. Security guarant ees have a positive (0.584) and significant (0.000 < 0.05) effect on trust in the platform. Regulatory protection has a positive (0.203) and significant (0.030 < 0.05) effect on willingness to lend. Security guarantees have a positive (0.256) and significant (0.039< 0.05) effect on willingness to lend. Trust in the platform has a positive (0.388) and significant (0.004< 0.05) effect on willingness to lend. Regulatory protection has a significant effect (0.040< 0.05) on willingness to lend mediated by trust in the platform. Security guarantees have a significant effect (0.008< 0.05) on willingness to lend mediated by trust in the platform. Keywords: Regulatory Protection, Security Guarantee, Platform Trust, Willingness To Lend

Purposive sampling technique is a sampling technique with certain criteria in research. The criteria were all female employees at the State-Owned Bank PT In sampling this research, the author used the Saturated sample formula, namely sampling if the entire population is used as a sample and is also known as a census. The research results found Work Family Conflict has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance for employees of BUMN PT X Semarang City.Work Family Conflict has a positive and significant effect on Work Life Balance for employees of BUMN PT X Semarang City Work Family Conflict has a positive and significant effect on employee performance for employees of BUMN PT X Semarang City. This means that a high level of Work Family Conflict does not have a greater influence on Work Life Balance. Based on the test results using the SmartPLS application program version 3.2.9 (Smart Partial Least Square), it can be concluded that the indirect influence on the research model consists of the indirect influence on the Work Family Conflict variable on Employee Performance through Work Life Balance. Keywords: Work Family Conflict, Work Life Balance, Employee Performance
