Abstract

ABSTRACTSince the outbreak of the Covid-19 virus in Indonesia, which began in March 2020, began to spread. The Covid-19 virus has had a significant impact on global conditions, not only in terms of the number of people who have died as a result of contracting the virus but also on the global economy. One of the affected nations, especially economically, is Indonesia. The Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) policy is one of the government's efforts to reduce the number of people who have become infected with the Covid-19 virus, and its effects are already being felt. The MSME sector of traditional market traders is included in the issued policies. In order to get input and evaluate the government's PSBB policy program or strategy in improving quality and sustainable PSBB regulatory policies, this study aims to analyze the implementation of the PSBB policy that is enforced on Traditional Market traders, including UMKM, during the Covid-19 pandemic. The SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat) matrix analysis was used in this study. In Surakarta, the SWOT matrix analysis is used to evaluate opportunities and threats as well as the advantages and disadvantages of government policies toward traditional markets. The research results show the impact that has occurred from the PSBB policy in Traditional Markets during Covid-19 is the decreased purchasing power of consumers resulting in traditional market traders closing their businesses, many are confused about policies that have not been consistent so that the income of traditional market traders has decreased. In overcoming this, the government is working on consistency, better dissemination of Government Policy (PSBB) so that traditional market traders do not experience many losses due to decreased income, as well as training human resources in the field of digital marketing so they are able to work to meet needs. The government is also trying to keep open access to traditional market sales for the economic stability of traditional market traders in the city of Surakarta. Keywords: PSBB, Traditional Market, Human Resources

Abstract

This study investigates the moderating effect of environmental knowledge on the relationship between green marketing mix and purchase intentions. As consumer environmental awareness rises, so does the trend towards green consumption. However, a purchase intention, or willingness to buy green products, must precede actual green purchasing behavior. This research employs a quantitative survey design. Participants are randomly selected from a database of Instagram visitors and followers. A sample of 100 respondents is gathered using incidental sampling methods. Data is collected through a survey link. SEM analysis is used to analyze the data. The green marketing mix significantly impacts purchase intention, with environmental knowledge acting as a moderator. A T-test reveals a significant difference between the original sample's -0.112 and 0.000 significance values of 1.963 and 1.963, respectively. This suggests that the green marketing mix has a stronger influence on purchase intention than environmental knowledge. Keywords: Environmental Knowledge; Green Marketing Mix; Purchase Intention.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of environmental awareness variables, innovative behavior, and price on electric vehicle (EV) buying interest in Indonesia. Using a quantitative approach, data was collected through an online survey involving 225 respondents from various major cities in Indonesia. The results of the analysis show that environmental awareness (X1) and price (X3) have a significant positive correlation with the buying interest of electric vehicles, with Spearman correlation values of 0.696 and 0.766, respectively. This indicates that the higher the environmental awareness and positive perception of the price of electric vehicles, the greater the interest of consumers to buy electric vehicles. In contrast, innovative behavior (X2) showed a weaker correlation with buying interest, with a correlation value of 0.375, indicating that technological innovation, while valued, is not a dominant factor in the purchase decision of electric vehicles. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.604 reveals that 60.4% of the variation in electric vehicle buying interest can be explained by these three variables, while the remaining 39.6% may be influenced by other factors such as product quality and infrastructure availability. These findings provide insights for electric vehicle manufacturers and policymakers to prioritize environmental and price awareness factors in their marketing strategies to drive wider adoption of electric vehicles in Indonesia.
