Abstract

This research is motivated by the learning process that has not shown interesting progress and has yet to encourage active participation from students. This situation directly negatively impacts students' academic performance in mathematics, which remains relatively low. Therefore, there is a need for efforts to develop more effective and engaging learning methods to improve students' learning outcomes in this subject. This study aims to obtain information on the extent of the influence of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) learning model on the mathematics learning outcomes of third-grade elementary school students. This research is an experimental study using a quasi-experimental design, specifically a Posttest Only Control Design. The research was conducted at SDN 20 Sitiung, Sitiung District, Dharmasraya Regency. The sample consisted of 49 students, representing all students in grade III. The data collection instrument used was a 20-item multiple-choice test that has been tested for validity and reliability. The results showed that the average posttest score for the experimental class was 73.54, while the control class had an average posttest score of 44. Data analysis of the posttest results, using an Independent Sample Test, indicated a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Based on the criteria, if the significance is < 0.05, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of the application of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) learning model on the mathematics learning outcomes of third-grade students at SDN 20 Sitiung

Abstract

This research was motivated by the results of observations made by the author, stating that the problem encountered was the students' low ability when sprinting on athletics material. Therefore, researchers conducted research on the influence of the traditional game Bebentengan on learning sprint athletics at SMPN 4 Koto Baru. The aim of this research is to find out how much influence the traditional game Bentengengan has on learning PJOK in sprint athletics material. This research uses quantitative research methods. The research design used is a pre-experimental design in the form of a one-group pretest-posttest design. The results of research on the influence of the traditional game Betengengan on the pre-test normality test show 0.719 > 0.05, so the data is normally distributed. Meanwhile, the post-test significant value shows 0.700 > 0.05, so the data is normally distributed. In hypothesis testing, the results can be seen that the sig (2-tailed) is 0.000 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that there is a real difference between sprinting ability after and before being treated with the traditional fortification game

Furthermore, through education, the development of human personality can be directed to a better place. Humans can grow and develop through education, because humans can grow and develop through a natural process towards maturity, both physical and spiritual. This research uses a type of research and development or Research and Development (R&D), which is a form of research that aims to create products, both new products and modified ones from previously existing products. The development model used in this research is ADDIE which consists of 5 stages: analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. The development process carried out is the Validity Test stage. Based on the development of Student Worksheets (LKPD) Based on Problem Based Learning (PBL) in Science and Science Learning, Sound Material and Its Properties for Class V SDN 09 Sitiung, it can be concluded as follows: development of Student Worksheets (LKPD) Based on Problem Based Learning (PBL) in Science and Technology Learning Sound Material and Its Properties for Class V SDN 09 Sitiung uses the ADDIE development model which can be tested in class V SDN 09 Sitiung; and validation of the development of Student Worksheets (LKPD) Based on Problem Based Learning (PBL) in Science and Science Learning Sound Material and Its Properties for Class V SDN 09 assessed by 3 expert validators. These validators are 3 UNDHARI lecturers.

Abstract

To complete the research answer on the topic of producing digital learning to improve the quality of student learning in the era of the technological revolution 4.0 at STITNU Sakinah Dharmasraya, researchers have collected various materials that answer research questions. Likewise, to collect primary data, researchers interviewed 30 academics (students and lecturers) of STITNU Sakinah Dharmasraya to find out their perspectives and experiences in developing digital-based teaching to improve student learning outcomes during regular education and throughout education. Therefore, a review of different data sets was carried out, both in the form of secondary source data from various publications related to technology and teaching as well as data that researchers asked academics to find answers to. Researchers can simplify the development of digital teaching to improve the quality of student learning in the Revolution 4.0 era at STITNU Sakinah Dharmasraya. This has resulted in several new insights, such as technology has innovated the learning process because digital applications have helped academics solve learning challenges and provide more benefits. They hope that these findings can provide new insights into learning in higher education and their use in policy making

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether implementing the independent learning program through the teaching assistance program can influence the soft and hard skills of accounting education students. Teaching assistance is the Independent Campus Learning program launched by the government. Teaching assistance aims to improve the competency of college graduate students in terms of soft and hard skills. Based on the initial observations of accounting education students at the Universitas Negeri Malang, various problems were found related to students' soft and hard skills in teaching assistance. This research uses quantitative methods by collecting data through questionnaires to measure teaching assistance on students' soft and hard skills. The research sample comprised 153 students in the accounting skills program at SMKN 12 Malang. Data analysis uses simple linear regression analysis to test the effect of teaching assistance on students' soft and hard skills. The research results show that teaching assistance can positively impact students' hard and soft skills. The conclusion of this research shows that teaching assistance is a program that can help students hone soft and hard skills to prepare themselves to become teachers in the real world. The experience students gain through teaching assistance can equip them to be ready for the world of work and to face real situations and conditions in the classroom.
