Abstract

This study aims to explore the concept, relevance, and implementation of an integrative curriculum based on Islamic values ​​in the context of modern education. An Islamic value-based curriculum is an educational approach that combines general knowledge with Islamic teachings holistically, aiming to produce a generation with Islamic character with intellectual, emotional, and spiritual intelligence. This study uses a qualitative method with literature studies to analyze the basic principles of the Islamic curriculum, such as monotheism, morals, balance, relevance, and integration of knowledge. The results of the study indicate that this curriculum has strong relevance in building the morals and character of students amidst the challenges of globalization. The implementation of a curriculum based on Islamic values ​​faces various challenges, including limited human resources and infrastructure, but has great potential to be implemented in Islamic educational institutions. This study recommends intensive training for teachers, development of Islamic-based teaching materials, and continuous evaluation of the implementation of this curriculum. This research is expected to provide a significant contribution to the development of Islamic education in Indonesia.

Abstract

Human Resource Management (HR) in Islamic education is an important aspect in realizing optimal education quality. This article discusses the concept and strategy of HR management in the context of Islamic education, focusing on the important role of educators, education managers, and other stakeholders in creating a conducive environment for student development. Islamic education emphasizes moral and spiritual values ​​in the learning process, so HR management must involve aspects of faith, ethics, and professional competence. The managerial approach in HR management in Islamic education includes recruitment, training, evaluation, and career development of educators that are not only based on academic ability, but also on personality and faith qualities. In this case, effective HR management can improve educator performance and improve the overall quality of education. Therefore, HR management in Islamic education is not only aimed at producing quality educators, but also at forming people with noble morals, in accordance with Islamic teachings. This article is expected to provide insight for education managers in designing and implementing a better HR management system in Islamic educational institutions.

Abstract

The organization of Islamic educational institutions plays an important role in creating an effective education system that is in accordance with Islamic values. Islamic educational institutions, both at the formal and non-formal levels, require a clear organizational structure to achieve optimal educational goals. This article discusses various aspects of organizing Islamic educational institutions, including the role of leaders, human resource management, and curriculum management based on Islamic principles. This article also explains the importance of collaboration between various parties, such as teachers, parents, and the community, to create an educational environment that supports the development of character and intelligence of students. In addition, this study also discusses the challenges faced by Islamic educational institutions in facing developments in the era, such as technological changes and globalization. Good organization in Islamic educational institutions is expected to form individuals who are not only intellectually intelligent, but also strong in faith and morals. This study concludes that in order to achieve the ideal goals of Islamic education, Islamic educational institutions need to apply effective, flexible, and adaptive managerial principles to the dynamics of society.

Abstract

Religious education plays an essential role in shaping students' personalities and their devotion to worship. Achievement in Islamic Religious Education is influenced by both internal and external factors. Internal factors can be enhanced through support from parents and teachers, while external factors depend on the student's social environment. With the advancement of information and communication technology, the teaching and learning process has undergone a significant transformation. Creative educators utilize learning media to make lessons more engaging and tailored to students' characteristics. The purpose of this study is to develop effective and practical learning media that can enhance student interest in learning, foster good character, and meet the interactive learning needs of the digital era. This research employs a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The findings suggest that Canva-based learning media, as a development product for Islamic Religious Education (PAI) lessons for 7th-grade students at MTs. Muhammadiyah Curup, can be used by adhering to the steps and guidelines of the development model and the available Canva application, enabling teachers to conduct lessons in an easy, quick, accurate, and effective manner.

Abstract

The occurrence of divorce between parents often has a negative impact on the psychological well-being of teenagers, such as the emergence of feelings of anxiety, stress, and even decreased self-confidence. Guidance and Counseling Teachers have a strategic role in providing emotional support and helping students to overcome the psychological impacts that arise. This research aims to identify the role of Guidance and Counseling (BK) teachers in supporting the psychological well-being of adolescents after their parents' divorce. This research uses qualitative methods with literature review techniques. The research results show that the interventions carried out by guidance and counseling teachers include identifying and helping students manage emotions, providing support in crisis situations, assisting in developing social skills and providing space for expression, as well as creating a supportive environment for students. This means that guidance and counseling teachers have a crucial role in supporting students' psychological well-being conditions after experiencing their parents' divorce.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the steps of Islamic education service marketing management implemented by the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) Penukal, Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir Regency. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The results show that the marketing management steps include planning, organizing, implementation, and evaluation. The marketing strategy involves a community-based approach, service digitalization, and collaboration with other educational institutions. This study contributes to the literature on Islamic education management by offering a service marketing model that is relevant to the local context.

Abstract

Islamic religious education is one of the important sectors in the development of a community with character and noble values. The KUA Talang Ubi, as a religious institution, plays an active role in providing Islamic education services, including pre-marriage counseling and family education for a harmonious family life (sakinah). This study aims to analyze the implementation of service marketing management elements at KUA Talang Ubi, focusing on product, place, process, promotion, and physical evidence. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this research identifies the successes and challenges in managing Islamic education services. The findings indicate that although the marketing management implementation is running well, there are still challenges such as the lack of adoption of the SIMKAH technology by the community and inconsistent implementation of standard operating procedures (SOP). This article offers recommendations in the form of intensive training for the community, improved communication quality, and staff training.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how Islamic education policies in Junior High Schools are designed, implemented, and evaluated in the context of the Independent Curriculum and attempts to identify supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of the policy. This study uses Library Research with a qualitative approach. Islamic education policies in Junior High Schools have a strategic role in shaping a generation that is faithful, pious, and has noble character. The implementation of policies in the context of the Independent Curriculum provides an opportunity to integrate Islamic values ​​into the learning process flexibly and contextually. Through effective policies, schools can create an educational environment that supports the development of students' Islamic character, both through strengthening the curriculum, religious activity programs, and social interactions based on Islamic values. The supporting factors for the successful implementation of Islamic education policies in Junior High Schools are a flexible curriculum, teacher competence, parental support, and adequate facilities. Meanwhile, the challenges are limited resources, lack of relevant teaching materials, and the influence of globalization which greatly demands adaptive and innovative strategies so that they can provide maximum impact. So that strategic steps are needed in the future with synergy between the government, schools, parents and the community need to be improved to optimize the implementation of this policy. If all parties have coordinated well, this policy is relevant to the needs of students and is able to produce a generation that excels academically, has an Islamic character, and is ready to face global challenges.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of Problem Based Learning (PBL) via differentiated teaching on the academic performance of eleventh-grade students at SMA Negeri 3 Surakarta. This study employs a Quasi-Experimental research approach. The sampling method included cluster random selection of students from class XI at SMA Negeri 3 Surakarta. The research sample comprises students from class XI F-8 designated as the experimental group and class XI F-9 as the control group. This study use tests and documentation for data collecting. The methodologies for instrument evaluation include validity assessment, reliability assessment, difficulty level analysis, and item discrimination analysis. Data analysis include normality checks, homogeneity tests, and hypothesis testing using independent t-tests performed with SPSS. This study's findings demonstrate that the independent t-test produced a significant value of 0.001. The independent t-test findings indicate the acceptance of H1 and the rejection of H0. Consequently, it can be inferred that the implementation of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model via a differentiated approach influences the academic performance of eleventh- grade students in economics at SMA Negeri 3 Surakarta.

Abstract

This study evaluates the marketing service management at SMAN 2 Penukal Utara PALI, South Sumatra, to understand the effectiveness of the strategies implemented to attract prospective students and build a positive image of the school. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative, with data collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings of the study indicate that although there have been significant efforts in the implementation of marketing strategies, there are still shortcomings in promotion, facilities, and communication between the school and the community. The recommendations provided include the development of facilities, diversification of extracurricular activities, strengthening the positive image, and implementing more aggressive marketing strategies. The results of this evaluation are expected to help SMAN 2 Penukal Utara PALI improve its competitiveness and become a leading educational institution in the region.
