Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of digital marketing media and campus image on students' decisions to continue their studies at UKI Paulus Makassar. The sample in this study was 100 first semester students who were continuing their studies at UKI Paulus Makassar. Data were analyzed using a quantitative approach using the SmartPLS application. Digital Marketing variable (X1) and campus image variable (X2) are independent variables in this study. The Student Decision Variable (Y) in choosing UKI Paulus as a place for them to continue their studies is the dependent variable in this research. From this study it is known that the use of digital marketing media (X1) has effect on students' decisions in choosing UKI Paulus as a place for them to continue their studies (Y). And, campus image (X2) has a positive and significant effect on student decisions (Y) in choosing UKI Paulus as a place for them to continue their studies. Based on the research results, the author suggests to the UKI Paulus Makassar campus to make more use of digital marketing as an alternative means of promotion to attract new students, in addition to continuing to improve the brand image of their campus in the eyes of prospective new students. Keywords:Digital Marketing, Brand Image, Consumer’s Decision, UKI Paulus

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of the variables studied, where this study used a quantitative approach with a sample of 38 people with multiple regression analysis methods including validity tests, reliability tests, partial and simultaneous hypothesis tests with the help of the SPSS 25 application. The results of this study show that there is a positive and significant influence of leadership style on employee performance. And simultaneously, the regression coefficient values of Organizational Culture, Organizational Commitment and Leadership Style have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Keywords: Organizational Culture, Organizational Commitment, Leadership Style, Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the financial performance of telecommunication companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2020-2022, by looking at financial reports using analysis, namely Liquidity Ratios, Solvency Ratios, Activity Ratios, Profitability Ratios. This method uses descriptive and quantitative analysis methods, with a focus on the company's financial performance. The type and source of data used are secondary data in the form of balance reports, income statements and data needed from 2020-2022, the data is taken from reports of telecommunications financial companies published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Based on research that can be done is PT .Telkomsel and PT.XL Axiata have better performance. Abstract

This research aims to find out whether the capital structure at PT. KIMIA FARMA (Persero) Tbk from the 2019-2022 time period is optimal or not, and predicts in 2023 how much percentage of own capital profitability must be achieved and the comparison between loan capital and own capital so that the capital structure at PT. KIMIA FARMA (Persero) Tbk can be optimal.  The method used in this research is descriptive analysis using ratios. The type and source of data that will be used in this research is quantitative data. The data source used is in the form of secondary data where the data used by researchers from related companies regarding financial sources and reports. If according to the trend of total capital, then total capital in 2023 will be IDR 13,414,638,284,128, so in order for the profitability of own capital to increase, the company must use 29% of borrowed capital and 71% of its own capital at EBIT of IDR 1,015,887,717,583. In order for this company to be more flexible in changing its capital structure, both of them will achieve Economic Profitability that is greater than the interest on loan capital, or must be more than 15.11%. In conditions where company achieve Economic Profitability is still smaller than capital interest, the loan capital structure should be lowered, or smaller than the own capital structure.

Abstract

This study examines the importance of harmonization of organizational culture on employee performance in car AC workshops. The auto air conditioning industry has unique characteristics that influence the way organizational culture is implemented and the performance of employees within it. We analyze the obstacles often encountered in achieving harmonization of organizational culture, including differences in technical skills, time pressures, effective communication, employee development, and adaptation to technological change. This study concludes that harmonization of organizational culture with employee performance is very important in car air conditioning workshops. An organizational culture that supports values such as safety, quality, teamwork, and employee development can increase employee motivation and productivity. Effective communication, management support, and recognition of employee contributions also play an important role in achieving harmonization. In the context of this competitive industry, harmonization of organizational culture is a key factor for achieving long-term excellence and success. This research provides insight into how the car air conditioning workshop industry can overcome the obstacles faced to achieve harmonization of positive organizational culture and superior performance. Keywords: Harmonization, Organizational Culture, Employee Performance

Abstract

This research discusses the evaluation of the internal control system for the drug supply function at the X Mother and Child Hospital in Makassar City. The purpose of the research is to find out how the internal control system for the drug inventory function is carried out at RSIA X in Makassar City. This research uses descriptive analysis of the results of in-depth interviews with specified sources, field observations and documentation. The data used is in the form of primary data obtained from interviews and direct observation, secondary data obtained from documents related to drug supplies, acceptance documents, inventory cards, expenditure documents, and organizational structures. The results of this research indicate that RSIA X's internal control of drug supply has not been effective because there are still many things that must be added and reviewed by RSIA X, especially in ordering, receiving and storing medicines. Keywords: Internal Control System, Inventory

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing whether the effect of financial literacy and lifestyle on credit-taking decisions and whether financial literacy and lifestyle simultaneously influence PT. BPR Hasamitra Makassar by using a quantitative research model. The sample used in this study was 50 respondents using the data analysis method. The r-square test is the coefficient of determination in endogenous constructs, F-square in statistics is a statistical testing method used to compare several population averages simultaneously (simultaneous, Path coefficient The Path Coefficient is used to show how strong the effect or influence of the independent variable is on the dependent variable and the T test One of the statistical tests used to test the truth or falsity of the hypothesis which states that between two mean samples taken randomly from the same population, there is no difference which is significant. From the results of the research conducted on the effect of financial literacy and lifestyle on credit decision making at PT. BPR Hasamitra Makassar, the results obtained from the analysis carried out are the results of the hypothesis test showing that financial literacy and lifestyle have an influence on the decision to take credit. Financial Literacy has an influence on debtor's borrowing decisions, Lifestyle has an influence on debtor's borrowing decisions. Financial literacy and lifestyle have a simultaneous influence on the decision to take credit. Keywords: Literacy, finance, lifestyle, decisions, taking credit.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of educational background and work experience on the work ethic of PT employees. Sulawesi Mandiri Pratama both partially and simultaneously. This research is causal associative research using quantitative research. Based on the results of the research and discussion, the following conclusions can be drawn are there is a positive and significant influence between educational background variables on employee work ethic at PT. Sulawesi Mandiri Pratama; There is a positive and significant influence between the work experience variable on the work ethic of employees at PT. Sulawesi Mandiri Pratama; There is a positive and significant influence between educational background and work experience simultaneously on the work ethic of employees at PT. Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Brand Awareness and Digital Marketing on the Interests of prospective cadets / cadets of the Barombong Maritime Polytechnic. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach using primary data on prospective cadets/cadets of the Barombong Maritime Polytechnic Batch 69 Batch I who have passed the Admission Selection for Candidates for Cadets (SIPENCATAR) using the Nonprobability Sampling and Convenience Sampling techniques and using statistical (quantitative) analysis methods with multiple linear regression using the Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) program. Based on the results of the study, it was found that Brand Awareness partially did not have a significant effect on the interest of prospective Barombong Maritime Polytechnic cadets. Digital Marketing partially has a significant effect on the interest of prospective Polytechnic cadets/cadets. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of product quality, promotion and design on purchasing decisions for Manzone distro clothing. This research uses quantitative methods with a survey approach. The sample in this study was 100 respondents. Sampling used the Slovin technique with a non-probability sampling technique. The results of this research show that product quality has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, promotion has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, design has a positive influence on purchasing decisions, and simultaneously product quality, promotion and design have a significant influence on purchasing decisions for Manzone distro clothing. Keywords: Product Quality, Promotion, Design, Purchasing Decisions
