Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of participation in budget preparation on managerial performance at PT. PLN (Persero) Main Distribution Unit and Sulawesi Load Control Center, reviewed based on Descriptive Statistics. The number of samples taken was 60 people using the Slovin formula. As a data collection technique, a questionnaire was used, then the data was processed using the SPSS Version 25 application. After the data was processed and analyzed, it was found that the participation of budget preparers (X) had a positive and significant effect on managerial performance (Y). For this reason, the author suggests that PT. PLN (Persero), Main Distribution Unit and Sulawesi Expense Management Center, maximizes and increases the participation of assistant managers, supervisors, unit managers and related staff in budget preparation so that their managerial performance will also improve, thus having a positive impact on the company's development. Keywords: Participation, Budget Preparation, Managerial Performance, PT. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of working hours system on employee productivity at PT.Manakarra Unggul Lestari. This type of research that is used is the method of correlation analysis and determination. The sample used in this research is 52 respondents. The variables used are the independent variables, namely the working hours system (X) and the dependent variable employee productivity (Y). The results of the study for work culture on employee performance by means of the t test obtained the value of t = 5.433, which means t count t table (5.433 1.67155). Then the hypothesis states that work culture partially affects employee performance. This can be seen from r = 0.61, which means that the relationship between work culture (X) and employee productivity (Y) is 37%, meaning that there is an adequate relationship, which means that H_0 is rejected and H_a is accepted, so it can be concluded that the working hours system has a significant effect on employee productivity at PT.Manakarra Unggul Lestari. Keywords: Working hours,  System, Employee,  Productivity, PT.Manakarra Unggul Lestari

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of compensation on employee productivity at the Indonesian Christian University Paulus. This research was conducted at the Indonesian Christian University Paulus using quantitative research methods. The number of samples taken was 149 employees at UKIP Makassar. As a data collection technique, a questionnaire was used, then the data was processed using the SPSS Version 25 application. After the data was processed and analyzed, it was found that Compensation (X) had a positive but not significant effect on Employee Productivity (Y). For this reason, the author suggests that the leaders and foundations of UKIP Makassar can increase allowances for their employees to improve performance, as well as pay more attention to attendance issues in order to increase employee productivity. Keywords: Compensation, Productivity, Employees, UKIP, Makassar

Abstract

The success of an agency from the past until now is still influenced by employee performance. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of career development and motivation partially or simultaneously on the performance of PT employees. Honda Makassar Beautiful Cab. Bawakaraeng Mountain Road. The results found that there was a positive and significant influence between career development and motivation on improving the performance of PT employees. Abstract

Everyone who works in the organization wants career success The career success experienced by individuals is in accordance with the career path policy in each agency. The purpose of this study was to find out whether proactive personality influences employee career success, whether political influence behavior influences employee career success and whether proactive personality and political influence behavior influence employee career success. The sampling technique in this study used a saturated sample of 35 employees. In the data analysis technique using multiple linear regression analysis. The research results obtained are 1) proactive personality has a significant effect on employee career success 2) political influence behavior has a significant effect on employee career success and 3) proactive personality and political influence behavior simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Career Success at the Curio District Office, Enrekang Regency. Keywords: Proactive Personality, Political Influence Behavior And Employee Career Success.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of subjective norms, moral obligations, and tax sanctions on taxpayer compliance. The population in this study is MSME taxpayers registered with KPP Pratama South Makassar. Sampling was carried out by incidental sampling technique. Data analysis techniques are carried out by descriptive statistical analysis and SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution). Based on the analysis that has been carried out, subjective norms have a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance. Moral obligations have a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance. Tax sanctions have a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance.Keywords: Subjective Norms, Moral Obligations, Tax Sanctions, Taxpayer Compliance.

Abstract

MSME development requires a holistic and ecosystem-based approach, covering at least 6 aspects: policy, financial access, market, human resource capacity, mentoring and culture. Digitalization plays an important role in combining these six components and further accelerating MSME development programs. Organic farming is now starting to be widely known in the community along with a healthy lifestyle. Many organic farming actors have emerged along with the increasingly open market share. UKM Muda Karya is one of the UKM in Palopo City that produces Bokasi Compost Fertilizer and intends to become a DIGITAL-BASED UKM, but the UKM still has several problems in realizing this desire. Abstract

This service aims to increase the entrepreneurial capacity of BUMDesa administrators in Bajeng District through Management, Entrepreneurship, Marketing and Bookkeeping Training. To increase capacity in the field of management, participants were given training on how management functions that we know as POAC (planning, organizing, actuating, controlling) can be carried out properly in managing the resources owned so that organizational goals can be achieved effectively and efficiently. To increase capacity in the field of entrepreneurship to the trainees, material was given about: (1) entrepreneurial mentality, namely how to build a mental attitude that entrepreneurial actors must have so that they can compete in their business development (2) creative thinking, where BUMDes administrators must be able to take advantage of existing business opportunities by utilizing their resources (3) business management, each BUMDes administrator understands the analysis of the micro environment that affects (Competitor, New Entry, Buyer, Supplier), Product Life Cycle consisting of Introduction, Growth, Maturity, Decliner as a tool for justifying the business stages managed and being able to set the right strategy at each of these stages (4) Business Plan, Bundes Management is able to make a good business plan by considering the condition of the resources owned from the internal side and the opportunities and threats that exist from the side External    To increase capacity in the field of marketing, the trainees were given material on how to determine effective marketing strategies used to increase sales turnover by utilizing the marketing mix consisting of 4P, namely: (1) product development in accordance with consumer tastes, (2) determination of competitive product selling prices (prices) in accordance with people's purchasing power, (3) choosing the right distribution channel (plice) so that poduk (4) choosing the right promotion mix in delivering information about the product to consumers   For capacity building in the field of bookkeeping, the trainees were given an understanding of bookkeeping that can be applied in managing their business finances, with the following materials: (1) Accounting, providing an understanding of the basic equation of accounting which is a balance between the asset and asset sides, (2) Calculating and recording in bookkeeping, aiming for business actors to know the financial condition of the business they runKeywords: BUMDesa, Management, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Bookkeeping.

Abstract

This study evaluates the effectiveness of the Gratification Control Program in preventing conflicts of interest in the Inspectorate of Central Papua Province. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation with seven employees as informants. The results of the study indicate that this program reflects a strong commitment to preventing corruption through socialization, training, and clear operational guidelines. However, its effectiveness still needs to be improved due to lack of employee understanding, low participation, and minimal management support. With regular evaluation and compliance with policies, this program has the potential to create a cleaner and more accountable government.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of taxpayer awareness, knowledge, and religiosity on taxpayer compliance in Selayar Regency. A quantitative method was used in this study, by collecting data through a questionnaire on 200 respondents who were individual taxpayers. The results of the study show that partially or simultaneously, the three independent variables have a positive and significant influence on taxpayer compliance. This research provides a practical contribution for tax authorities in designing strategic policies to improve tax compliance based on public awareness, knowledge, and religious values.Keywords: Tax Awareness, Tax Knowledge, Religiosity, Taxpayer Compliance
