Abstract

In establishing a good relationship with family, friends, partners, recognize that the relationship tends to be toxic or not, not infrequently the relationship already has toxic indications but has not realized and even still survives in the toxic relationship. Researchers aim to determine the impact of toxic relationships, whether in a close environment can trigger damage to mental health. The researcher's method uses a mixed method with 11 respondents, the researcher obtains by asking questions through interviews and questionnaires, the results show that in family relationships, friends, and couples, toxic relationships can occur which have a negative impact on psychological and physical health. The researcher's conclusion is that it is good for someone if they already have one of the characteristics of a toxic relationship indicator to immediately leave the toxic relationship and love themselves to maintain mental health.

Abstract

An extensive business network can have an impact on the operations of a business. Retail business in Indonesia in general is the activity of selling various goods or services. Saiber.id operates in the economic sector. There are many benefits that entrepreneurs can obtain through networking. For example, increasing sales, marketing strategies, increasing relationships and acquaintances, self-development, and much more. From the results of the research we have carried out, the results obtained regarding the analysis of the Saiber.id company can be concluded that: The Saiber.id company is an E-commerce company that has been operating in the fashion sector since 2017. The Saiber.id company produces its products starting from glondongan to products that are ready to be sold, according to Saiber.id there are differences from when it was first established until now, in the past The development of E-commerce has not been as rapid as it is now and this has affected sales, along with current technological advances making it easier for consumers to access using online platforms. For the business network carried out by saiber.id, following several seminars and introducing their products to colleagues or close friends, saiber.id also collaborates with two raw material providers in the Padalarang lanun, apart from that, saiber.id carries out endorsements for branding. to make their products more famous and familiar to the target market they are looking for.

Abstract

This study aims to determine Generation Z's views on live music that increases consumer interest in coffee shops in Solo. This research uses the Grounded Theory method, which is qualitative research that aims to develop theory from empirical data directly without any prior theory or hypothesis. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with several Gen Z in one of Solo's coffee shops. The results of the interviews with Gen Z show the complexity of views on live music in coffee shops. The existence of live music can increase the attractiveness of coffee shops. Experience, identity, sensation seeking and peer influence play an important role in attracting coffee shop consumers.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out about the role of social media Instagram and TikTok on the brand image and business network of Jewelry Beads. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research method. The object of this research is the Jewelry Beads business. The results of this research are the strategy carried out by Jewelry Beads in improving its brand image, namely by creating social media, the strategy carried out by Jewelry Beads in expanding its business network, namely by maintaining good communication with various institutions, the role of social media Instagram and TikTok in the Jewelry Beads business is to improve the brand image and business network, apart from that, so that it can be known by the wider community and also to maintain communication both with partners and customers.

Abstract

A business feasibility study is a planned activity carried out to study in more depth about a business to be run, the effort will ultimately provide a conclusion about whether or not a business is feasible to run. DMNT Sportwear is the object of research, based on sports fashion production activities that are widely scattered in the market, making the author interested in researching and testing the feasibility of this business. The purpose of this research is to find out whether the DMNT Sportwear business is feasible to continue or not. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. In this study it was found that DMNT Sportwear's daily sales reached 1,500 pcs with a monthly turnover of 1 billion rupiah. Therefore it is concluded that the DMNT Sportwear business is worth continuing.

Abstract

A work agreement is an agreement or agreement made between a trade union that has been registered with the Department of Manpower and an entrepreneur who is a legal entity, which solely contains work conditions that must be taken into account in the work agreement. The formulation of the problem is how the implementation of employment agreements in joint stock companies is taken into account by labor laws and regulations, and whether the employment agreements made with employees of the joint stock company PT. Sentosa Hatareksa fulfill the elements of employment work agreements. Work agreement according to Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Employment. Research methods include: library research and field research. From the survey results, it was concluded that there are still several companies that continue to provide arguments supporting employment agreements between companies and workers that violate Employment Law no. 13 of 2003, namely if a company does not pay its employees' leave, does not retire or fails, the employee is entitled to compensation according to law.

Abstract

In the fast-paced digital era, companies must continue to innovate to survive. Especially in banks, retaining customers is the main strategy to be able to project business continuity. The topic of customer retention pays more attention to studying customer patterns that have a tendency to survive. This is very difficult to do because the observed data is generally very complex and amounts to a very large amount. Therefore, computers are a technology that is very suitable to solve these problems. Decision tree is a method that is currently being widely used for research. Moreover, with various versions that continue to be developed such as the C4.5 algorithm, it is a guarantee that this algorithm is still relevant for use in today's industry. Even so, there is still no customer retention prediction research with banking industry case studies. The results of this research test, prove that using the C4.5 algorithm, successfully predict customer churn with an accuracy of 99.77%.

Abstract

Investment is a term that is no longer foreign and has become embedded in the world of economics and finance, in fact investment has become something that is of great interest to the general public and even students. Investment interest itself is a situation where a person has an interest in investing and tries to invest, with little capital, and to support this a person will continue to learn by attending seminars and discussions that discuss investment to reduce investment risk. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of investment gallery activities, minimum capital and risk perception on interest in sharia stock investment. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a data analysis method in the form of a coefficient of determination test. The sample in this research was 95 samples of FEBI UIN STS Jambi students class 2020-2022, by distributing a Likert scale questionnaire. The research results show that investment gallery activities influence interest in sharia stock investment as evidenced by a Sig value of 0,001 < 0,05. Minimum capital has no effect on interest in investing in sharia shares as evidenced by the Sig value of 0,264>0,05. Risk perception influences interest in investing in sharia shares as evidenced by the Sig value of 0,001<0,05. Investment gallery activities, minimum capital and risk perception together have a significant effect on interest in investing in sharia shares, with an Adjusted R Square value (coefficient of determination) of 0,644 or 64,4%, the remaining 35,6% is influenced by other variables outside this research. with a Standard Error Estimate of 3,523 or 35,23%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze whether there are differences in earnings management practices after the adoption of IFRS 15 as contained in PSAK 72. The population of this study uses the property and real estate sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with the analysis period 2018-2021. Hypothesis testing was carried out using a non-parametric mean difference test, namely the Wilcoxon signed rank test. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant difference in the decline in earnings management practices after the implementation of PSAK 72. This theme supports that this standard is able to improve revenue recognition and provide more comprehensive guidance regarding contracts with customers so that profits reduce agency risk.

Abstract

Managing efficiency in the procurement of goods and services in non-profit organizations is a crucial aspect in supporting the continuity and sustainability of social missions. In the era of globalization and digital transformation, the role of Information Technology (IT) cannot be ignored. Non-profit organizations are often faced with challenges in improving procurement efficiency, including managing limited resources and limited access to the latest information. The main objective of this research is to analyze and document the impact of applying Information Technology in improving the efficiency of procurement of goods and services in non-profit organizations profit. The research design that can be used is a case study or field experiment. The results of this research show that the adoption of Information Technology (IT) in the procurement of goods and services in non-profit organizations makes a significant contribution to operational efficiency and achieving humanitarian goals. This success depends not only on the technology itself, but also on the organization's commitment to continuously developing IT policies and infrastructure.
