Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of employee involvement in the recruitment and job assignment process on employee performance. The research results also show that employee work performance achievement refers to the employee's abilities. Human resources are a very effective source because they can produce organizational success anywhere, this is also an important part considering the very tight competition. In order to improve performance to perfection, the company must also be able to ensure that an employee is selected and assigned to the right work assignment or position for where they work. This research aims to determine the influence of an employee's recruitment, appointment and commitment to work on employee performance in human resources.

Abstract

HR is an important asset of the company. In the current era amid rapid development, people or organizations must be aware of the need for the availability of human resources (HR) with high abilities and competence, HR is one of the factors that cannot be separated from an organization because it is basically a planner, implementer, and also a driving force in achieving organizational goals. The results of research using the literature review method, searching and studying carefully the literature (literature study), show that personnel planning, recruitment, and selection need to be carried out in order to achieve organizational goals effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

Human Resources is organizational management that manages human elements well which is useful for maintaining a good workforce. HR is the key to the success of an organization in a company. Culture and communication are one of the keys to forming quality human resources. Employee performance is something that must be known and informed to certain parties in order to achieve work goals. Organizational culture is a bridge to create good employee performance. With the existence of an organizational culture, a group will be able to increase the values, beliefs, norms and assumptions that already apply. So that a group carries out a performance in one way or with the same vision. Communication is one of the media needed to shape good employee performance through quality human resources. With communication, the vision carried out while working will be in line. Based on this article, organizational culture and communication apparently have an impact on employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction at Tokopedia Shunyang Marine Fish at PT. Indotama Putra Wahana, Bekasi. The sample used was 30 Tokopedia Shunyang Marine Fish customers who made purchases. The sampling technique in this research used accidental sampling. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The analytical method used in this research is a simple regression analysis method with the SPSS 26 application. The research results based on (t test) show that service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The results of the Coefficient of Determination test obtained an R Square of 0.980. This shows that the dependent variable customer satisfaction is 98.0% influenced by the independent variable service quality, while 2.0% is influenced by other variables that have not been examined in this research.

Abstract

Culture arises from human wisdom and/or power, creativity, work, intention, thoughts, and customs, whether consciously or unconsciously, and can be recognized as civilized behavior. It defines the way of life within an organization. Organizational culture encompasses the emotional and psychological climate or atmosphere. It also encompasses all symbols (actions, routines, conversations, etc.) and their associated meanings between employees and management. Pacanowsky and O'Donnell introduced organizational culture theory, which significantly influences theory and research in organizational communication. They are among several researchers who explore organizational life by examining both employees and their behaviors.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of work discipline and job satisfaction on the work quality of PT employees. PT XYZ in the prepaid electricity program in Central Jakarta. The research sample was 40 respondents using the Slovin formula. Based on the results of this research, work discipline (X1) has a positive and significant effect on work quality (Y), with a significance of 0.006 <0.05. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on work quality (Y) with a significance level of 0.036 <0.05. Simultaneously work discipline (X1) and job satisfaction (X2) have a positive and significant effect on the work quality of PT employees. PT XYZ in the prepaid electricity program in Central Jakarta (Y) from F count > F table (19.723 > 2.38) with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination results obtained R Square 0.516 or 51.6%. influenced by work discipline (X1) and job satisfaction (X2) while the remainder was influenced by the contribution of other variables which were not operationalized by researchers, amounting to 48.4 percent.

Abstract

  The purpose of this research is to find out how job satisfaction and work discipline impact the performance of PT employees. Gemilang Motor Library. This research uses quantitative methods. This research involved 30 employees in the human resources division of PT. Gemilang Motor Library, and the results show that work discipline and job satisfaction variables have a significant influence on employee performance. Work discipline and job satisfaction are important components in improving employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence leadership style, communication, work discipline and culture have on job satisfaction at PT. NCO Tani Nusantara (BTN) West Pasaman. This study consists of four independent variables, namely leadership style, communication, work discipline and organizational culture and one variable of job satisfaction. The analytical method used is path analysis. The method of data collection in this research is to use a questionnaire filled out by respondents, namely employees of PT. NCO Tani Nusantara (BTN) West Pasaman. The results obtained based on the Partial Test (t test) obtained: a) There is a positive and significant influence of leadership style on job satisfaction, b) There is a positive and significant effect of communication on job satisfaction, c) There is a positive and significant effect of work discipline on job satisfaction. , d) There is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction, e) There is a positive and significant influence of leadership style, communication, work discipline and organizational culture on job satisfaction. Finally, the author suggested to PT. Bintara Tani Nusantara (BTN) Pasaman Barat to be able to improve employee empowerment, leadership style, communication, work discipline and organizational culture

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the variable influence of work motivation and work stress on the performance of employees of PT. Astra Credit Compaines Kwitang Branch. The research used is a quantitative method. The research took a sample of 32 employees at PT. Astra Credit Compaines Kwitang Branch, then the results showed motivation variables work and work stress have a significant influence on employee performance. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi dampak produk terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. 2) Untuk memahami pengaruh harga terhadap pilihan pembelian Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kuantitatif dan menggunakan random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat untuk mengumpulkan data, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 partisipan. Variabel produk dan harga memiliki dampak yang signifikan dan menguntungkan terhadap keputusan pembelian di Bengkel Motor Andri Karawang, sesuai dengan hasil pengujian yang dikumpulkan secara simultan. Selanjutnya, temuan pengujian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa, di Bengkel Motor Andri Karawang, produk, harga, dan promosi memiliki dampak yang menguntungkan dan substansial terhadap keputusan pembelian, tetapi faktor tempat tidak memiliki pengaruh yang nyata terhadap keputusan pembelian, meskipun di Bengkel Motor Andri Karawang, harga, promosi, dan produk semuanya memiliki peran yang besar.
