Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe the results of the analysis of the influence of the work environment and organizational commitment on work productivity through job satisfaction. The research method uses a quantitative approach, by determining the sample or data source using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 5% as a computational tool to measure the sample size because it is known that the population is more than 100 respondents. Test the instrument using validity tests and reliability tests. Meanwhile, hypothesis testing uses the R square test, path analysis test, model fit test. The results of research on employees of PDAM Tirta Bara Banjarnegara Regency using the SmartPLS 3 calculation tool and quantitative research methods, it can be seen that the work environment has no effect on work productivity, the work environment has an effect on job satisfaction, organizational commitment has an effect on job satisfaction, organizational commitment has an effect on work productivity, job satisfaction influences work productivity, the work environment influences work productivity through job satisfaction, and organizational commitment influences work productivity through job satisfaction. As an agency that depends on employee performance, PDAM Tirta Bara Banjarnegara Regency needs to pay attention to several aspects, such as a conducive work environment needed to optimize employee performance, commitment from the organization in respecting what employees have given to the company, positive job satisfaction is also needed to create high employee work productivity.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of workload and work environment on employee turnover intention. The sample used in this research was 50 respondents. Data collection techniques used observation, questionnaires and literature study. Data analysis technique using multiple linear regression. The results of the research show that partially and simultaneously workload and work environment do not have a significant effect on turnover intention among employees of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Bima Branch.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of occupational safety and health on work productivity.     The sampling technique used in this research uses purposive sampling so that the sample used in this research is permanent employees at PT. PLN (PERSERO) UP3 Bima, totaling 56 people. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires and literature study. Data analysis technique using simple linear regression. The research results show that there is a significant influence between occupational safety and health on employee work productivity at PT. PLN (PERSERO) UP3 Bima.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence on Brand Image and Taste at Richeese Factory on Purchasing Decisions through Purchase Intention. In this research, quantitative research methods were used and un obtaining samples the author used Non-Probability Sampling techniques. The number of samples used in this research was 100 respondents, where the focus of these respondents was consumers of Richeese Factory Golden City, Bekasi City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of workload and job satisfaction on performance on the Shopee Xpress Hub Cakung Courier. The research method used is quantitative research with sampling technique that is simple random sampling and the slovin formula obtained by 148 respondents. However, data was successfully collected from 151 respondents to improve validity and reliability. Data were collected through questionnaires with (scale Likert 1-4) and analyzed using multiple linear regression tests with SPSS version 26. The results showed that the workload did not affect and insignificant to performance with a calculated t value -1,175 < 1,976 (t table) and Sig 0.242 > 0.05. Meanwhile, job satisfaction influence and significantly to performance with a calculated of t value 4.358 > 1.976 (t table) and Sig 0,000 < 0.05. Then, the calculated F value 9.547 > 3.06 (f table) and Sig 0,000 < 0.05 show that workload and job satisfaction simultaneously affect the performance on the Shopee Xpress Hub Cakung Courier. This study provides important insight into the factors that affect courier performance, with special emphasis on the importance of workload and job satisfaction in improving performance.

Abstract

The rapid development of businesses corresponds with the growing needs of society. Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) represent a sector capable of offering a diverse array of products and services and play a crucial role in providing job opportunities as a solution to unemployment problems. This study focuses on MSME owners in the Mekar Bhuwana Village, Abiansemal District. According to records from the Mekar Bhuwana Village Office in 2023, there are 194 MSMEs from various industries. The aim of this research is to evaluate the influence of financial literacy and financial technology on financial management. The study population includes MSME owners in Mekar Bhuwana Village, Abiansemal District, with a sample size of 66 respondents. The data analysis methods used include Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression, Coefficient of Determination, t-Test, and F-Test. The results of the study show that financial literacy and financial technology together have a significant impact on financial management; financial literacy significantly positively affects financial management, and financial technology also significantly positively influences financial management.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the optimal stock selection on the Indonesia Stock Exchange using the Single Index Model method, focusing on stocks included in the LQ45 index during the 2019-2023 period. The selection of data samples used in this study is Purposive Sampling and the analysis technique in this study is quantitative descriptive analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, 15 stocks were selected that were included in the LQ45 index category. The results of the study showed that from a sample of 15 stocks, there were 2 stocks that fell into the optimal stock criteria, namely Adaro Energy Tbk (ADRO) and Bank Central Asia Tbk (BBCA), these stocks had an overall Expected Return (ER) of 3.95% and an overall Variance of 2.447%.

Abstract

In the increasingly developing digital era, online buying and selling transactions have become the main choice for many consumers in Indonesia). Ease of access, a variety of product choices, and flexibility in payment and delivery are the main factors that make e-commerce platforms an attractive option for consumers. Shopee, one of the most popular e-commerce platforms in Indonesia, has succeeded in attracting consumer attention through good user experience, easy cash on delivery services, and adaptation to consumer lifestyles. Even though Shopee is relatively new compared to other platforms, this application is still the main choice for Indonesian consumers to shop online. In 2023, Sea Group, Shopee's parent company, recorded its first net profit of US$162.7 million since its IPO in 2017. Forrest Li, CEO of Sea Group, stated that this achievement was driven by market leadership in the e-commerce business, development of the digital financial services business, and stabilization of the performance of the digital entertainment business.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, an organization is dynamic in responding to change in order to survive and achieve organizational goals. There are internal and external factors that influence organizational change, so an organization must respond well and appropriately to every change that arises. This research uses quantitative methods. A population is a group of individuals with different characteristics that are of interest in a study. The population in this study was 194 people. A sample is a portion of the population taken through certain methods that also has certain characteristics. The Slovin formula was used to eliminate several percent of the population that had to be sampled so that 66 respondents were obtained. The results of the coefficient of determination test for the dependent variable can be influenced by variables of 0.663 or 66,3%, while the remaining 33,7% is influenced by other variables. In the F test, the Fcount score is 129,071 > 3.14 and the significant value is 0.000 < 0.05. So it can be explained that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means that training has a positive and significant effect on performance and the model is said to be feasible. The results of the t test show that training has a t-count value of 11,361 t table of 1.66980 and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that training has a significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of Emotional Intelligence, Organizational Culture and Leadership Style on Organizational Behavior in Employees of Grand Laguna Hotel and Villa Karanganyar.The approach used in this study uses Multiple Linear Regression analysis technique with the population of all employees of Grand Laguna Hotel and Villa Karanganyar The sample of this study is 50 respondents who work at Grand Laguna Hotel and Villa Karanganyar.Technique Data collection in this study used a questionnaire and was processed using IBM SPSS Statistic 25. The conclusion of the results of this study is that there is an influence of the three independent variables on the dependent variables studied in this study. Emotional Intelligence, Organizational Culture, and Leadership Style have a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior.
