Abstract

Abstract. Industry 5.0 brings profound changes through advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence, robotics, IoT, and Big Data. This research explores the crucial role of transformational leadership in addressing these changes. Case studies in various Industry 5.0 companies are used to collect data through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings indicate that transformational leadership plays a crucial role in facilitating the adoption of new technologies, accelerating the change process, and achieving organizational transformation goals. Practical implications highlight the need for developing transformational leadership skills to address challenges and opportunities in this Industry 5.0 era. Organizations need to invest in developing visionary leadership, focused on employee development, and capable of creating innovative and adaptive work environments. This research contributes to understanding the important role of transformational leadership in managing change in the Industry 5.0 era.

Abstract

Salary is the main form of payment given to employees for work done. Payments are made every month. Leadership is an effort of a leader to be able to realize individual goals or organizational goals. Work commitment is a condition of an employee who sides with the company and has a desire to maintain his membership in a particular company. The population in this study were all employees in the company, amounting to 45 people. The sample in this study amounted to 45 people. This research used questionnaire to obtain respondents’ answers. Hypothesis test results partially indicate that salary variable significantly influence the work commitment of employees of PT. Horas Beringin Makmur, Lubuk Pakam. Hypothesis test results partially indicate that leadership variable significantly influence the work commitment of employees of PT. Abstract

This research focuses on the influence of information and communication technology (ICT) in public administration. Technology has changed the way many sectors work, including public administration, and this research aims to understand how these changes have affected the efficiency and effectiveness of public services. Using a variety of research methods, we examine how ICT has influenced administrative processes, as well as the resulting impacts, both positive and negative. Initial findings suggest that the use of ICT in public administration can bring significant improvements in the efficiency and effectiveness of services, although there are also challenges to be overcome. This research is expected to provide new insights into how best to utilize ICT in public administration for optimal results.

Abstract

Work motivation is the main driver of employees to work optimally in achieving company goals. Providing good motivation will create enthusiasm for employees who will improve the performance of each employee. Many factors affect work motivation, including selection and placement. This study was to determine the effect of Job Selection and Placement on Employee Motivation at PT. Radja Angkut Indonesia both partially and simultaneously.This type of research is a quantitative descriptive method. The object of research in this study is the employees of PT. Radja Angkut Indonesia, amounting to 65 people. The sampling technique uses a saturated sampling technique which means the population is the same as the sample. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis.The results showed that partially and simultaneously Job Selection and Placement had an effect on the Employee Motivation of PT. Radja Angkut Indonesia. Companies are advised to maintain or improve the selection process that has been going well by including a certificate/recommendation that remains one of the considerations for prospective workers. Employee placement should be based on academic achievement, employee experience, good physical and mental health, marital status, and age. Determination of these criteria, it is important for the company to get employees who are truly in accordance with the job description. With proper placement, work motivation is expected to increase so that company goals can be achieved.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the interconnectedness among intellectual capital, human capital, public relation strategy, AI integration, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and company image within organizational settings.The study utilizes purposive sampling to select participants from diverse industries. Data collection involves in-depth interviews and document analysis. Through thematic analysis, the research explores the nuanced relationships among the variables, uncovering how they contribute to shaping company image. The findings shed light on the significance of strategic integration of intellectual and human capital, effective public relation strategies, AI utilization, and CSR initiatives in bolstering company image, offering valuable insights for organizational stakeholders.

Abstract

This study investigates the intricate dynamics among interpersonal communication skills, parenting styles, AI integration, and school environment in influencing learning motivation. The research aims to discern how these factors interplay and impact students' motivation to learn. Employing a phenomenological research model, the study employs purposive sampling to select participants, consisting of students, parents, educators, and AI integration specialists. Data collected through interviews and observations are analyzed using thematic analysis techniques. Preliminary findings reveal multifaceted relationships between these variables, highlighting the significant role of supportive interpersonal communication, authoritative parenting styles, effective AI integration, and conducive school environments in fostering intrinsic motivation among learners. This research contributes to a nuanced understanding of the complex mechanisms underlying learning motivation in contemporary educational settings.

Abstract

Main Problem: Differences in previous research on the influence of inflation, interest rates and exchange rates on the IHSG value. Purpose: to carry out a form of test and analyze inflation against the IHSG. Apart from that, it will also be analyzed how interest rates affect the JCI. Then it will also be analyzed how the exchange rate influences the JCI. Originality: This research focuses on conducting tests and analyzing inflation, interest rates and exchange rates in influencing the IHSG. Method: This research falls into the category of quantitative research. This research was carried out as a case study to provide a detailed, in-depth and comprehensive explanation of objects in a limited area. Results: Based on the results after testing the analysis system with a multiple linear regression model and by carrying out a t test, this way we can we conclude that a value of inflation and a value of interest rates have a negative influence on the value of the IHSG (composite stock price index), but meanwhile the value of an exchange rate has a positive influence on the IHSG ( composite stock price index).

Abstract

This research aims to explore the utilization of AI-driven marketing strategies for fostering ethical branding in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The research model adopts a qualitative approach, employing in-depth interviews with key stakeholders and content analysis of marketing campaigns. A purposive sampling technique is utilized to select participants from diverse MSMEs. Data analysis involves thematic analysis, identifying patterns and themes related to sustainability, AI integration, and ethical branding practices. The study reveals that MSMEs can effectively leverage AI-driven marketing to enhance their ethical branding initiatives, fostering consumer trust and loyalty while contributing to sustainable development goals. This research underscores the importance of ethical branding strategies driven by AI technologies in enhancing the sustainability agenda within MSMEs.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the implementation of online workshops for automotive maintenance in DKI Jakarta. The study adopts a qualitative approach to gain insights into the effectiveness and challenges of conducting such workshops. Purposive sampling is employed to select participants with diverse backgrounds and experiences in automotive maintenance. Data collection methods include interviews, observations, and document analysis. Thematic analysis is utilized to identify patterns, themes, and key findings from the collected data. The study reveals valuable insights into the feasibility, benefits, and limitations of implementing online workshops for automotive maintenance in DKI Jakarta. The findings contribute to a deeper understanding of the potential of online platforms in facilitating vocational education and skill development in the automotive sector
