Abstract

Post-COVID-19 recovery, retail businesses that fail to adjust their sales practices will experience decreased cash and Inventory Turnover, leading to reduced profitability.So the goal of this study is to bjectively demonstrate the influence of Cash Turnover and Inventory Turnover on Return On Asset, both partially and concurrently. This study does descriptive quantitative research. The unit of analysis includes 16 retail nterprises listed on the IDX from 2022 to 2023. The data type is based on secondary data. With the SPSS version 27 rogram, the data is processed using the partial t test and the simultaneous F test.. The research using the partial t test yielded a t value of -1.266 < t table (2.045) and a sig value of 0.215 > 0.05, indicating that Cash Turnover has no partial influence on ROA. Inventory Turnover has a limited influence on ROA, as indicated by a t value of -2.673 compared to t table (2.045) and a sig value of 0.012 < 0.05 (H2 accepted). The simultaneous F test findings show a F count of 3.945> 3.32 (F table) with a sig value of 0.031 <0.05, indicating that both Cash Turnover and Inventory Turnover impact ROA (H3 approved).

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Perceived Organizational Support (POS) on work engagement among expatriate employees at PT.X. This research employs a quantitative approach with a correlational survey design, involving 40 expatriate employees working in various countries. The research instrument consists of a questionnaire comprising the POS scale and the Work Engagement scale. The correlation analysis results show a significant positive relationship between POS and work engagement, with a correlation coefficient of r = 0.62 (p < 0.01). Linear regression analysis indicates that POS significantly predicts work engagement, with a regression coefficient β = 0.57 (p < 0.01), and POS accounts for 38% of the variance in work engagement. These results suggest that perceived organizational support plays a crucial role in enhancing expatriate employees' work engagement. These findings also support social exchange theory, which posits that employees who feel supported by their organization are more likely to reciprocate with higher levels of commitment and engagement. The practical implication of this study is the importance for multinational companies like PT.X to develop and strengthen support programs for expatriate employees to enhance their engagement and performance.

Abstract

The research entitled "Quality of Service, Product Quality and Price Influence on Customer Satisfaction at Oxyco Café Solobaru" aims to find out how customer satisfaction is influenced by the quality of service, product quality, and price. The quantitative and associative methods used in this study are double linear regression. The study of the relationship between two or more variables is considered an association. Because the population of the study is unknown, sampling was conducted using a non-opportunity method. Heir et al. method for measuring samples Research results show that customer satisfaction is significantly influenced by the quality of service, product quality, and price. In addition, service quality variables, product quality, and price are also significantly influenced by dependent variables.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of employee recruitment and selection on employee performance at PT Tifico Fiber Indonesia Tbk, Tangerang City. The method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The sampling technique used was a saturated sampling technique with a sample of 50 respondents. In collecting data using observation techniques and distributing questionnaires. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that recruitment has a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 7.726 + 0.801 X1. The correlation coefficient value for the Recruitment variable is 0.806, meaning that the two variables have a very strong level of relationship with a coefficient of determination of 42.0%. Hypothesis testing obtained a value of tcount > ttable or (9.445 > 2.012). Thus Ho1 is rejected and Ha1 is accepted. This means that there is a significant influence between recruitment and employee performance. Employee selection has a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 18.408 + 0.613 X2. The Job Stress correlation coefficient value is 0.815, meaning that the two variables have a very strong level of relationship with a coefficient of determination of 42.0%. Hypothesis testing obtained a value of tcount > ttable or (5.899 > 2.012). Thus, H02 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence between employee selection and employee performance. Employee Recruitment and Selection has a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y= Y= 6.719 + 0.686 X1 + 0.157 X2. The correlation coefficient value is 0.815, meaning that the independent variable and the related variables have a very strong level of relationship with a coefficient of determination of 66.4%. Hypothesis testing obtained a value of fcount > ftable or (46.493 > 3.20). Thus, Ho3 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted, meaning that there is a significant simultaneous influence between Employee Recruitment and Selection on Employee Performance at PT. Tifico Fiber Indonesia Tbk Tangerang City.

Abstract

Earnings management is the intervention by management in the process of determining the company's earnings to gain benefits from external parties. This study aims to provide empirical evidence regarding the influence of leverage, company size, company growth, profitability, and capital structure on earnings management in the Food and Beverage Subsector companies for the period 2019-2023. The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling, resulting in a sample of 12 companies. The results of this study indicate that leverage, profitability, and capital structure have a significant impact on earnings management, while company size and company growth does not have a significant effect on earnings management.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job characteristics and knowledge sharing on job satisfaction with organisational commitment as a mediating variable (study on employees of Bank CIMB Niaga South Jakarta Branch Office). The population in this study are all employees and employees who work at Bank CIMB Niaga South Jakarta Branch Office. The sampling method in this study used the Slovin formula and obtained a sample size of 55 respondents. Data is processed through Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) software. The results showed that better job characteristics can increase job satisfaction and organisational commitment. Similar to job characteristics, better knowledge sharing can also increase job satisfaction and organisational commitment. Meanwhile, stronger organisational commitment is also proven to affect job satisfaction. Organisational commitment acts as a mediator of the effect of job characteristics and knowledge sharing on job satisfaction of employees of Bank CIMB Niaga South Jakarta Branch Office.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Asset Turnover, Net Profit Margin And Asset Structure on Stock Price Coal Mining Sub-Sector Companies Listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2023 Period. The samples for this research are 23 coal mining sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange before 2019. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using a statistical test tools, namely Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) version 26.0 and Microsoft Excel 2021. The data used is secondary data in the form of complete financial reports during the study period. The results showed that the variabel Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Asset Turnover effect on Stock Prices. Net Profit Margin And Asset Structure have no significant effect on Stock Price.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of security, convenience, quality, and application features on customer satisfaction of Bank BPRS Dinar Ashri mobile banking service users. In today's digital era, mobile banking is one of the important services offered by banks to facilitate customer transactions. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method through questionnaires distributed to mobile banking users. The results of the analysis show that the security, convenience, quality, and features of the application have a significant influence on customer satisfaction. From the results of this study, banks can identify factors that need to be considered to increase customer satisfaction with mobile banking services.

Abstract

Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport Makassar is the most crowded airport and serves flights throughout Indonesia and is connected to airports in other major cities. This certainly makes the airport require competent and qualified resources so that they can support the performance of each operational activity at the airport. This study aims to determine the quality of Apron Movement Control Officers based on human resource management analysis and to find out how Apron Movement Control officers can support operational performance at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport Makassar. This study uses a qualitative method, namely through interviews, observations, and documentation of the Apron Movement Control (AMC) personal unit. The study was conducted for one month at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport Makassar. The results of this study are that AMC Officers at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport Makassar can be said to be quite qualified because several components in HRD including recruitment, training, and mentoring, work discipline, and abilities and expertise have been implemented, but it can be seen that there is still a lack of responsibility in punctuality and less than optimal handling of existing problems. To minimize problems like before, AMC officers must recruit and pay more attention to the applicable SOP. That way, operational activities at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport Makassar can run well.

Abstract

Garuda Indonesia airline experienced passenger growth in the third quarter of 2023 of 10,498,823 passengers or 36.45 percent from the previous period in 2022. This increase also resulted in an increase in cargo transportation which reached 144,000 tons. The method used in this study, the researcher used a qualitative research method. The data collection process carried out by the researcher through an interview process conducted with the load master unit consisting of 3 officers, documentation and observation were carried out by the researcher by coming directly to the research location. The steps for data analysis carried out by the researcher through data reduction, data presentation, and finally drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the process of handling cargo and baggage from loading to reporting has met the SOP. Problems that are often experienced when handling baggage and cargo during loading are delays in activities during preparation at ground time, the causes of which include factors such as Facilities, Human Resources, Human Error, Passenger, and Load.
