Abstract

At Bandung's Husein Sastranegara Airport, the Terminal Inspection Service (TIS) Unit is tasked with supervising and ensuring that terminal facilities function optimally in accordance with service standards. This research aims to find out how the monitoring system is carried out by the Terminal Inspection Service (TIS) unit and what obstacles are faced by Terminal Inspection Service (TIS) officers in the process of monitoring facilities at T.Angkasa Pura II at Husein Sastranegara Airport. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research was carried out at Husein Sastranegara Airport in Bandung for 1 month, from 1 August to 31 August 2024. The results obtained in the research are monitoring of airport facilities by the Terminal Inspection Service (TIS) Unit at Husein Sastranegara Airport carried out in collaboration with the Airport Authority for more effective monitoring and quick response to emergency situations. Challenges such as technological and environmental limitations can be overcome by procuring advanced technology, increasing coordination, and adjusting regulations. This effort aims to create a safe and comfortable airport, as well as support smooth flight operations.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Student Administration Services on Student Satisfaction at HKBP Lintongnihuta Private High School. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method with inferential statistics. The population is all students of HKBP Lintongnihuta Private High School in the 2024/2025 academic year totaling 250 people and a sample of 65 people was determined using a random sampling technique. Data were collected with a closed questionnaire of 40 items. From the validity test, rxy was obtained for the X variable questionnaire, namely items number 1 to item number 27, it is known that 25 items are valid because r count is (between 0.407 and 0.766)> r table = 0.312, and it is known that 2 questionnaire items are invalid, namely questionnaires number 12 and number 17 because r count is (between 0.180 and 0.306) < r table = 0.312. Meanwhile, the validity test obtained rxy for the Y variable questionnaire, namely items number 28 to item number 42, it was found that 15 items were valid because r count was (between 0.402 to 0.834) > r table = 0.312. The results of data analysis show that student administration services have a positive effect on student satisfaction at HKBP Lintongnihuta Private High School, as evidenced by the following data analysis: 1) Analysis requirement test: a) positive influence test obtained rxy value = 0.633> rtable ( = 0.05, n = 65) = 0.244 thus it is known that there is a positive influence between variable X and variable Y. b) Significant relationship test obtained tcount value = 6.485> ttable ( = 0.05, dk = n-2 = 63) = 2.000 thus there is a significant relationship between variable X and variable Y. 2) Influence test: a) Regression equation test, obtained regression equation Y ̂="14","207"+0.460X. b) Regression determination coefficient test (r2) = 40%. 3) Hypothesis testing using the F test obtained Fcount > Ftable, namely 42.061 > 4.00. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. It can be concluded that student administration services have a positive and significant effect on student satisfaction at HKBP Lintongnihuta Private High School.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze and determine the influence of teacher performance on student learning outcomes at the HKBP Lintongnihuta Private Vocational School for the 2023/2024 Academic Year. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with an initial statistical statistical approach. The population is all students of the HKBP Liintongniihuta Private Vocational School for the 2023/2024 academic year, totaling 245 people and a sample of 71 was determined using random sampling techniques. Data was collected using a closed questionnaire with 34 items. The results of data analysis show that teacher performance has a positive and significant influence on student learning outcomes at the HKBP Liintongniihuta Private Vocational School for the 2023/2024 Academic Year, proven through the following data analysis: 1) Test the analysis requirements: a) positive relationship test obtained by the value rxy = 0.550 > rtable(=0.05,n=71) = 0.235, thus it is known that there is a positive relationship between variable =n-2=69)= 2,000, thus there is a significant relationship between variable b) Regression coefficient of determination test (r2) = 30.2%. 3) Test the hypothesis using the F test to obtain Fcount > Ftable, namely 29.894 > 4.00. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. So it can be concluded that teacher performance has a positive and significant influence on student learning outcomes at the HKBP Lintongnihuta Private Vocational School for the 2023/2024 Academic Year.

Abstract

Considering current developments, business entities are required to manage activities within their companies while at the same time being able to overcome problems that arise in the field of controlling their assets. Suku Dinas Kebudayaan Kota Adminitrasi Jakarta Timur is an agency that operates in the field of employment activities by carrying out programs such as craftsmanship development, craftsmanship development in public areas, carrying out crafts training, such as mursik art, fine art and dance art, as well as the City Employment Service Surkur. Suku Dinas Kebudayaan Kota Adminitrasi Jakarta Timur administration is also active in organizing events at the city level by providing entertainment in the form of selected arts such as regional dances, mursik tanjidor. This research aims to find out whether the internal control system for petty cash is running in accordance with the components in COSO (Committee of Sponsoring Organizations). The data collection method used in preparing the thesis is the observation and interview method with the analysis method in the form of qualitative analysis. Suku Dinas Kebudayaan Kota Adminitrasi Jakarta Timur has an organizational structure that separates each staff's duties. From the results of observations and interviews using assessments measured by the five components of the internal control system for petty cash implemented by the Suku Dinas Kebudayaan Kota Adminitrasi Jakarta Timur, it is in accordance with the components of the internal control system.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of digital literacy on the interest and readiness of Generation Z to engage in entrepreneurship in the era of technological transformation. Findings from a digital entrepreneurship socialization program revealed a significant increase in Generation Z's understanding and motivation to initiate technology-based businesses after participating in training and discussions. One major challenge identified was the lack of comprehensive digital literacy, including skills in data analysis, e-commerce platform management, and strategic digital marketing. Evaluation through pre- and post-tests showed that digital literacy effectively builds participants' confidence in utilizing technology to plan and manage businesses. Additionally, the collaboration between educational institutions, the government, and the private sector is essential in creating a sustainable ecosystem of learning and guidance to support the growth of digital entrepreneurship among Generation Z. With adequate digital skills and understanding, Generation Z holds a greater potential for innovation, competitiveness, and contribution to the digital economy.

Abstract

Employee motivation is crucial to ensuring that every employee can work optimally. This study aims to identify the low levels of employee motivation at PT XYZ. The decline in motivation is caused by several issues, such as compensation that does not meet expectations and less harmonious working relationships. These factors have resulted in the company's targets not being achieved. The research method used is qualitative descriptive, with data collection methods including in-depth interviews, observations, literature studies, and documentation. The results of the study show that adequate compensation can increase employee motivation. Furthermore, harmonious working relationships can help employees complete their tasks effectively. This study recommends improving compensation policies and efforts to create a conducive working environment to enhance employee motivation, thereby enabling the company to achieve its targets.

Abstract

This study explores how to improve the social and economic welfare of farmers in Bulungan Regency through the implementation of Islamic Business Ethics. Although the agricultural sector has great potential, many farmers still face problems such as low income and lack of access to technology. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs from mining companies have also not fully met their needs. The method used in this study is a case study with a qualitative approach, involving interviews, observations, and group discussions with farmers and company representatives. The results show that the implementation of Islamic Business Ethics principles, such as fairness and transparency, can improve the relationship between companies and farmers. CSR programs that involve farmer participation in planning have been shown to have a positive impact. This study recommends that support for farmer groups be increased, CSR programs be adjusted to farmers' needs, and the importance of education about Islamic Business Ethics. With these steps, it is hoped that the welfare of farmers in Bulungan Regency can be improved.

Abstract

This study discusses the marketing strategy of the culinary business Cigor Mang Al, founded by Ali Wardana in Tasikmalaya. The business utilizes social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok to expand its market reach and increase sales. With a limited initial capital, Ali successfully grew daily sales from 30 pieces to 250-300 pieces through creative marketing strategies on social media. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, collecting data through interviews and observations. The results show that social media usage not only helps expand the market but also builds brand awareness and customer loyalty. Additionally, product innovation in the form of frozen food has enabled expansion to other cities like Bandung and Yogyakarta. In conclusion, the success of Cigor Mang Al demonstrates the importance of innovation, consistency in quality, and effective social media utilization in supporting the growth of culinary businesses in the digital era.

Abstract

Optimal customer service is one of the main indicators of the success of banking services, especially in the customer service department. However, inefficient queues are often an obstacle in meeting customer expectations. This study aims to understand the queue system implemented at BNI KCP UNM, identify the main obstacles, and explore strategies that can improve efficiency and service satisfaction. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with customer service staff and customers, direct observation of the queue system, and analysis of documents related to service policies. The results of the study show that the current queue system faces several challenges, such as lack of flexibility in handling customer surges during peak hours, limited human resources, and lack of use of supporting technology. In addition, customer experiences reveal a sense of dissatisfaction caused by long wait times and lack of information related to the queue process. The conclusion of this study is that the optimization of the queue system requires a holistic approach, including the development of technology-based systems, improving staff competencies, and more effective communication with customers. These strategies can support the achievement of more efficient services and increase customer satisfaction at BNI KCP UNM.

Abstract

Due to population growth and the increasing number of vehicles, traffic congestion has become a major problem in Aceh, especially in large cities like Banda Aceh and Aceh Besar. This chaos has led to increased fuel costs, decreased productivity, and wasted time. Environmental factors such as increased carbon emissions and noise also affect the community's quality of life. The aim of this research is to study how traffic congestion impacts the fields of transportation, economy, and environment in Aceh. This study will also seek the main causes of congestion, such as the lack of public transportation, the imbalance between the number of vehicles and road capacity, and the non-ideal urban spatial patterns. We conducted the research using a descriptive qualitative approach, which involved direct observation, semi-structured interviews, and document analysis. The research results show that improving road infrastructure, better urban planning, and higher quality public transportation are strategic steps to reduce congestion. The sustainable solution suggested by this study is the integration of technology in community awareness campaigns and traffic management. We expect these findings to assist Aceh policymakers in addressing congestion, enhancing mobility, and fostering economic growth.
