Tujuan penelitian untuk mengkaji manajemen kurikulum dalam upaya peningkatan mutu pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka. Dengan tujuan untuk melihat manajemen kurikulum dalam meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran melalui peningkatan mutu dan kualitas sumber daya manusia. Usaha untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan harus didukung oleh semua pihak, termasuk para pengelola lembaga pendidikan di tingkat pusat, wilayah sampai pada tingkat sekolah termasuk di kelas. Pelaksanaan desentralisasi pendidikan di era otonomi daerah, masing-masing daerah seyogianya memiliki rancangan kurikulum peningkatan mutu tersendiri yang merupakan penjabaran atau implementasi dari kurikulum pendidikan yang ditetapkan oleh pusat. Hal demikian sangat sesuai dengan tuntutan kurikulum, dimana baik pemerintah daerah maupun pada level bawah sekalipun (sekolah) diberikan kebebasan untuk menjabarkan program-program peningkatan mutu sehingga dikemudian hari di masing-masing daerah saling berkompetisi demi kemajuan pendidikan di daerah masing-masing

restructuring techniques to reduce sadfishing in students. The method in this study used in this study is quantitative method, using the type of experimental research. The population in the implementation of this research is the students of the Islamic Counseling Guidance Study Program class of 2020, consisting of 141 people. The sampling technique in this study uses the Purpuse Sampling system with predetermined criteria, namely Islamic Counseling Guidance Students class of 2020, High and medium sadfishing categories and Willing to be voluntary participants in this study. Data collection techniques use questionnaires, while data analysis uses the Wilcoxon Test. From the results of this study concluded that the experimental group experienced a decrease in the level of sadfishing Prestest (mean) 87 after tretment with group counseling with cognitive restructuring techniques with Postest results (mean) 67. While the control group that did not use cognitive restructuring techniques Prestest mean 83 and postest results 81. The Wilcoxon test shows a 2-tailed, Asymp.sig (2-tailed) value, 018. The value of 018 <0.05, it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, means that it has a difference from the results of Prestest and Posttest. So it was concluded that group counseling with cognitive restructuring techniques is effective in reducing sadfishing in students.Keywords: Group Counseling, Cognitive Restructuring , sadfishing

Manajemen kurikulum merupakan salah satu faktor kunci dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di SMAN 1 Sawahlunto. Dengan manajemen kurikulum yang dikelola dengan baik, sekolah dapat secara efektif merencanakan, melaksanakan, dan evaluasi proses belajar-mengajar untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan yang diinginkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi peran manajemen kurikulum dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di SMAN 1 Sawahlunto. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode wawancara dengan mengumpulkan informasi dari berbagai sumber terkait manajemen kurikulum dan kualitas pembelajaran di SMAN 1 Sawahlunto. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen kurikulum yang baik dapat memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap kualitas pembelajaran di SMAN 1 Sawahlunto. Dengan demikian, manajemen kurikulum yang baik di SMAN 1 Sawahlunto dapat membantu meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran, mengembangkan kompetensi siswa, dan menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi sekolah dan para pendidik untuk memperhatikan peran manajemen kurikulum dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di SMAN 1 Sawahlunto.

The aim of this research is to provide a description of the conceptual study of the independent teaching curriculum and platform. An interesting learning management process in schools as an embodiment of quality implementation of the independent curriculum and describes the strategies used in managing learning to improve quality, especially in schools. This type of research includes literature study using descriptive methods. The research results show that independent education programs and platforms emphasize a proactive attitude towards progressive and transformational change. This can be seen from the focus on positive learning development which can restore the productivity of teaching and learning activities. Through project-oriented learning, the learning process can be more flexible, proactive and adaptive. Educators have the freedom to apply learning methods that are considered appropriate for students so that the implementation of teaching and learning activities can be more interesting, in-depth and independent. For this reason, the results of research analysis show that the use of independent learning programs and platforms is consistent with the Indonesian state's efforts to achieve these goals.

This type of research is a Classroom Action Research (PTK), which is carried out in three meetings. The research subjects were grade V even semester students of UPTD SDN Panggung Baru in the academic year 2022/2023 with a total of 10 students. The type of data in this research is qualitative and quantitative data. Qualitative data were obtained through observation of teacher activities, student activities and learning discipline questionnaires. Quantitative data were obtained through individual written test techniques. Analysis of the data in this study using descriptive analysis techniques and cross tabulation described by tables, graphs and interpretation by percentage.The results of this study indicate that the teacher's activity at the meeting 1 is quite good, the meeting 2 is good, and the meeting 3 is very good. Student activity at meeting 1 was quite active, meeting 2 was active, and meeting 3 was very active. Student learning discipline in meeting 1 was quite disciplined, meeting 2 was disciplined, and meeting 3 was very disciplined, with each meeting experiencing an increase. Classical completeness of student learning outcomes at meeting 1 reached 50%, meeting 2 reached 80%, and 3 reached 100%. Based on these findings it can be concluded that the Problem based learning, Group Investigation and Teams Games Tournament Learning Model can increase student activity, discipline and learning outcomes.

Low levels of activity, critical thinking skills, and learning outcomes in science education are the problems raised in this research. This research used Classroom Action Research (PTK) which was carried out four meetings. This research was attended by fourteen fourth grade students at SDN Tabunganen Kecil, consisting of five girls and nine boys, in the second semester of the 2023/2024 academic year. Based on the findings of this research, teacher activity scores increased from 24 in meeting 1 to 32 in meeting 4. The level of student engagement increased from 36% in meeting 1 to 100% in meeting 4. On the other hand, the percentage of critical thinking skills increased from 36% in meeting 1 to 93% in meeting 4. The percentage of students who achieved classical mastery of learning outcomes increased from 36% meeting 1 to 93% meeting 4. Utilization of PBL and NHT models, in addition to the Video-Based TPACK Approach, can improve student learning outcomes, teacher activity, and critical thinking skills, according to with the findings of this research.

In this study, the authors used movies to improve students' critical thinking. This study used a quasi-experiment and purposive sampling. The population is all students of class VIII at MTsN 7 Agam. Class VIII.1 was taken as a sample. Understanding and critical thinking of students who think in forms are used as instruments for this research. Research data were analyzed quantitatively. The results of the study include: 1) using movies is better than students studying conventionally. 2) students' critical thinking is better by using movies than by using conventional learning. After being examined, it turns out that movies improve students' critical thinking skills rather than using conventional learning. The movie used can be adapted to the situation and conditions of the teaching and learning process.

Based on the observations, problem solving skills are still low and student learning outcomes are also not optimal. Indeed, the learning model used is not optimal, the approach is not appropriate, and the means of interaction required are not appropriate, thus they have an impact on students' development in understanding the concepts. math. The solution to this problem can be using creative learning by applying the PBL model in combination with the TPACK Media Interactive method. For the purpose of describing teacher’s activities, increasing student activities, analyzing problem-solving skills and student learning outcomes. This research methodology uses Quantitative and qualitative methods with Classroom Action Research (CAR) were conducted in 3 meetings. The subjects of this study are 5th grade students at SDN Mantuil 1 Banjarmasin for the academic year 2022/2023, ie a total of 26 students. The results showed that the teacher’s performance reached 26 points with very good criteria, 96% of the student’s activities scored very positively and 88% of the students' problem-solving ability scored high. The achievement criteria and student achievement is 96% in the completed category. It can be concluded that the teacher’s activities are done well, the student’s academic achievement increase.

Penelitian ini berjudul "Pengaruh Pemberian Penguatan Terhadap Kepercayaan Diri Siswa Dalam Pembelajaran Tematik Kelas V di SDN 5 Rambang Kabupaten Muara Enim" bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian penguatan terhadap kepercayaan diri siswa kelas V di SD N 5 Rambang Kabupaten Muara Enim. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode kuasi eksperimen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas V di SD N 5 Rambang yang berjumlah 51 siswa. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 31 siswa yang terdiri dari kelas kontrol sebanyak 15 siswa dan kelas eksperimen sebanyak 16 siswa, yang diambil secara acak menggunakan teknik simple random sampling.Uji validitas instrument menggunakan aplikasi SPSS dengan menggunakan korelasi product moment. Uji reliabilitas instrument menggunakan alpha cronback. Uji persyaratan analisis menggunakan uji normalitas dan homogenitas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji-t berpasangan (paired sampel t-Test). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Kepercayaan diri siswa kelas eksperimen sebelum diberikan penguatan saat proses pembelajaran berada pada kualifikasi cukup percaya diri, dengan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dimana persentase siswa yang cukup percaya diri sebesar 43,75%. 2) Kepercayaan diri siswa kelas eksperimen setelah diberikan penguatan saat proses pembelajaran meningkat dan berada pada kualifikais sangat percaya diri, dengan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dimana persentase siswa yang sangat percaya diri sebesar 43,75%. 3) kepercayaan diri siswa kelas kontrol yang tidak diberikan penguatan saat proses pembelajaran berada pada kualifikasi kurang percaya diri, hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil penellitian yang diperoleh dimana persentase siswa yang kurang percaya diri sebesar 40%. 4) Terdapat pengaruh pemberian penguatan terhadap kepercayaan diri siswa kelas V di SD N 5 Rambang. Hal ini dibuktikan melalui hasil uji hipotesis menggunakan uji-t berpasangan (paires sampel t-Test) dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 yang mana nilai tersebut lebih kecil dari 0,05. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima sehingga dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh pemberian penguatan terhadap kepercayaan diri siswa dalam pembelajaran tematik kelas V di SDN 5 Rambang. Namun besaran pengaruh pemberian penguatan terhadap kepercayaan diri siswa hanya sebesar 40,5% selebihnya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain..
