Abstract

This study analyzes Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) as voluntary behavior of employees that exceeds formal job requirements among Non-Civil Servant Government Employees (PPNPN) at the Ministry of National Development Planning/National Development Planning Agency (PPN/Bappenas). The importance of this study is driven by the strategic role of PPNPN in policy formulation and national development planning; however, their non-civil servant status may influence voluntary work behavior, which is critical for organizational effectiveness. The research was conducted in 2025 with a population of 1,088 PPNPN and used a purposive sample of 190 PPNPN with a Master's degree (S2). The research method employed a quantitative approach with a causal design, data collection through a structured 5-point Likert scale questionnaire, and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis using SmartPLS 4.0 software to test the influence of Career Planning, Compensation, and Organization Climate on OCB with Perceived Organizational Support (POS) as a mediator. The results of the study indicate that Career Planning (t=8.569; p=0.000), Compensation (t=1.985; p=0.020), and Organization Climate (t=2.665; p=0.004) have a significant positive effect on OCB. POS was found to be effective in partially mediating this relationship, although Career Planning does not directly influence POS, it can still influence OCB through POS mediation with an R² value of 0.617, explaining 61.7% of the variation in OCB

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of liquidity, profitability, leverage, and company size on stock returns, with environmental performance as a moderation variable in energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2019–2024 period. The method used is a quantitative approach with a panel data regression technique, using secondary data in the form of annual financial reports and PROPER scores from the Ministry of Environment and Forestry as indicators of environmental performance. The results of the study show that partially, only leverage has a significant negative effect on stock returns. Meanwhile, liquidity, profitability, and firm size did not show a significant influence. The environmental performance variable also does not have a significant effect on stock returns. However, the interaction between leverage and environmental performance has a significant positive effect, indicating that good environmental practices can moderate the negative impact of leverage on stock returns. These findings underscore the importance of integrating sustainability aspects into the company's financial strategy to increase investor confidence, especially in the energy sector which has high environmental risks.

Abstract

Heart failure with reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF) is a leading global cause of illness and death. Although treatments exist, recurrence and mortality rates remain high. The Fantastic Four therapy—combining ARNI, beta-blockers, MRAs, and SGLT2 inhibitors—has proven effective in improving outcomes. However, its implementation faces challenges such as clinical, regulatory, and access barriers, as well as limited understanding among healthcare providers. This research aims to analyze the latest clinical evidence underlying the recommendation for using the Fantastic Four in heart failure management, as well as to evaluate its suitability and implications for clinical practice. The research method used is a qualitative approach through literature review, with analysis stages including data screening, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Research findings indicate that all four classes of medications are highly effective in reducing cardiovascular mortality and hospitalization rates in patients with HFrEF. The latest guidelines from the ESC 2021 and ACC/AHA/HFSA 2022 recommend initiating this therapy simultaneously from the time of diagnosis. However, implementation in practice, including in Indonesia, remains inconsistent. Lack of clinician understanding and the absence of these therapies in the JKN scheme pose additional barriers. Patient compliance issues, drug interactions, and monitoring of side effects also present challenges. Therefore, systematic strategies, education, and evidence-based policies are needed to ensure effective implementation of these therapies. These findings support the need for adaptation of global guidelines and the development of evidence-based policies to support the implementation of modern combination therapy for heart failure patients.

Abstract

Indonesia is in an active seismic area prone to earthquakes, including the city of Surabaya, which is crossed by the Kendeng Fault. Many modest homes in the area were built without considering earthquake resistance standards, thus posing a high risk of damage and casualties. This research aims to evaluate the reliability level of simple house buildings against earthquakes in the Tandes, Asemrowo, and Sukomanunggal Districts, West Surabaya, which are crossed by the Kendeng Fault. The methods used are Rapid Visual Screening (RVS) based on FEMA P-154 guidelines and Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) as a deductive approach to map the causes of structural vulnerability. The results showed that none of the 30 housing units met the safety criteria; 76.7% of buildings require follow-up evaluation, and 23.3% are classified as unsafe. The dominant factors affecting vulnerability include non-standard foundation conditions, the absence of structural fastening elements, the use of wall materials without reinforcement, and the irregularity of building geometry. These findings indicate the need for technical intervention through structural retrofit, public education about earthquake-resistant buildings, and the formulation of regulations for the construction of residential houses in earthquake-prone zones. The combination of RVS and FTA methods has proven effective in providing a comprehensive overview of the structural condition of existing buildings and can be used as the basis for seismic risk mitigation strategies in urban areas.

Abstract

The implementation of regional autonomy in Indonesia has heightened the necessity for local governments to optimize their financial resources to foster economic growth and enhance public welfare. However, many regions, including Tabalong Regency, continue to face significant challenges in achieving fiscal sustainability and effectively translating financial capacity into tangible development outcomes. The purpose of this research is to analyze internal and external factors that affect financial performance, as well as identify the right strategies to implement. The method used was qualitative with SWOT analysis, which involved collecting secondary data from regional financial statements and interviews with key informants. The results showed that internal strengths included strong leadership support and legislative-executive synergy, while weaknesses related to the quality of human resources and delayed budget absorption. External opportunities include buffer zones for IKN and digital innovation, while threats include rapid regulatory changes and global economic crises. This study recommends human resource development and improvement of capital expenditure processes as strategic steps to achieve better regional financial goals.

Abstract

The banking sector plays a pivotal role in a nation's economic stability and growth, with firm value being a critical indicator of a bank's health and market perception. In Indonesia, banks are categorized based on core capital (Kelompok Bank Berdasarkan Modal Inti—KBMI), where groups 3 and 4 comprise the largest institutions with significant systemic influence. This research aims to analyze the influence of profitability, credit risk, institutional ownership, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) on firm value, with enterprise risk management (ERM) as a moderating variable. Firm value is measured using the Price to Book Value (PBV) ratio. The sample consists of 13 commercial banks categorized under KBMI 3 and 4 during the period 2017 to 2024. The analytical method used is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with a fixed effect model approach. The results indicate that Profitability has a positive effect on Firm Value, while Credit Risk has a negative effect. In contrast, Institutional Ownership and Corporate Social Responsibility show no significant effect. The moderation test further reveals that Enterprise Risk Management weakens the relationship between Institutional Ownership and Firm Value but does not moderate the effects of Profitability, Credit Risk, and Corporate Social Responsibility on Firm Value.

Abstract

In the digital era, mobile banking applications have become essential services for modern society. The study aims to identify user sentiment toward the Wondr BNI application using Natural Language Processing (NLP) methods and analyze the application's performance through Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). This study employs a mixed-method approach, utilizing qualitative data from Google Play Store reviews and quantitative data from questionnaire results. Review data were collected through web scraping and analyzed using NLP based on a Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm. Quantitative data from the questionnaire were evaluated to map the key elements that need improvement in the application. The research findings indicate that 50.5% of user sentiments were positive, while 49.95% were negative, with application instability, access and login difficulties, and transaction performance emerging as the main issues based on sentiment analysis of 18,820 user reviews. Through the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method applied to 422 respondents, service attributes were mapped into four quadrants. Although no attributes were positioned in Quadrant I (Top priority), several issues identified in the qualitative findings should remain a focal point for developers’ evaluation. Attributes located in Quadrant II, such as security and transaction performance, are recommended to be maintained. Based on the integration of findings and the SERVQUAL theoretical framework, application development strategies should be directed toward enhancing technical reliability and service responsiveness, with a particular emphasis on improving application stability, ease of access, and continuous evaluation of features that align with user needs.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of green branding, green perceived value, and environmental concern on consumer loyalty in the context of TransJakarta electric bus services, with green trust as a moderation variable. The background of this research is based on the urgency of the transition to sustainable transportation in Jakarta and the inconsistency of TransJakarta user loyalty data. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method of 204 respondents using TransJakarta electric bus services, as well as Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis techniques based on Partial Least Squares (SmartPLS 4.0). The results of the analysis show that the three main variables, namely green branding, green perceived value, and environmental concern, have a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty. However, of the three moderation interactions tested, only two were significant: green trust was shown to strengthen the relationship between green perceived value and environmental concern for loyalty, while green trust moderation was found to be related to green branding insignificant. These findings indicate that consumer trust in a company's environmental commitment plays an important role in reinforcing the value impact of green perception and environmental concern on loyalty, but is not enough to moderate the pre-formed perception of green brands. This research makes a theoretical contribution to the development of the Stimulus-Organism-Response (SOR) model in the context of sustainable transportation and enriches the literature on green marketing in the public service sector. From a practical perspective, these findings can be the basis for developing more targeted marketing strategies and sustainability policies to increase the retention of electric-based public transportation users in urban areas.
